A Marinade, you can splash it on your poultry or steaks before grilling but beware, once you know the contents, you may be tempted to make your friends drink it. That's right! This marinade is also quite a strong drink.
Step 1: Drink a Bottle of Beer. I got clear bottles, it makes measuring a bit easier when you can see the contents. (You can skip the beer, we really just need the bottle but hey, baby step.)
Step 2: Fill the bottle halfway with Chile Pequins that have had a slit cut down one side. Don't squeeze, just cut the edge of the pepper. (See. Chili Pequin.)
Once the bottle is half full, pour in the following.
1/4 teaspoon ground Cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper
Two whole peppers, I usually stick to Ghost Peppers (bhut jolokia), their flavor and potency is "the best" However. Hot Chili's work in replacement. Do not use Jalapeños or "very green peppers" for this sauce, it doesn't come out right.
Once the ground pepper has been poured in and the peppers place on top. shake it around a bit.
Place a funnel or some other device to aid at filling the bottle with liquids on top.
Then, Fill with Premium Tequila. If you have to buy some, buy Jose or better. Food Quality vs not.
Cheaper Tequila tends to leave a metallic taste in my mouth, I stick with Quervo or better, which is cheap anyway.
The longer this sits, the stronger it is. REPLACE CAP (DO NOT LOSE CAP)
Want to really screw up some friends? Make that heart beat like a race horse? Drink a Shot.
If you Drink, Drink in moderation. Thanks.
Note: More than 1 shot "of this" is heroic in my opinion. Do not use excessively on food either, the flavor clings.
