Chapter 26 - Carne Guisada - Version 3.24.87.14.4

■2 tablespoons group pepper

■3 tablespoons steak seasoning

■a roast

■a crockpot

■1/2 cup flour

■2 tsp corn starch

1) Mix flour and corn starch with 2 cups water, fluff/mix with fork till no lumps.

2) Place (whole) meat in crockpot and pour water mix in, make sure there's at least 1 inch of water (for the sake of not running out of water)

3) Sprinkle all pepper/seasonings into the crockpot.

4) Cover and Cook on Low. 30min per 1/2 inch. 1 hour per 1 inch.

5) When cooked, pull it out, chop it up a little an then put it back. pieces should be 1/2-3/4 in chunks and fall apart but only when you play with it too much. You want tender meat chunks, not mush.

I usually start cooking it at night, and by morning its good to go.

Serve in tortillas. The longer the meat cooks, the better. can be done in a few hours but you be the judge.
