Later at 12:29 p.m., Tohru was washing the dishes while Masayuki was wiping the table clean. The rest are satisfied with the meal Tohru and Masayuki made.
"Man, that meal was so delicious," Shigure commented positively and happily.
"Yeah, Mr. Honda was a very good person," Yuki added as well. "He cares for Mrs. Honda more than her relatives."
"Yes, I sacrificed convenience and comfort for her sake, of course," Masayuki responded back. "I'll rather live as a lone wolf, away from his pack."
"Wow, that sounds like a line from a novel," Shigure commented Masayuki's line positively.
"Oh, really? Are you a writer or something?"
"Yes, I am. I wrote classical novels."
"Wow, that's amazing."
"Well, he also wrote perverted ones," Kyo added a fact. "He wrote that for fun."
"Kyo, how could expose it?" Shigure responded in a bit of a dramatic tone.
Uninterested and being cold by it, Masayuki asked Shigure, "Really? You wrote that kind of crap?"
"Wow, you sounded like Kyo, Mr. Honda," Yuki commented to Masayuki.
"Yeah, I like imitating his style of saying," Masayuki expressed his admiration of Kyo and Yuki, "as well as imitating Yuki's coldness."
"Really?" Yuki replied back.
In response to that, Masayuki nodded. "Yes, I do."
Later, at 1 in the afternoon, Masayuki was writing in his journal, an A5-sized, blue and black hardcover notebook with an elastic band and a back pocket, while Handa was reading his book about animals, wishing to be a pet shop owner. Shigure was doing his work in his study while Tohru was pouring hot tea for Masayuki, Emiko, Kyo, Yuki, and Handa.
"Tohru-chan," Masayuki said to Tohru.
"Yes?" replied Tohru back.
"Are you doing fine being in this house?"
"Yes. They're friendly to me."
"Ah, I see then. I'm just worried about you."
"Don't worry, I'm doing okay here."
"Oh, okay then."
After that response, Masayuki made a diagonal line in his journal entry using a blue highlighter, before capping the said highlighter.
"Well, we don't think what your family would say about Tohru living here and your visit here," Kyo said to Masayuki and Emiko.
"I don't care," replied Masayuki back seriously. "I really hate people expecting me to follow their lead. It's not good at all."
"So you don't care what people think you of you and your actions?" Yuki raised a question.
"Yes."
Masayuki and Emiko stayed there until three in the afternoon because it was Masayuki's shift at the convenience store. At that time, Masayuki and Emiko grabbed their belongings and left the house as Tohru, Kyo, and Yuki wavered them goodbye.
