I became uneasy as we approached the dock. Two very large men, with stone looks were awaiting our arrival. "Dad, mom who are those men!? I asked anxiously. "Those men are soldiers of the pack and are on guard, so you may board the boat safely, they are apart of the trusted soilder lineage since your parents rein" my dad replied. "Dahlia, the boat crew are trusted pack members. Remember to follow what they say, the boat ride is very dangerous. The treacherous waters have been know to wreck boats with passengers to the Island" my mom added. "Oh great, we could die on the way to the Island!" I didn't hold back my yell. "Dahlia, worst case scenario our ship wrecks and we have to swim the rest of the way" my father said coldly. "Now, let's stay positive you two" my mother says with optimism. Our truck stopped just a few feet from the over zealous statue of men. As soon as we parked the men rushed over to the truck like they were Drill Sargeants. "Ethan, Emma", muscle head number one says. "We will grab the bags, we must hurry a storm is due on the coast" muscle head two announces. Both men stop dead in their tracks when they see me, and bow like medieval butlers. "Is this..." muscle head one starts to say my dad cuts him off mid sentence. "Yes, this is Dahlia the royal Luna, you will keep her safe at all costs" he snapped with a slight growl. As if they are submitted by his command, they bow to Ethan and Emma who bow back. It must be a sign of respect I came to the conclusion as I observed. "Dahila, let me introduce you, This is Jackson, and Timmothy, twins who belong to our solider force, if you shall ever need their assistance don't hesitate to ask" my mother proudly said. "Nice to meet you, I am Dahlia" I say as I cowered behind my dad, who was much larger than these two muscle heads. They bowed once more like robots and helped us onto the boat. I've never been on a boat, so I'm not sure what to expect. "Luna, this way" Jackson gestured. "We must hurry!" Timmothy exclaimed "The storm will soon be upon us". They rush to start the boat and head towards our destination. There's no time for extended greeting between myself and the boat crew as they're all scrambling to get the boat ready for take off. I was started by the sail as it came flying down into ready position. So, much for me being calm throughout this. I could see the storm barreling ins way towards us. I started to become weary as my internal intuition screamed this was a bad idea. Who knew sailing on rough water, was torturous itself. I began to fall ill as the waves crashed on the side of the boat. The boat made us rock back and forth with great force. I knew I was turning green, I rushed over to the side of the boat and expelled the contents of my stomach. My mom rushed to my aid. "Hold on Dahlia, we are half way" She said as she held onto me for dear life. Just as she said that a great rumble began to crash from the sky and giant lighting bolts barely missed our boat. If my life wasn't at stake, this would be a very magical sight to behold. Lighting came down like a rabid beast, never easing up. Waves more determined than ever to cap size us, kept barreling into the boat. Despite the chaos I caught a glimpse of the Island. It was beautiful, giant trees made a giant wall all around the Island. A foreboding fog surrounded the Island. I could faintly hear commotion, it sounded like alarms going off by howls? Just as I thought I caught my bearing a murderous monstrosity of a wave hit the boat, causing all it contained, to be plummed into the unforgiving blackness of the cold sea. The last thing I heard was my parents screaming my name. "Daaaahhhlllia!" I heard them call. "Be strong" Raven Star cried out. I then hit the sea like I had just been dropped onto pavement.
