After going through very torturous days, they finally arrived at Valeccio's palace. They got off one by one from the horse-drawn carriage, unlike Rowena who was carried by Sir Damian when she got off because her body had all gone limp due to her motion sickness on the way back to Valeccio's palace.
If she could, Rowena vowed never to ride that damn carriage again. During the course of the journey, the carriage kept stopping because Rowena wanted to throw up. Her strong body became weak from always vomiting het food during the trip. Even so, for some reason she had a feeling that she would continue to ride the carriage in the future.
Their arrival was greeted by a number of army there. The army immediately surrounded Sir Damian who was carrying Rowena on his back.
"What has happened to you, Rowena? asked one of the army.
"I've been beaten by that damn carriage," she said in a weak voice.
Hearing that, all the armys there immediately laughed at him. They really did not expect a woman who was known to be cruel and ruthless for having killed two hundred and fifty people could fall limp from drunkenness while riding a horse-drawn carriage.
"Hey, bastard! Stop laughing at me, Damn it!" cursed Rowena who was annoyed at the behavior of her fellow armys.
"Damian, you better take Rowena into her room and let her rest for a while," ordered Prince Helios who felt sorry for Rowena's condition, who was helpless but still able to curse like now.
Sir Damian immediately led Rowena into her tent. Rowena decided to rest in bed until she fully recovered. Time goes by fast. By now the sky was dark and Rowena was getting ready to go to Prince Helios's work space and discuss the strategy of the next war.
Rowena opened the door to Prince Helios' study and shouted, "YOUR MAJESTY!"
"Seeing you who screamed loudly when you entered, it seems that your body condition is very good," said Prince Helios who was scribbling his pen on a piece of paper.
Rowena walked over to Prince Helios's desk and sat up there. "I have come here with a burning passion to report on the extraordinary strategy I had thought of just now."
Prince Helios' hand that was continuously working suddenly stopped. He turned to Rowena who was sitting at his desk and looked at her seriously. "Please tell me your plan, O my beloved knight and my most precious treasure."
After hearing Helios' words, Rowena immediately frowned, making Prince Helios himself confused and asked, "What is the meaning of your reaction?"
"I'm just disgusted by that ridiculously long call you just made," Rowena replied.
Prince Helios chuckled at Rowena's complaint. "As long as you know that the call is an honor for you from me. Until now there has been no other woman I have called like that other than my mother. You should be proud to be called that by a handsome prince like me. If it was another girl, I'm sure they would immediately rolling on the ground with joy now."
"I just found out that you are the type of person who likes to praise himself. After all, that only applies to other women and not to me," said Rowena.
"It makes me really sad to hear you talk like that over time. I think it's best if we just talk about our strategy this time."
Rowena smiled and immediately opened a map that she had just brought from her room. "We still have to conquer four more kingdoms so we can take control of this Northern continent. Then the kingdom I want us to conquer next is the Scarksa Kingdom."
"Scarksa? The kingdom that is said to have the highest security is because the relationship between the kingdom and its people is so close that the people are always on fire in protecting their kingdom. How are you going to conquer that kingdom?"
"Should I add more horses and soldiers?" added Prince Helios.
Rowena shook her head which meant that Prince Helios didn't have to do all that. "My strategy this time requires absolutely no manpower from our soldiers. All we needs this time is myself."
"You want to slaughter them like when you conquered Valeccio?"
"Of course not. It's very tiring as long as you know. We'll use a strategy of bring into conflict."
"Bring into conflict strategy?" said Prince Helios who still didn't understand.
"As you know, the people of Scarksa have high trust in their government so they will do everything to help the government in all aspects. Likewise, the Scarksa government will do anything to make the lives of the people prosperous," explained Rowena.
"In addition, the information in terms of the power of the government and the Scarksa nobles is very weak. Even the ordinary people there have greater power. If only they united their strength, then the Scarksa government and nobles would be very easy to defeat," she added.
"According to your explanation, I seem to have begun to understand the strategy you will use this time. You want to pit the people against the Scarksa government, right?" said Prince Helios.
Rowena clapped her hands loudly and said, "Exactly. That's what I meant just now."
"My question now is how do you beat them?"
"To pit them against, your role as the Crown Prince is very much needed here."
"What do you mean?" said Prince Helios who felt something was wrong with Rowena's strategy on this one.
"Present me as King Scarka's concubine in the context of an alliance between the two kingdoms, namely Sunverro and Scarka."
"WHAT??" Prince Helios didn't seem to like the strategy that Rowena had just launched.
Of course Prince Helios strongly disagreed with that strategy. How can he give up the woman he loves as someone else's concubine even for his own benefit. He would never be willing to do that.
Rowena frowned upon hearing Prince Helios's big refusal. "But that's the only strategy that's one hundred percent going to work."
"It's better if I muster all my soldiers than having you there as the concubine of that King Scarka. What if you were abused there anyway, even though it's natural since you're already his wife. But I really don't like- I mean Cedric and Damian would also be against it," said Prince Helios.
"What do you mean by being harassed? Aren't you thinking too much? I'll be going there as his concubine in just one week. Of course I also don't want to have a deeper relationship by sacrificing my body to that Scarka king."
"Then explain in more detail so I don't misunderstand again." Helios brought his face closer to Rowena's, making his own heart skip a beat.
