Chapter 30 - The Pope's Secret Meatloaf

■Veal, 1lb

■2 fresh Quail Eggs (I suspect they use a different bird but hey, recipes)

■basil, chopped, fresh with flowers

■fresh goats milk

■raw peppercorn.

Squeeze peppercorn for juices into eggs, then beat rapidly.

Add chopped basil to eggs, mix again.

Mix eggs with 1lb of Veal that's been run through a grinder.

Make a loaf, lightly drizzle some fresh milk across the edges then Cook it.

1/2 hr per 1/2 inch.

When its done, slice and serve.

serve with 'fried green beans' and rice.
