Chapter 7 - Vacation, I'm Coming!

Ruby took a taxi to her apartment.

She was looking out of the window and was terribly shocked when the taxi stop in front of a high-end apartment building.

"...."

She had no words.

Rich people had it good.

Ruby forced herself to remain calm.

However, the moment she stepped into her apartment, her not-so-calm self crumbled to dust.

She was blinded by the beautifully crafted interior and cheerful color.

"...." She was speechless.

It was like a kindergarten.

Did she look like a child?

She really wondered who the hell design this place. It totally went against the original owner's temperament and character.

Truly no sincerity at all.

Ruby toured the whole apartment for a day before deciding to sleep in a slightly normal room.

After she took a warm bath, Ruby sat in front of the television. Holding on to a glass of juice, she watched the news uninterestedly.

Ruby's mind wandered to plan her upcoming vacation.

She had a couple of destinations in mind but was having a hard time choosing. Then again, this will be her first-ever vacation! She must prepare it carefully in order to create a wonderful memory.

City A? Mmm, No.

She wouldn't be able to handle the heat.

City Y?

Quite good as there were lots to see and that city was famous for its scenery.

Though it's kinda boring so it's a no-go.

Suddenly, Ruby's eyes lit up.

That's right! She would rather go to City J!

She remembered that there was an amusement park.

She had never gone to one before. Her friends kept saying it was so much fun and exciting.

Poor Ruby back then didn't have the time nor money to go.

However, it was different now!

Hehe.

Ruby bounced from the sofa, then she swiftly ran to her bedroom. She grabbed a couple of clothes with some necessary items before she stuffed them all into her backpack.

She didn't forget to buy a plane ticket early in the morning. She didn't even bat an eye after looking at how expensive it was.

It was nothing compared to the money in her bank account.

That night, Ruby slept with a wide smile on her face.

---

"Young Master."

The man who was called nodded a little. His eyes were closed and he was lazily leaning on the sofa.

His sharp eyebrows relaxed and a little smile could be seen from the corner of his mouth.

His lazy yet elegant posture almost made the secretary blind from jealousy. The Young Master was really handsome and his face was so exquisite, he could even make other guys bend for him.

Secretary An sighed. No comparison means no harm.

A cold and distant voice was heard, "Have you found them?"

"This.... I'm sorry Young Master."

Secretary An bowed his head in shame. They had mobilized all the people below but a mishap still happen.

The man immediately became unhappy. His lips were pursed and he was frowning.

"What happened?"

"We were going to take them home, but it seemed like the Little Young Masters misunderstand."

When they went over to the orphanage, they brought a lot of people and bodyguards for fear that the Little Young Masters would feel neglected.

".... Perhaps they thought we were bad people. So when we were unaware, they had escaped."

"They can escape under your watch?"

The man stared coldly at Secretary An. He implicitly asked through his eyes, 'Are you dumb?'

Secretary An coughed. He felt like even if it was just an excuse, he better say something. Lest his Young Master's anger would flare-up.

"Little Young Masters were so small so they.... avoided our eyes easily through the blind spot?"

The man snorted.

"Prepare it thoroughly next time."

"Yes!" Secretary An nodded rapidly.

"What is my next schedule?"

"Young Master's next schedule is to inspect the subsidiary company and has dinner with Mayor Wang."

"I have prepared the plane to City J."

The man played with his cigarette for a minute and didn't pay any attention to his subordinate. He nonchalantly hummed in response.

Secretary An scratched his head, confused, "Young Master, what should we do about the Little Young Masters' mother?"

The man thought for a moment and said in a slightly cold voice, "Observe her."

"Is she going to be our Young Madam?"

The man's fingers paused. He silently stared at Secretary An.

Secretary An didn't dare to stay and hurriedly ran out from the study room.

Whew. He shouldn't be so nosy or else his neck might fly away at any time.
