Yes, yes, this author knows that she has been tardy and forgotten to make an entry for her latest novel in this blog QAQ!
Well, for those who has yet to start with this novel, it takes place in a showbiz world, with our MC being a Z-Lister shou and our ML being an A-Lister gong.
Three years after they had their catastrophic break-up, these two met met again in a new BL C-Drama titled "Dance Of The Dragons".
If my readers haven't read this novel yet... This author is going to come at you with fluffy cat paws and a gigantic rubber hammer!
Shen Jingwei, like Xie Jianyu, is inherently a nice person who has been hurt a lot, so he is very empathetic toward others. Alas, his kindness is also his weakness. People like to snack on nice people in the showbiz world.
Yan Renzhong is very different from Zhang Fengxi.
He is generally a heartless and cunning person who doesn't hesitate from destroying his enemies if they have gone too far.
He is a lot more mature than Zhang Fengxi, but he is still a jug of fine vinegar when it concerns his only weakness, Shen Jingwei.
He has always regretted everything that happens to Shen Jingwei, but he prefers "fixing" than "apologizing" for his mistakes.
You will see his feelings for Shen Jingwei reflected in his actions, however subtle.
His mouth is rather cruel, though.
I want to share that this December marks the end of the main story for two novels -- Ascension and Second Take.
I do not plan to write a lot of extras for Ascension, so I will probably dump what I have later on in a batch. Again, do not buy privilege for January.
As for Second Take, the first extra arc will be completed in December while the second is still ongoing.
I am picking up a lot of slack in writing extras for DoTD. I know that my readers have been waiting for this novel to end ASAP but QAQ!!! Forgive this author for not being able to meet your expectations!!!
My newest work is still in conception, you guys.
It will take place in a full cultivation setting similar to DoTD but without omegaverse.
That being said, it will be a lot closer to 2ha, Thousand Autumns, Faraway Wanderers, etc.
