"Do you want to go with me?" I asked Jessica to go with me to the fairy tale dance, as a date.
-"of course, I will. Wait till you see my dress. It's amazing"
She said excitedly.
It's the perfect opportunity to spend time together. Our last date ended quickly because of the earthquake. What's gonna stop it now, aliens?
I'm not the guy that goes to these kinds of things, but I can try, for Jessica.
The dance is tonight. The Eleven Inches are making their big debut.
Jodi is so excited, and can't let them down, Florine too.
-"do you want me to pick you up, tonight?"
I asked.
-"no, come to my house. My driver is going to drive us, Sam, Charley, and Crown," she said.
That's nice. I won't be alone, I will be less awkward around Jessica.
Jessica's phone rang and she picked it up.
-"yeah? Yesss, I will be there right now"
She hung up.
-"I have to go, Crown needs to show me something"
She said and left.
I turned around and bumped into someone.
It was the man I saw in the mall. The one that "catfished" me. Did he follow me here?
-"I'm sorry," he said and he panicked on the inside once he figured out who I was.
-"Mr. Blackburn, we need you!" Another teacher said and he nodded and left.
The man that catfished me is a teacher, In Williamson?

The head cheerleader said and we started dancing when the beat started.
I danced on cue and perfectly.
I wanted to be better than Nicole "Bitchy" Taylor.
I've had it against her and Dominick ever since I saw them making out.
He cheated on me! With her, I wasn't gonna let her get over it.
Oh! And they're publicly dating!
Just seeing his arm around her twists my stomach. And I'm not in the mood for a stomach ache, especially one caused by Dominick, ew.
I finished the routine, with the finishing pose, and a big smile on my face.
-"Amazing, ladies. Especially you, Nicole, I see you've been practicing"
The head cheerleader said and everyone looked at Nicole.

I stood there with a fake smile on my face waiting for a compliment.
-"that will be all for today, hope to see you at the dance, girls," she said and the rest of the squad left.
When did I hit rock bottom? Everything is going so badly in life.

I went to look for Jessica. I need to tell her about Mr. Blackburn.
I went to another hallway and she was there with Crown.
-"Jessica, can I speak to you for a sec?" I said.
-"what's wrong?"
-"Follow me," I said and she followed to a corner in the halls
-"I saw the man who claimed to be you"
She gasped.
-"here?"
I nodded
-"In school? How did he get inside?"
-"that's what's shocking, he's a teacher" I added and she couldn't believe it.
How is a man like him an educator in a public school.
-"what's his name?" She asked and I answered,
-"Mr. Blackburn"
-"wait a minute, Mr. Blackburn, catfished you?" A voice came from behind us.
I turned around and I saw Lillie sitting there.
-"Lillie" Jessica said surprised.
-"that weirdo did that? He's multitasking at this point. I was the one who played the TikTok of him in the school assembly" she laughed.
-"That was him!" I said and she nodded.
I shivered thinking about that terrible video. I'll do anything to forget it.
-"do you have any proof, that he was the one that catfished you?" Lillie asked and I shook my head lightly.
-"if I could somehow, find a way to sneak into his classroom or his car, I could find something" I added.
-"don't worry, guys, I'll do it" Lillie stood up and walked away.
-"I'll text you if I find anything," she said and left.
I have mixed feelings about this.

Now that took a turn, I never expected that from Mr. Blackburn.
At least I have something that I'm looking forward to, entering a teacher's classroom to look for their stuff. It's a classic mystery solving.
Let's not forget when he called me a bitch in front of the whole class!
His classroom was empty but open.
-"at least I have luck," I said to myself and entered the classroom.
The first place I went to, was his desk.
His bag was there and I still needed to check the drawers.
I opened the drawers and they were filled with school materials and boring stuff.
All the drawers didn't have anything.
Did Christian and Jessica set me up?
I know I'm not the best person around Jessica. What if it was her idea to prank me? Just what I needed.
I rolled my eyes and suddenly, I heard someone speaking closely to the classroom.
It was Mr. Blackburn!
I hid under the desk and he entered the classroom.
I held my breath as he walked to the desk.
I am doomed. He's going to find me!
Why did I put myself to do this!
He started to kneel.
What's he doing?
He peeked under the desk where I was hiding.
-"Mrs. Townsend, what are you doing here?"
Ohh, crap
He asked angrily.
I tried to get out of the desk and he stopped me, placing a hand on my shoulder and holding me there.
-"I don't know, what you're trying to accomplish, but it needs to stop!" He said and I nodded.
I didn't know what to say, I was so scared.
-"are you gonna stop!"
He said angrily.
-"y...yes" I stuttered and he let me go.
I ran out of the classroom.
Tears streamed down my face as I ran past Jessica and Christian.

Lillie ran out of the classroom in tears. What happened in there?
She hid in the same corner where she talked to us.
-"What happened in there, are you ok?"
Jessica asked and she flinched.
-"go away!" She said.
I sat down next to her.
-"Did he do something?" I asked and she shook her head.
-"he just intimidated me, didn't let me go until I agreed to leave him alone"
She wiped her tears.
-"he did not just do that to you," Jessica said concerned.
-"trust me, stay away from him. He's not worth your time, it's better that way," she said and I looked at Jessica.
-"Who knows what he could do to us, especially me. It's better to stay away" I decided.
-"I agree," Jessica said.
I'm glad she said no. To be honest, I'm a little scared of him as well.
-"let's just avoid him from now on, ok, Lillie" I looked at her and she nodded.
-"do you want to come with us?" I asked her and she said no.
-"I want to stay here, alone"
Jessica and I left after that.
I arrived at my house and got ready for the fairy tale dance.
