Chapter 4 - Chapter 4- Not your baby sister

Bree

" Fuck you, too!" He repeated sending her the finger as he regained his composure standing on as her hair covered her eyes flipping it over her face. She squatted as her other older brother Zirc stood next to him, and another pair of feet, and another. Soon realizing she was encircled by her remaining brothers staring down at her like a pitiful caterpillar that hadn't boomed into a butterfly yet.

" You don't understand you're a woman, we are men we will be forsaken." Alaric uttered as Bree blinked. She knew that they had been fight for a reason. She understood the position they were in. If she were too win over all her brothers. They would be considered weak and unworthy, but why would they be defined by something so minuscule. " Just give up."

" I'm sorry, Alaric that's the one thing I cannot do." She responded. Having limited options she rose with claws on display as she lunged grinding her nails asking Zirc's eyelids as red splurged from them blinding his sight. Falling back onto the ground as she turned her attention onto her other older brother grabbing onto Kai's neck as she choke slammed him far away into the field.

A growl emerging expecting it to be from Alaric but when she faced him it was the same baby blues from before. Jackson. His eyes glowing sparkling in their wolf form. Stepping forward as she stood her stance. " Sorry Bree, I tried to warn you." He said roughly as he threw a punch as she bend backwards missing her.

Straightening up as she threw her fist up, " Don't be sorry, Jackson. We wouldn't be doing this if it weren't optional." She gave him once of her childish smiles as he nodded, throwing his legs as she blocked it with her leg as the thud sound radiated throughout the amphitheater. Then another punch, another kick. What she didn't have in size, she would have to in speed. Dodging and reflecting the same punches he would throw back.

Growing up Bree knew Jackson was a good hunter, that's why dad would taken him in all his hunting trips because he was good in close combat. But maybe not so good in far combat. It was a theory she would have to test. As he threw another punch she got close enough to shove his chin upward temporarily knocking him off balance while she took the opportunity to run.Her feet connecting with her wolf side. Running as her feet planted against the amphitheater walls and flipping backwards using her leg to strike Jackson in the face. He froze seeing her in mid air her leg clacked as his body collapsed.Landing standing.

One down, three left to go she happily sighed.

Hunting down her blinded brother she kneed him in the stomach repeatedly until he spoke the words I surrender. And as she whipped her leg she heard a thump fall to the floor. Behind her Kai had fallen. His eyes closed and body unresponsive. Did I just knock him out? She thought as another female came to take him away. Lucky strike, I guess.

" Don't forget about me." Alaric growled as he grabbed her by the neck dangling her off the floor. The crowd gasped. She could feel the density of his pressure against her throat. Cutting off an air to her lungs, her mind felt heavy like a cloud blur. His grip was more forceful than intended but if he was going to win, it wouldn't matter. A smirk appeared across his face as he spoke, " Surrender." Her eyes rolled back. She was going to wipe the smirk off his face. But this one was going to be a low blow. Literally. She swayed herself back and forward as she gathered force and hit him in his groin.

Immediately dropping her as she breathed for life. Putting a hand around her neck just to assure.

Her heart beat pounding in her ears that was the only thing she could hear. Not the cheer of the crowd, the panting of her brother, nothing but distinct memories.Staring out the window of their house Bree was about five when watched all her older brothers play fight as she was told she had to learn how to cook, clean, and be lady. But in the depths of her soul she wanted to be with them. She wanted to learn how to fight. Not like the females being all meek. The only thing she had always admired about the female lions. They were strong, proud, the hunters, found for what they wanted. And that was exactly what she was going to do. Fight. And never stop fighting.

Quickly acting she put her foot over Alaric knee as she slithered onto him as they dropped to the floor as she put him into leg headlock as she pulling on his left arm as she dug her nails into his skin. Pressing into his muscle sending monstrous pain to his shoulders. Although she was small, her legs were her best weapon to attack.

" Aargh!" He screamed as she securely locked herself to the point if he attempted to move he couldn't. His whole body shaking to find escape. His hands finding her loosened hair as he pulled with force he had left as her neck cramped up. Shit! Fucking Shit! She thought as she bit her lip drawing blood. Why did they always have to go for the hair? So unfair. But she wasn't going to allow something to weigh her down as her canines protruded as she sank her teeth in his flesh. His body immediately alerted as he gasped exasperatedly. A wolves bite was painful. So much it would sent the body into catatonic state. His hand retreated as her neck found comfort.

" Fucking surrender!" She hissed as he attempted to hold on for dear life. She twisted his arm a bit more to the point where the muscle tissue could tear apart. He began panting as she squeezed her legs harder to cut his breathing. Seriously, was he going to give up or was she going to have to kill him? " Just give up!" She repeated as the veins in his face along the way down to his forehead appeared. The color red as a chili pepper.

He tapped her leg as a sign of retreat. But she had to make sure if she would release him he wouldn't trick her. She held his arm tightly, " Say it!" She barked as he whimpered, " Say it, Alaric! Or I'll swear I'll rip your arm off. I fucking swear." She proved by contorting his arm by a ninety degree angle almost popping it out of its socket.

" Okay!Okay! I surrender." He agonized as the sweet words were music to her ears as she released her grip as they both suspire deeply and out of relief. The crowd roar as she covered her hands with her hand. She just did it. She fucking did it! A smile crept upon her lips as she removed her hands as she looked up to the crystal blue sky. Finding the strength she stood up as her brother lay their breathing raggedly as he turned his face reluctant to met her. In the pit of her stomach she felt bad, hopefully it wasn't too much humiliation.

But she had just won. Defeated her brothers. She wanted to celebrate, but it was too early for that. Now it was time for the real challenge her eyes scattered the crowd until she found her father with a grin on the edge of his seat. Now she would take the crown.

I cannot, this is getting good! I really thought it was important to explain why Bree wanted to be Alpha Queen and not just begin a strong female character for no reason.
