Anna had a difficult time catching up to him. Isagani had an ungodly speed even in his human form, he could outrun most people because of his long sturdy legs. The fact that he was carrying a big, husky man on his shoulders was another feat on itself, but she was more focused on his speed rather than strength.
She was panting by the time they reached their destination. It was a small winding road, a forgotten path that seemed to be part of the highway years prior. Waiting for them at the side of the road was a white sedan. A lanky lady was standing close to the sedan. She was yawning, seemingly bored, while frantically gazing at her phone.
The lanky lady finally noticed them approaching her. After seeing Isagani carrying Elias, the girl immediately opened the door to the backseat, before meeting them halfway towards the car.
"What happened?!" The girl's voice trembled.
"He's got wounds needed to be patched up." Isagani answered.
