Chapter 23 - POTATO AND LEEKS SOUP

Ingredients:

■3-4 Leeks

■1 bunch of Chives

■2 tbsp coarse ground pepper

■2 tbsp sea salt

■40 oz of potatoes

■1 sweet onion

■1 can nestle heavy cream

■water

INSTRUCTIONS:

1) Cut everything up into hearty bits

2) place in pot

3) fill pot with water to crest the top of the veggies, then pour heavy cream into mix.

4) cook for an hour, remove from heat. Do not drain.

5) then, place in sealed container and cool, place in fridge until next day.

VIRTUALLY EVERY SOUP IS BETTER 2nd DAY

6) Use Ladel to scoop soup into bowls and serve.
