"Martha, where are you going?" The sly woman growled in annoyance that her plan would fail if she didn't catch up with Alfred soon.
"I want to go out for a while, looking for wind.", replied Martha with a fake smile.
"Okay, but don't go too far."
"I will not." Martha then went out wanting to immediately follow Alfred, but unfortunately, the man and his car were no longer in the front yard.
"Damn it! Where did he go? It disappeared fast. Ugh, where should I look? He must be looking for a girl to vent the effects of the medicine I gave him."
The man with white hair on the side was driving his car at high speed. His body was getting hotter and he had to immediately relieve the turmoil due to the damn stimulant drug that who knows who gave it. His only goal, Phil Knight's office at The Knight Corp. The office building was quite far from the dinner party tonight. Alfred's ability to drive at high speed was really used. Finally, the white-haired man arrived in the parking lot basement.
The clock shows 8 o'clock in the evening. There's no one else in this office. Everything is quiet. Alfred managed to get through the security machine because he had the pass card that Phil lent him at the time but he hadn't had time to return it. With a staggered body, Alfred pressed the arrow button up and the elevator door opened.
The man who was already above the peak of his passion immediately entered the elevator. The tie that he had loosened and the hair that had been disheveled, the bottom of the shirt that had come out of its tidiness, was a sign of how this man was almost beyond his consciousness.
TING!
The elevator doors opened and Alfred walked out of the elevator into a room he had memorized well.
BRAK!
With a smack, the door opened. It was true, she was there. The woman who was Alfred Dawson's first love and true love stood right in front of him only five meters away with a face of fear and confusion.
"You? Why did you enter my husband's office?" Anna was shocked and trembling with fear. Seeing the face of the man in front of her with a disheveled appearance and bloodshot eyes, made Anna think of running away. But unfortunately, it was too late. Anna and Alfred are victims of crimes committed by others by accident but the consequences are decades later.

"Tch, he said he didn't want to be married. However, he himself apologized on her behalf. What a wise man. Or, maybe he actually likes her but is embarrassed to say it?" Aubrey daydreamed after her teaching hour was over. Now she's sitting in her study, waiting for Becky, who hasn't finished teaching her class yet.
Just as Aubrey was about to go to the toilet, her cell phone suddenly rang. The name of the man who is now her secret girlfriend appears on the cellphone screen. Aubrey was lazy to answer but the ringing sound was deafening until some of the teacher's friends looked at her.
"Hello," Aubrey replied lazily.
"Aubrey, are you still mad at me?" Liam's soft and timid voice made Aubrey even lazier to respond.
"Angry for what? What did you do wrong?" Aubrey replied as she sat back down in her chair.
"I… I just made you angry, didn't I? Forgive me. I just don't want you…"
"Well, I'm busy. What do you need to call me?" Aubrey replied with a frown.
"I… was in your campus parking lot. When you get home, will you… have lunch with me?" Liam said hesitantly.
"What?" Aubrey headed straight for the window. Sure enough, the innocent man's car was parked there. From the second floor of this campus building, the parking lot can be seen clearly. The man rolled down his car window and smiled at Aubrey which the young lecturer gave him a cynical look.
"Sorry, I can't come. You eat alone. Does being a girlfriend mean having lunch together?" Aubrey asked with the phone still to her ear and their eyes still meeting even though they were looking at each other differently.
"Oh I don't know, I've never been in a relationship so I don't know that lunch should be the same. I… just wanted to invite you to my painting gallery if you don't mind." Liam replied with a soft smile, looking at his idol up there with a cynical face looking at himself sitting in a parked car.
"Oh? Maybe you've never dated, but at least you've liked someone until now, right?" Aubrey asked with a sneer.
"You mean… Ruth? No. I have never liked her. Trust me! Are you… jealous of her?" Liam suppressed a smile by covering his mouth with one hand.
"What? I am jealous? Liam, how dare you say something like that to me. Huh!" Aubrey turned her annoyed face away from Liam and closed the window blinds she had been holding onto.
"Oh I'm sorry, I didn't mean it that way. So Aubrey, would you like to have lunch with me at the gallery?" Liam asked again in a low timid voice.
Aubrey sighed.
"Why should I be angry and jealous? Isn't this also pretend dating? Ahh, why am I being so unreasonable like this?" Aubrey muttered under her breath.
"Okay, I'll bring my own car. You go first. I'll follow you behind later." Answered Aubrey.
"How about this? Let my driver take your car. You come in my car. Would you?" Says Liam again.
"Hmm, fine. Still, I can't come with you from campus. You wait for me at the crossroads ahead. I'll get off there and hand over the keys to your driver." Aubrey said again.
"Deal! I'm going now." Liam hangs up the phone and the car drives off the campus. Aubrey also tidies up her work files and gets ready to go to her car after Liam.
"Aubrey, where are you going?" Becky, who had just finished teaching, saw Aubrey walking past her without stopping.
"I'm going home first. bye-bye, dear." Aubrey waved her hand at a confused Becky. Aubrey didn't usually come home in such a hurry with a big smile on her lips.
"Could it be that she already has a boyfriend who picks her up? But who? Why didn't she introduce him to me?" Becky tilted her chin as she rolled her eyes. Her brain thought to find out what had happened to her only friend's change in attitude.
Aubrey started the car and drove off campus to the promised place with Liam. The car of the man who became her pretend boyfriend had stopped in front of her. Aubrey also slowed down the car and stopped right behind Liam's car.
"Excuse me miss, the car key?" A man politely approached Aubrey who had just gotten out of the car. He is Liam's driver assigned to take Aubrey's car to his Gallery.
