Dylan tried calling his brother but unavailable so he decided to send Sara back to the hospital because she needs to be by her daughter side. They walked from the parking lot, to the elevator until they reached outside Hanie's room. Dylan then gently breaks the silence by confidently telling her that everything will be just fine and try to forget whatever Stefan had said.
"Listen. Your little girl is going to be cancer free and you didn't have to wait months for a match for her to have her bone marrow transplant. God will provide a smooth journey for you and make sure that everything is taken care of. He has gotten you this far." Dylan says. "And God won't be leaving you now."
"I guess you're right. I don't know how to thank you, Dylan. You being a savior, saving Hanie's life, I really don't know how.."
Sara said after she bowed politely, again due to habit. Her words were cut short since she's too grateful for Dylan kind deeds. "Because of you, my daughter is going to be able to be normal and healthy again."
Slowly, Sara puts her arms around Dylan for a warm hug in which Dylan hugs her back. Seconds after, Dylan loosens the hug, but doesn't let go and looks down at her. "Your little girl is my niece. I should do my part.. and yes, she will be healthy again. Now go back inside and have a very good rest. Be strong, please. Hanie needs you."
Sara step inside once Dylan leaves the hallway. She cleans herself, change into a set of pajamas before lying beside her girl slowly and carefully not to awake her.
"Baby. Mama found out today is your last day of chemo session. Soon you will be getting a bone marrow transplant. Your uncle Dylan, he is such an angel. He's the one saving your life. I'm sure God had a lot to do with it so that you can be a normal kid again.
You know, it's been tough without your daddy by my side, and I wish he could be here with me, holding me when I cry during my lonely sad nights and those tough days. Mama missed your daddy so much. God, thank you for making this miracle to happen."
Sara let out the words from her aching heart while caressing her girl hair and down to her cheeks. Silent tears leaked out the corners of her eyes before she eventually falls asleep.
But what Sara didn't realize, Stefan was just outside the room listening attentively to her confessions which make his heart break into three thousand pieces. Stefan felt his chest tightens uncomfortable.

The next four weeks went incredibly faster than they thought and every day since Hanie transplant, Dr. Wang and his team had monitored to see how the little girl body was reacting to the transplant. The first few days was the hardest as she wasn't really feeling her best but fortunately by God's blessings, she soon started to feel better.
Day after day, the stem cells had been doing their job. It took about five days, two transfusions of red blood cells and platelets before the stem cells started to reproduce and make new blood cells for her body. The good news was that her body was not attacking the new cells nor was it attacking the stem cells or the red blood cells transfused into her body.
They're anxiously waiting for the results and hoping that Hanie will be able to discharged from the hospital.
"Well," says Dr. Wang as he comes into Hanie's room. "I have some really good news for you. Her body is continuing to handle the transplant well. I checked her blood cell count and her white blood cell count is way up from yesterday as is her red blood cell count. Everything is looking good and I am happy to say that I'm going to discharge her soon."
"Mama, daddy. Hanie can go home?" Hanie says with a boxy smile.
"Yes, my baby girl, you can go home and we will go to the playground and we will build a sandcastle together." Stefan says with a smile as he scoops his little beautiful girl onto his arms and bop her tiny nose.
Oh, no. Suddenly Sara shuddering at the thought. 'Home. Mine or his?' For whatever reason, Sara tried to came up with so she could think of to avoid it. Of course, it wouldn't be fair for Hanie, since she just reunited with her daddy and the estate area Stefan's lives at were serene and calm.
Unlike her neighborhood, it wasn't the best place but still, getting back to their apartment is a big no for Sara. She closes her eyes and sighed, "Excuse me, I'm going to the washroom." She exits her way out to the door and look back at Hanie and her daddy. Cuddling and snuggling each other. Please God, let me fix this. Should Hanie and I go back to Stefan's?
Minutes later, Sara returned back to Hanie's room and took out her light green duffel bag from the single wardrobe and started packing her girl stuffs like her necessity's items, plushies and not forgetting mine too. As much as she tried to avoid looking at him, that's when she felt a grip on her wrist tighten slightly. "You, okay?" he asked.
Stefan grabbed her shoulders, turn her towards him and lifted her chin; He's surprised by the dried blood on Sara's corner lips. She was too hazy to clean off and he asked again while his thumbs swipe off the blood. "Who did this to you?"
"Stefan, please. I have no energy to argue with you. I need to leave right now." I said but he cut my sentences again and kept asking me what's wrong this and what's wrong that. "Can you stop asking me what's wrong? You know what's happening, why do you still ask?!" She snapped in a sharp tone and causing a momentary fright on Hanie as she looked at them with her doll eyes.
"For God's sake, Sara. Can we discuss this at home? If you're done packing, then I'll see you at the lobby later." Stefan said and his words making Sara uncomfortable.
"No, that is the worst possible thing could ever happen! We're going back to our home. Not to your apartment." She saw his saddened eyes. She look away and quickly covered Hanie with a scarf around her neck before she laid her back comfortably on the stroller, putting her favorite soft toy by her side, tuck her duffel bag below the stroller and quickly stepping out from the room.
Walking down the hallway, she got stopped when Hanie asked for her daddy and needing him badly. She felt her heart feeling as if it has risen to her throat and is ready to burst through. Sara lowered herself to the floor and kneeled in front of her, squeezing her hand gently.
"Hanie, be a good girl and have some sleep first? Daddy has to work. When he's free someday and when you my baby have fully recovered, then you can play at the playground with daddy. Okay?" Sara said and brushing her hairs softly, but Hanie shook her head as tears fell down her sunken cheeks. Oh, dear. Knowing her girl habit, she sure will throw tantrums every time something doesn't go her way but Sara still have to do this.
(Flashback to earlier incident)
Sara was washing her hands when someone entered the washroom. She senses something in the air and she instantly disgusted by the alcoholic smell.
Before she could turn to looked, she was shoved against the cold wall, hitting her shoulder blade harshly and she heard a voice whispering dangerously into her ear.
"A warning from my lady boss. Stay away from Stefan." Sara could only stare at the male in front of him and completely shocked when a smirk grew on his face. Not more than a second, the men backhanded her hard across her cheeks.
Sara fell to the floor with the force of the slap. She was grabbed and dragged back up to her knees. "You better learn your place or it will be worse for you!" This time it was Tiffany.
