Levi walked up to him. "Who are you?"
He looked at Levi and held his hand. "Thank you for saving," he said in a low voice.
"Did you all hear that? Oh! You don't have to praise, helping the needy is my duty," Levi said, running his hand gracefully through his hair.
"He did nothing," Mello shouted at the top of her voice.
"You can go now, enjoy," Levi said.

After that, they straight away went to the Adventurers Guild to take up new missions for the day.
They turned their gaze towards the notice board which is usually filled with different jobs for the adventurers.
"How does this sound, huh? Find the missing children in the town of Amber?" Daisy said.
"Hmmm, that's worth the time and the reward is pretty good too," Mello replied. "What do you think, Levi?"
As she turned back, she found Levi busy flirting with the receptionist.
"You bastard, she's a lot older than you," Mello grabbed his shirt and dragged him back to the notice board.
"Aww, it feels good to be praised by someone young and handsome," the receptionist said blushing.
Levi winked at her.
Hina glared at him. "Concentrate on our current situation, will you?"

OBJECTIVE: SAVE THE MISSING CHILDREN
REWARD: 40 GOLD COINS
"So, we are going to Amber? How far is it?" Levi asked.
"We are travelling in a horse carriage, maybe nearly two hours," Daisy replied.
"Two hours? It's too far," Levi shouted at the top of his voice.
At this rate, when am I supposed to get rich? And on top of that, I have to share my reward with these people.
"Hey, what the hell are you thinking?" Mello said glaring at him. Hina quietly sat looking outside.
"Doesn't Amber have its own Adventurers Guild?" Levi asked.
"Amber is a small town, so, the Adventurers Guild for both the towns is combined," Mello replied.
"Hey, isn't Hina ignoring me?" Levi whispered to Daisy.
"Have you forget what she said? She doesn't talk to idiots," Daisy replied with an evil smile.
She's not helping.
Levi got up from his seat and sat beside Hina. She looked at him and again turned her gaze outside.
She's ignoring me.
"Are you hungry? Here," Hina said, handing him a packet of food.
She's a nice girl, unlike those two.
Levi took a bite. "Wow, it's tasty," He exclaimed.
"I found it on the roadside," Hina replied.
"God, take me up," Levi said with a straight face.
"Just kidding," Hina said with a smile.
Did she smile? DID SHE SMILE? Why do I feel like I opened the door of a rare treasure?
*
After travelling for more than two hours, they finally reached their destination. The sun was shining bright and the roads were bustling with people.
"Ok, then, let's start our mission and get those golds," Levi said, stretching his arms.
"Is gold the only thing in your mind?" Mello mocked him.
"I don't know about you but I CAN'T SLEEP IN STABLES FOREVER!" Levi shouting at the top of his voice. It took him a moment to catch his breath.
"Ok, ok. Stop shouting in the middle of the road," Daisy said.
"So, what's now?" Mello inquired, looking around.
"Let's get some information before doing anything," Hina suggested.
"Hey, shouldn't this matter be taken seriously by the government or the military?" Levi asked.
"The military is continually at war with the neighbouring countries, they don't have time for small things… maybe that's the reason why Adventurers Guild is set up in all the big towns and cities," Daisy replied.
They first visited the affected areas, the whole surrounding was gloomy. People could be heard from homes crying and wailing.
Looks like it's serious here.
First, they inquired about the current situation from a nearby shop.
"Every night, those human-eating ogres attack our villages and take away our children, so many adventurers are sent to stop them but either they return injured or never return back. This is our home. We can't evacuate our homelands provided by our forefathers," the shopkeeper cried. "Our people are poor and have nowhere to go."
Sounds bad. Of course, we can't complete this mission all by ourselves.
'Thank you for the information," Mello replied.
Afterwards, they sat on one of the public benches to discuss the current situation.
"Orges? They are pretty bad, in other words, they commit cannibalism," Mello announced.
"Doing this mission all by ourselves… I don't recommend this," Hina said.
Hmmm, what should we do? I can't risk all our lives.
"What are you thinking… Levi?" Daisy asked.
"Let's search for residence first. It would surely take us a few days to crack all this mess," Levi suggested.
"Maybe… that sounds good," Mello replied.
"Ok, let's meet here exactly after two hours. I need some alone time," Levi said.
"Where are you going?" Hina asked.
"For a stroll," Levi replied, getting up from the seat.
*
After his two hour stroll, he returned to the bench. They were eagerly waiting for him.
"It felt like an eternity when you disappeared. Well, everything aside, we have good news for you," Mello said excitedly.
"Did you guys find somewhere to stay?" Levi asked.
"So, he is the guy you all were talking to?" asked a stranger coming towards them along with two other girls.
Who are they? They look young, around our age… I guess.
"Levi, meet Enzo and his two friends Evy and Nora," Daisy introduced them.
"Who are they? Levi asked unbothered.
"Come on, they are fellow adventurers like us," Mello replied.
"So what? Let's go," Levi said, walking away.
"He sure is arrogant," Enzo announced.
"Get here LEVI!" Mello shouted at the top of her voice.
"If you are planning to use their help and divide the reward after all the mess is finished then I'M AGAINST IT," Levi replied. "And I don't need anyone's help."
"You better watch your mouth while talking to our master," Evy and Nora said in unison.
Why are they calling him master? All of them look around the same age.
"Please don't mind them. Don't call me master. how many times should I repeat myself?" Enzo said.
"You look handsome even when you are scolding us," again both of them in unison.
"I have my own home here, you guys don't have to pay for residence," Enzo announced.
Looks like we saved some money but it's no use.
"Ok, understood. let's work together," Levi said frustrated.
