From far away, if one had an abnormally good sight, they would be able to spot a cluster of many small grains that are separated from another flying in a one single direction without a single grain ruining the order.
It was very similar to a flock of blackbirds which fly in huge groups while travelling to a certain location of theirs.
In fact, that flock of grains was only one being unlike the group of birds, it was Leigh.
Leigh had left the camp and entered the skies in order to arrive at his destination. The camp of not fixed nor was any sign of abnormal beings removed from it because Leigh simply did not care for it.
He himself never left anything too weird that can point humans to his existence nor did he care if he did because he was leaving that place for now due to his decision to enter a realm with beings such as him.
His decision was a rational and logical one which he believed would benefit him in many aspects but little did he know that Leigh would forever be changed because of it is awaiting for him on the other side of his destination.
Leigh was travelling towards the sea as of right now because it was the only way for him to fulfill one of the requirements for stepping into the realm of hell, also referred to as the underworld or the abyss.
Although the term underworld was much more common than hell or the abyss for demons since angels were the ones to use the term abyss while humans used the term hell. Demons simply called their home the underworld, the realm under the two other realms, dimension wise.
The requirement for entering another realm were simple.
First, you had to be physically capable of entering or leaving a realm which requires the ability to flight and a body that can handle the pressure of crossing realms. After all not all demons and heavenly beings have wings. That is why the rifts exist, they allow faster travel and enter to those without wings but Leigh does not have access to them. Leigh most certainly passes this requirement for his body is perfect for crossing realms.
Second, you need to have the effort and intention to enter another realm because it takes a lot of will power to do so. This is not a problem because Leigh's mental capability surpasses humans and some demons in many ways since he no longer has two of his emotions. So he simply has to will himself to enter the underworld once he reaches a certain line.
Third, you have to be aware of the exact location of the line between the realms because you need to reach a certain speed when you are at the same level as that line in order to enter another realm. This line is also where you need to will yourself to leave a realm and enter another. From the knowledge Leigh possess, this line is the same as the pacific ocean level, even if it changes.
This line extends all over both hell and the human realm meaning as long as you know the longitude of this line (it is the same as pacific ocean water level), you can enter and exit these two realms at any latitude but Leigh sadly does not know the longitude of this line which is why he is flying towards the pacific ocean in order to enter the underworld from there.
Leigh continues flying towards the pacific ocean. The truth is that the time it is going to take for him to reach the pacific ocean is very long, possibly a couple of weeks and Leigh knows that but his resolve does not waver for such a small problem.
It is a insignificant issue because Leigh is not just going to stare into nothingness until he arrives, he is focusing all his attention on flying and increasing his speed by gaining better control over his body and the air around it. Leigh's flying speed is so slow that it can not even be used in battle but it is starting to gradually increase as time passes. It is more like training while traveling.
The surroundings around Leigh were magnificent, his grains and immensely enhanced senses allowed him feel the air and wind around him to an extend that any individual will be willing to pay millions to only grasp the same feeling.
The environment around him was the same, his vision allowed him to see many wonderful scenes from bodies of water and forests, to animals and humans in cities. It was truly a unique experience to be able to observe and analyze the world bellow you to such an extend. Such ability can even be called overpowered since in the human realm it can allow spying and planning to be 100% accurate.
But unlike humans or in fact most beings, Leigh was not even concerned about such minuscule periods of enjoyment and pleasure because he was solely focused on his flying and the underworld. He was trying to create certain plans for certain situations that he though might occur.
After all, even if Leigh was getting further and further away from being a human, he still retained many beneficial aspects of humanity such as strategizing and planning many steps ahead. Most angels and demons did not believe that making too many plans about the future could be beneficial but humans like Leigh had seen such mindsets in action so they knew that it was more than just useful and beneficial.
Leigh continued to fly for 2 weeks until he finally reached his destination. His flying speed as of lately had increased by a terrifying amount, he had now gained some skill in maneuvering in the sky as well. He is still not good enough at it to use it in battle but he can most likely utilized it as a move that he can use in specific situations.
Once Leigh traveled some distance away from civilization and towards the center of the pacific ocean's surface, he looked down at the line separating the sky and water with extreme focus and flied towards there with as much speed he could muster.
In order to further increase his speed, Leigh had altered his density in a way that allowed him to hover only a bit, he hoped to gain the help of gravity a bit more by bringing his grains a bit closer to one another.
As Leigh descended from the sky, he approached closer and closer to the surface of water, when he suddenly disappeared all together.
