"Good morning Ota and Takao!" I'm woken up by someone screaming in my head. "Ahhhh!" I quickly shoot up by the shock intern banging my head against the rock tent I created. "AhhhHH!' I grab my forehead and bring my head back down, rolling around and promptly stubbing my toe. I grab my toe and don't roll around this time, 'Why are we still here? Just to suffer? All this world is pain, we are born, live, and die in pain.' "Bitch," I let out a somber slur and get rid of the rock tent around me.
"Seeing that you two are the last men standing, please head towards the middle of the circle so you can have your fight." Wow, my pain was caused by something so small, "pain," I say sadly. I get up and start walking towards the middle of the circle. On my way, I also grab some fish from the stream and cook 'em up for breakfast. "Fish, you are all I have in this world." I eat the fish and talk, "And now you are gone forever."
It takes a minute for me to reach the middle of the circle. By the time I arrive, Takao is already sitting down and eating a granola bar. "Where did you get a granola bar!" He looks at me with a smirk, "Found it." 'Lucky son of a bitch. I'm out here breaking toes and you're having a nice snack?' "Pain," I say in a more sorrowful tone and look down. "What happened," he looks at me a bit concerned. "I hit my head and stubbed my toe, waking up to Mandalay's screaming."
He looks at me with a mixed expression. "Are you dumb," he asks in a sincere tone. "HECK YOU! Shut up, fight me," he takes that as a challenge and chucks a rock at me that he snatched from the ground beside him. "Why always rocks?," I ask as I portal it away. "I don't know, it makes you use energy?" "Whatever, punch me," He shrugs and dashes close aiming for a blow to the chest. I do a generic portal in front of his fist, but he spins around using some footwork and back hands the left side of my chest.
I jumped back after that attack. 'Shit, he's a menace.' I take a jab at the air but it comes out to his left cheek. 'Maybe I should name this move? How about a Saitama rip off?' "Consecutive spatial punches," I say as I send rapid jabs into the air all coming out on different places of Takao's body. He takes them protecting his face with his hands as he charges at me. 'How about a DND rip off?' "Grease," Takao's dash comes to a halt as his face goes into the dirt.
"Sorry bud, but there's no escape from a frictionless zone," I tell Takao as he's stuck in a sense. I learned from the pinball experience to also get rid of wind resistance so they can't flap their arms to get out. "That's bull, undo it and fight me fist to fist," he says with very minimal damage after all my punches and getting planted. "No way, then you'll definitely win!" "Fine, then no more 'grease,' use other methods." 'Fine, I guess I should get practice,' I let go of the grease and Takao gets back up. "Alright, round two," he says as he gets back in front of me.
He throws a cross punch and I aim to dodge by get below it. I do so, and grab his wrist pulling his arm down while I squat on my right foot and swing my left foot backward to get more of me under him. I get him over me, but he grabs the arm that I'm holding his wrist with and spins and plants his feet. He carries his spin to his arms and onto me, pulling me up in the air and letting me 'rip' like a beyblade like manner. 'Shiiiiiiiiiitttttt,' I'm stuck spinning in the air until Takao punches me and I go flying.
I stabilize myself with velocity and slow my speed aiming to land sideways on a tree. "I think you broke a rib." "Quit complaining, if you can't continue, call uncle." 'Bro, wtf? This shit hurts, but I ain't gonna call uncle.' I stand on the tree sideways and look up at Takao. Gravity manipulation has me looking up to meet his gaze while parallel to the ground. "Do I look cool from this angle?" "Very," he says as he dashes forward, punching at me. I jump off the tree however and Takao punches and easily destroys the tree. "Dude, if that hit me, I would've died." "No you wouldn't have, I've been hitting you with that same amount of strength and your still joking around," he says. Although it's hard to tell because he has the same tired expression, I can still see some anger behind those words.
"You're right, I've been dampening your hits," I've been using velocity each time he hits me and reducing its force to a manageable amount. "Quit playing around and hit me with all you've got. How can I be expected to win if you don't actually fight?" "I have! My consecutive spatial punches were supposed to be no joke." He's not buying it however, and dashes towards me spinning as he does. He gets close and spins around on his feet, bending over, aiming a roundhouse kick to the head.
I'm not there however, as I talk behind Takao's back. "Fine, you want serious? I'll give you serious." I release a gravity aura of 8g's, giving the impression of dread standing behind Takao's back. Takao's knees buckle under the sudden weight and he turns to look at me. My fist is covered in purplish black energy while a blackhole expands and then contracts in front of my fist. I'm using 10% energy on the black hole and 5% on my actual fist.
I release my fist, speeding it up with velocity, sending it straight towards Takao's head. Time slows for me and Takao as I can watch the cold sweat form and fall on his forehead. As time has slowed, I can see Takao's mouth begin to move. I open a portal in front of Takao's face and send my arm through it. The hand comes out a portal 10 meters away from us, hitting the ground as it comes out. A crater forms as the ground gets sucked into the black hole and my hand passes through the ground like a hot knife through butter.
The forest goes quite as the blackhole sucks away air and sound and the earth around my fist disappears. Eventually sound is heard, but it comes in an explosion. As the matter around the black hole fills it past it's normal space, a white hole forms. The mass previously sucked inside expands out and explodes the ground around it, also sending shrapnel towards us.
I retract my hand and open up a see-through portal in front of me and Takao, as the rubble flies through and we can see the carnage left behind. A 3 meter crater is left behind, if passersby were to come by, they would assume a meteor had fallen. For it looked like a crash sight, scorched by shrapnel, having rock stuck in rock.
"Uncle,' Takao says with a sigh. I release my aura offering Takao my hand to help him up. "Good, let's go get some ice cream at the house." He chuckles as I'm back to my old self and accepts my hand for help. "Sure man, ice cream sounds nice.' We leave the fight sight, rubble strewn about and trees knocked over.
As we walk, I talk to Takao. "Hey Takao, remember the first time we met, you saved me and carried me?" Takao looks at me, assuming a deep talk is about to take place he talks with more seriousness in his tone. "Yeah, I remember. You saved Aiko from falling off that bridge." "Yeah well," I look up to the sky and stop walking. "You think you could carry me again?" "Huh?" I begin to fall forward, my face fastly approaching the ground. "Oh shit," Takao catches me. "You good bro?" "Oh yeah man, just a bit tired. Also haha, made you curse."
"And that's it! Takao, Ota, get back to the house for some rest. The training ends with Ota as the winner." Mandalay comes on the loud speakers to announce the end of the training session. Later on, I learned that Takao defeated Mandalay and Tiger after Tiger won against Pixie. Jiro also took on Ragdoll, seeing how they were both mainly reconnaissance based, she thought it would be a fair fight and won. Also, obviously the kitty cats were going easy, trying to match their opponents.
