Christin looked at Lisa who has just left and suddenly remembered that she also had to go get ready.
"I should have told her to wait for me so we could go together, who goes alone by bus now." She complained through her teeth as she got up to go to the door intending to go to her own apartment and grab her bag.
"Christin, I can give you a lift if you want." Jamie offered as he had heard her murmurs since he was passing behind her at that moment.
"E !? Seriously ?!" Christin looked a little puzzled by the sudden offer that came to her and which benefitted her greatly since he also had a car, so he will not have the need to step into any public transportation.
"Sure, I'm going out too anyways, it 's not a hassle." He reassured her with a sweet smile and Christin looked at him stunned momentarily for her looked too good when smiling. His already good looking face became too cute in her eyes and she found her heartbeat speeding upon witnessing that brief yet angelic-looking transition. However, his smile did not last long and so did her staring for she snapped out of it and gave him a nod as an agreement the hurried out the door.
As soon as Christin got out of Jamie's field of vision, he turned his head to his left and his eyes met Reina's whose gaze was judging him harshly yet that was not something that bothered him for Jamie was hoping that with this move of his, he was gonna get some of her attention.
He just smiled innocently at her motivated to annoy her since provoking her was one of his favourite hobbies.
Reina tilted her head a bit as she kept giving him a murderous look because she knew him well and as such she was guessing that he was trying to find a new pray for his games and that being one of her friends was something she definitely remembers well having warned him about yet here he was. Her stare grew a bit more intense as Jamie kept looking calmly at her making her end up mouthing to him some words, in an attempt to keep discrete for they were still surrounded by people in the living room
'If you try anything, you are dead!'. He read her lips and couldn't help but crack a smile upon understanding her words then the staredown between them, the one standing at one corner of the room and the other at the opposite side, silently communicating with their eyes as the others around them were chatting freely and loudly.
"Why the heck don't you keep quiet? There are people who want to sleep you know?" Theo barged into the living room, quite annoyed with them all while he rubbed his eyes drowsily and left a sneer escapes his mouth.
They all snapped to look towards him at that moment yet the one he happened to make eye contact with was Dimitra, who gave him an angered look then got up and passed him by, heading to lock herself in her room once again.
Theo's gaze followed her till she got out of sight then he turned his head back around while trying to ignore the wave of sadness that hit his body, knowing that he would have to talk to her and correct the situation somehow, otherwise he would not be able to get close to her again.
"Theo, sorry to break it to you but you should be thanking the heavens you are alive instead of complaining," Anna told him as his words sounded absurd to her, considering the fact that he was sleeping in Lisa's room, without her permission.
Theo gave her a look full of questions, for he did not understand what she was referring too yet his confusion was soon to be solved by Sophia's words.
"For your own good, I want you to not appear before Lisa's eyes for a month or so, my unfortunate one, otherwise ... We will be mourning you," Sophia stood up and approached him, patting him a bit on his shoulder as she passed to go to the couch, to take her place next to Shiro.
"Oh, Man !! Did she see me?" Theo panicked, looking way more awake and alert than prior as he started pacing in circles, his right hand covering his mouth as his mind was struggling to come with any good ways to apologize to her for that without ending up dying young.
Everyone started laughing at his behaviour, for it sure was fun for them since they weren't the ones in trouble. All except for Jay, whose eyes were hard and fixed on Sophia, who was now sitting next to the Shiro and was laughing, his hand on her shoulder, keeping her close to his body. Close like he wished to be keeping her instead.
The laughter was interrupted by the entrance of Christin who returned and was now ready to leave.
"Shall we go ?!" She asked Jamie and he hurried to grab his jacket and walked to the door which he held open for Christin to pass.
Reina rolled her eyes to his gentlemen like move as she was well aware of his intentions, which once again seemed like they were gonna bring her into trouble.
"Ahh, Jamie is such a gentleman and quiet, sweet" Sophia commented on the moment without thinking much as this thought went through her mind and she just uttered it, yet her words brought quite a reaction as everyone's eyes immediately turned and fell on her.
"Sorry, what did you just say?! Hey! You should only be looking at me and saying sweet things about me, okay?!" Shiro spoke at her with a frown and Sophia couldn't help but find cute his obvious jealousy, which made her smile brightly.
"Baby ~ do not worry, you are the only sweet one in my life." She reassured him then proceeded to kissed him softly, making everyone else laugh at them.
All but Jay, who just gritted his teeth and got up and left, slamming the door behind him for if he was to stay more who knows what he would have ended up doing.

"I am terribly sorry, I really completely forgot that Joel had left," Lisa admitted as she stretched out her hand and took hold of the glass of water that Nailor offered her after he persuaded her to get inside and rest a bit for she herself had told him that she was very tired.
"Stop apologizing, nothing happened. You aren't even bothering me. I was alone anyway." He reassured her for the tenth time as she surely has been apologizing quite a lot, from the moment she realized her mistake and then he smiled at her, making her feel a bit more relaxed.
"Thank you then." She settled her glass back on the table and proceeded to throw her eyes around for she was feeling a bit awkward in his presence since she did not know him that well and she didn't know what kind of conversation to open with him.
"Emm ... So Joel's housemate, huh. Since you have been together for so long, I'm curious to know if he has mentioned anything about me to you." Lisa snapped her eyes back at him as soon as she found the only thing that they basically had in common - which was none other than Joel- and Nailor proceeded to give her an awkward look right before he left his eyes to travel on the floor and his hand to run on his neck briefly.
"Eh...well, he had mentioned that you are sour and stubborn and generally very scary when you are angry" He carefully raised his gaze to look at her as he spoke the truth, despite the fact that he was aware that the words he said, did not sound so good and Nailor could see it in Lisa's face too as she processed his words that she was not quite pleased with his answer.
'That awful little shrimp !! I will take care of him as soon as he returns. He will see.' She thought inwardly as she halted her tongue for she didn't know how to continue this conversation, without sounding mad, despite the fact that she wasn't really for she knew Joel and she understood that those words were his joking ways of referring to her.
"But other than that, he loves you and appreciates you very much," Nailor added on his statement, trying to save the situation that had grew quite awkward for him.
"Other than what?! There is nothing left!" Lisa replied half-jokingly with it as she stood up from her seat, making Nailor follow her act, looking a bit stressed over the thought that he might have damaged Joel's and Lisa's relationship, unintentionally.
"Ahh, don't be angry with him pleasw~. I am sure he was joking." He stepped closer to her as he spoke and Lisa just burst out laughing at his worried facial expression that was quite funny.
"I know, I'm not really angry. I'll just leave a message for him in his room. The second door was?" Lisa pointed her finger towards the corridor with a smile on her face which made Nailor relax instantly and smile back, nodding his head for the second door was indeed Joel's bedroom.
Lisa walked away without a second thought after that and opened the door and entered the room, finding it very clean and tidy. A view that made Lisa leave an exclaim of admiration, as it was the first time she entered his room and it sure looked spotless.
"Great, let's find a pen and a piece of paper now." She started looking for the drawers on his desk, as carefully as she could for everything seemed so well placed that she didn't want to mess anything up but as she kept looking, suddenly the bottom of the shelf she pulled, shook, displaying another base bellow it.
"A shelf with a double bottom..." The realization hit her immediately as her eyes grew wide, then a chill run down her spine, making her throw her eyes towards the door, in a rather alerted manner, yet no one was there for she had closed the door after entering. Her eyes returned to the shelf and after a brief moment of hesitation, she extended her hand and pulled out of the fake wooden base, to see what laid under it.
She quickly took hold of the yellow envelope and the black notebook which she found there and without thinking much, she proceeded to open the envelope first. Her hands started getting a bit sweaty momentarily as an anxious feeling took over her and made her heartbeats grow louder in her ears for she was aware that what she was doing was not right but this was not just a matter of curiosity.
She used to hide the clues that had to do with the gang back then, in ways like this and as soon as she saw the double bottom she just wanted to reassure herself that Joel had nothing to do with the thought that was rapidly penetrating her mind. For only people that have something important to hide, take good measurements to make spaces like these.
Once she had the white letters before her eyes, she scanned through the document as fast as her eyes allowed her to, only for her breathing to halt abruptly by the shock that the information she was reading about, caused her. Information that had never crossed her mind, especially regarding Joel.
I thought you had no secrets from me, my friend.
Why did you have to prove me wrong in such a painful way?
