Another version of ▓▓▓▓▓▓'s Mom's Baked Chicken Salad. Crunchy and Savory.
TAKEN UP A NOTCH
■1 1/2 C chopped celery
■1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained.
■1/2 tsp tarragon
■1c miracle whip
■1/2 tsp salt
■1/2 cup chopped onions
■1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted in ■3 tbs butter
■3 1/2 Cup chicken, cooked and coarsely chopped
■2 tbsp lemon juice
■1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
■1/2 cup crushed potato chips
For an Edibles kick, Add: (note: This method is not technically legal to make in most states)
■1/2 cup fresh Cannabis leaf/trim *still green, freshly picked* (approx 1/3 oz.)
INSTRUCTIONS:
1) mix all together except for chips and cheese.
2) spoon in 2-3 quart buttered casserole dish or 13x9 pan.
3) top with chips and cheese.
4) Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until cooked.
