In between Ayla found time to inform Stephen about Stella's trip, and he told her that he would take care of that.
Stella reached xx city, soon an Audi car started following her cab which she didn't notice.
Soon Stella reached the police station and got off the cab and rushed in.
The Audi following her parked in the front of the police station, no one got out of it.
"Should I go in and check?". Odin asked Darren who was sitting in the driver seat of the Audi. When they were heading to Silver City they got a call from Stephen.
"Hey Darren are you in xx city?". Stephen asked over the phone. Darren had put the call on the car's speaker, so he also heard it too.
"Yea". Darren replied.
'Is this dude serious we're less than 1 kilometers away from reaching Silver City, we are almost there.' Odin was speechless and Darren looks were unreadable.
"Stella had unexpectedly gone there to the police station to report for thief in her apartment. Can you please check on her?. I don't think it's that simple".
"Ok". Darren reply taking a U turn.
"Who is Stella?". Odin asked trying to remember hard who is this Stella from the shotgun seat.
"You will get to know soon". Darren said after a moment something was simmering in his mind.

Stella got in the police station and saw Mrs. Forbes, her landlord, sitting in the chair.
Stella reported the case, according to Mrs. Forbes, when she had opened the apartment as she had informed Stella two days prior about the leakage repairer who is going to come for a check-up.
When they got inside they saw there was someone in the apartment who managed to run away after seeing them. The bedroom door was still locked, but the living room was in the mess.
It had started getting dark outside when the both of them got out of the police station.
Mrs. Forbes had brought her car. She was a sweet lady and offered Stella a ride. Stella agrees as she also had to go and check her apartment personally.
Darren and Odin car was still waiting outside. Odin was leaning on the seat lazily playing with his phone out of boredom.
Darren whose focus was on his laptop for so long move to the entrance.
Odin also followed his sight and saw two people coming out of the police station.
The girl beside the old women was tall and thin. Her waist length hair with jet black roots melting into the coffee brown color at the ends bring out a modern finished look with the layers, her fair skin making contrast with her hair enhanced it. Her cheeks flushed with a delicate, vibrant pink. Almond eyes and elegant features.
Both of them pass from front of the Audi car and got in their car.
Perhaps the girl sense their stare as Stella instinctly look outside the window but found no one except some car parked in the area.
After some time the Audi also started behind them and stop behind Stella's apartment in a blind spot.
Parking the car Stella and Mrs. Forbes gone inside the building.
Stella checks her apartment and as said only the living room was in a mess. She was gald the bedroom door has another lock for some reason. It was there before she shifted here. She opened the lock bedroom door and got a small box from the cupboard.
When Stella got out of the building. A cab was waiting there. It was past 9:00 pm it would be hard to get a cab, so earlier Stella had already booked a cab.
Looking at the girl disappearing in the car Odin slowly turned to look at Darren in the driver seat who once again started the car.
He wondered how this 'soon' is soon enough, but he did not voice it out and decided to wait patiently.
The sky had turned dark when they entered Silver City.
Stella's cab came to a sudden stop in the middle of the highway. Darren also stop his car far behind and did not move any further. His brows furrowed at the unexpected stop, and his eyes remained fixed on the cab, unblinking and intense.
Smoke started to come outside from the hood of Stella's cab.
"What happened?". Stella asked the driver looking out at the smoke.
"Just a minute, I will go and check". The driver got out and check the car and came to inform Stella. "There is a problem, it will take a while to be repair". Saying this he turned to get the tools from the trunk.
Stella alighted from the car and stood at the side of the car looking at the time it was past 11:15 pm now. It will take a lot of time for a new cab to arrive to pick her.
If a car pass by she would ask for a lift, if not she will wait for a while then call Ayla to send someone to pick her.
Upon making this decision soon Stella's eyes lit up. She saw a car coming in her direction.
Stella waved her hand to stop the car.
The car stop in front of her. Stella noted the car was a limited edition.
"Can you please drop me in Silver City?". Stella said when the person roll down the car window, a man was sitting in the driver seat.
"Why not, get in". The man said a merit smile on his face, as if he had won some kind of jackpot.
"Oh, sorry did I say Silver City I actually wanted to go in xx City. Sorry to stop you". Stella said and moved away from the car. The moment he spoke, Stella caught the heavy scent of alcohol on him.
Instead of going the man reversed his car and stop right in front of Stella. "Get in we will drop you anywhere you want to go". The man said and lick his lips. He seemed to be the son of some wealthy man, and in the back seat, two of his friends watched her with unsettling interest.
Stella didn't want to be at rage at this moment. She breathed deeply, trying her best to clam herself down. She was too tired to get into any messy situation right now.
"Hey, come with us. Let's go". One of the man said in a bit of loud voice after getting out of the car.
Stella open her eyes when she felt a hand around her.
"Get her". Darren said looking at Odin. Odin looks more suspicious of how Darren was acting since he got call from Stephen. The look in his eyes was piercing, like the blade of a sharp surgical knife, probing and intense.
