"Damian, order the servants to prepare horses and supplies for five days with a capacity of four people!" Prince Helios ordered.
Rowena looked confused by Helios' orders. "Didn't I just go to Duchy Ellien alone? Why did you have the maids prepare horses and supplies for four people?"
Prince Helios smiled and replied, "Of course I, Cedric, and Damian will join you on your journey to Duchy Ellien."
"WHAT? Shouldn't you be taking part in the victory party organized for our troops this time? If you did, what would it be like?" Rowena said.
"I will postpone the party until we come back here. After all, why am I and my troops partying without the presence of the main character who is none other than you. Without you, we absolutely cannot rule this Kingdom," explained Prince Helios.
"It's fine if you say so, Your Majesty," Rowena replied respectfully and then went back to finishing the documents piled up on the desk.
The next morning Rowena, Prince Helios, and his two personal knights had already started departing from Valeccio's castle for the Southern Richella Forest on their horses. Rowena looked uncomfortable in her clothes because she was deliberately wearing a dress instead of a harness. The reason was that she didn't want to stand out. After all, she was the world's first female knight.
"By the way, Sir Cedric, don't forget to give me half of your wealth when we're done the war," Rowena said.
Sir Damian's face immediately contorted and he pretended to cry. "Isn't that cruel, Rowena? If I had known that you would succeed in yesterday's race for the throne, I would never have risked my wealth."
Sir Cedric started trying to laugh at his friend's reaction. "Hey, Damian! As a Duke, I can lend you money but at 50% interest. If you are interested, you can tell me."
"Damn it! You want to bankrupt me overnight? How can you offer such an unreasonable thing," scolded Sir Damian.
"After all, you promised Rowena you would give her half of your wealth and call her 'sister'. How can you as a man break your promise?" said Prince Helios, who defended Rowena to get her rights.
"I totally agree with you, Your Majesty. What kind of man would cheat on an innocent woman like me," Rowena grumbled.
"You don't seem fit to be called an innocent woman at all, Rowena. No innocent woman has killed two hundred and fifty people so brutally," said Sir Cedric.
Rowena's eyes sparkled with pleasure to hear that Sir Cedric, who used to call himself Dame Ernest, now called him only by her name. "Really? Then, what is a suitable name for me?"
"I think 'Insane Monster Helios' suits you very well," said Sir Cedric.
Sir Damian immediately hit Sir Cedric's head hard. Sir Cedric winced in pain. "Damian! Have you gone mad to hit other people all of a sudden?"
"I think you're the one who's gone mad. What can you call Rowena the 'Insane Monster Helios'? Isn't that very rude?" said Sir Damian, defending Rowena.
"I have no problem with that title, Sir Damian. It's not a very fitting term to describe me anyway. The problem now is that I don't think you need to defend me to divert the conversation about your half wealth."
Sir Damian smiled and raised both his hands up. "Alright, I give up, sis. You can take half of the wealth when we're finished the war and return to the capital Sunverro."
"Wow, I can't wait for that day to come. But..."
"But what else, sis?" asked Sir Damian, already grieved that in a few years half of his wealth would soon go to Rowena.
"I think you better call me as usual. I don't know why I feel old when you call me sis," Rowena protested.
"But this is a man's promise and as a real man I have to keep it. How can you tell me to break my promise?"
"Let me call you brother. Besides, aren't you older than me? I can call you big brother, right?" asked Rowena with her innocent face.
waSir Damian's eyes filled with tears after hearing Rowena's question. Rowena's smiling face reminded her of her younger sister in the past. "Of course you can. I'd be very happy if you called me brother. Would you not like to be my sister? I wouldn't mind adding your name to my family list."
Rowena chuckled at the offer. "You don't have to bother with that, Big Brother."
Sir Damian immediately smiled happily like crazy when Rowena let out the word 'big brother' from her mouth. Along the way, Sir Damian was still smiling even though he had started giggling, which made Prince Helios and Sir Cedric feel annoyed and hit him together.
Because the sky was dark, the four of them decided to set up a tent in the middle of the forest. I thought they would arrive at Duchy Ellien tomorrow afternoon. Prince Helios and Sir Damian built a tent, while Sir Cedric and Rowena went to find firewood to make a bonfire because it was a very cold night.
There was no conversation between the two of them, only silence and awkwardness. Because at first Sir Cedric and Rowena were not close. In the midst of the silence, several Odell butterflies appeared that began to circle the two of them. The Odell butterfly is a poisonous butterfly that can kill humans because it contains a dangerous venom. The butterfly is a native animal of the Odelette Kingdom.
The animal will be tame and no longer poisonous if given the blood of the original descendants of the Odelette Kingdom. After being tamed the butterfly will continue to follow and drink the blood of the master every month.
Rowena, who had heard this from her mother, naturally refused to tame the poisonous butterfly with her blood. The only option he could do was to kill the butterfly with his dark magic. She was confused in making a decision this time. If she directly killed the animal with his magic, then her true identity would definitely be discovered immediately. But if she didn't do anything about it, one thing was certain that she and Sir Cedric would die on the spot.
Without thinking, Rowena immediately cast her dark magic so that her jet black hair turned red again. It only took Rowena a few minutes to kill all those annoying creatures. The butterfly turns to dust and disappears after being killed by Rowena. Sir Cedric remained silent and couldn't believe the things he had just seen.
"Actually who are you?" said Sir Cedric.
