My take on a favorite sandwich of mine out in ▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓ Texas at a place called ▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓. My sandwich is a bit different than theirs but.. I felt like giving them credit 'sort of' in this anyway.
The original sandwich idea from ▓▓▓▓'s is called the "▓▓▓▓" sandwich. They also have a "▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓" That I've not tried, it has more everything.
- Oil and vinegar dressing, pepper, pastrami, salami and black olives, separated by a bed of shaved lettuce between two pizza doughs, sandwiched and then grilled.
Mine is the "▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓" Sandwich. The Joker for short.
- Basil and Garlic dressing, course ground pepper, peppercinis , pastrami, salami and black olives, separated by a thick bed of "shaved" lettuce on a Panini, also grilled.
If you're looking to make things spicy, add crushed red pepper to the oil in advance.
The sandwich, either of them, is somewhat difficult to handle. They leak good bits, enjoy the super sandwich.
