"Did she hear what I told Titus just now? Or did She notice I somewhat blacked out?" Isaiah thought.
"Great work Isaiah. I feel confident in sending you on missions when the time arises." Mr. De Rossi said with a smile.
"Missions?" Isaiah said with a confused look.
"Yes, we take missions directly from the 7 kings themselves. Mostly missions that they don't want the public to know about." Carly said, rolling her eyes like Isaiah was supposed to know this information 🙄
"Thank you, Carly, but let's not forget I'm the teacher here." Mr. De Rossi added.
"Yes, here at the IPA, we not only train you, but we send you on missions. Like taking down terrorist organizations or Protecting civilizations that want to remain hidden from humans. Etc."
"Speaking of, I have a mission perfect for you as a newbie. Let's all head back to the classroom, so I explain the details. Mr. De Rossi said.
Everyone starts heading back to the classroom. Isaiah notices that Titus has his head down, trying not to make eye contact with anyone.
[ Quest Complete: Defeat Titus Stormwright and receive 10 state points and 3 levels
10 state points awarded
3 levels awarded ]
Isaiah looks at the notification and smirks 😏
"I'll definitely have to assign those points later. Then, I finally get to see how the stat points affect my body." Isaiah thought about getting excited.
As they walk down the hallways, Lia stops Isaiah before they get to the class.
"Like I said earlier, I saw that," Lia said with a sharp look.
"Saw what?" Isaiah said nervously because he hoped it wasn't what he said to Titus.
"I saw you lose control during that fight. Once your eyes start glowing that green color, you give off a different vibe." Lia said, frustrated. Pointing at Isaiah's eyes.
"Chill with the pointing. But what are you talking about? I didn't blackout! And my eyes glow when I use a lot of my psychic energy at once." Isaiah said, trying to sound convincing.
" Have you heard the term mother sees all and hears all? They don't say that for no reason. Lia explained. She pauses for a min.
"Wait, is that why you can't remember any of your previous confirmations because stuff like that happens?" Lia said, trying to connect the dots.
Isaiah starts to inwardly panic.
"Is she right? How could I not remember fighting when just now it came so naturally to me. Isaiah thought to himself.
"Your Trippin, how could I not remember? When I'm the only psychic, I know, plus my mind can't be manipulated so easily since well, I'M A PSYCHIC." Isaiah argued as he started to walk away.
"That is not true Isaiah, your parents are the most powerful Psychics on the planet. Do you think they can't gain access to your mind? Lia added.
Isaiah's heart dropped. He started to breathe more heavily.
"My own parents are manipulating my mind? Why would they do that, Isaiah asked himself.
"Then again, why would they send me to this school and say what they said? "You're starting to get more powerful. "Control yourself, Isaiah, your emotions, our tide to your powers," Isaiah Recalls.
"Pinch, you must be crazy," Isaiah said, walking into the classroom, trying to not look worried about Lia's comments.
"This guy is really my future husband? He is handsome, but brains and wisdom are definitely lacking. Wisdom does come with age, though, and Gaia hasn't been wrong yet. Lia begins to recall her first encounter with Gaia.

In sketchy apartment complexin. In apartment 4C. Lives a 14-year-old girl and mother with an abusive boyfriend.
"Lia, baby, I know you're old enough to understand the situation I'm in. Terri is providing for us. Without him, we would be on the street. Lia's mother said, holding her face trying to sound convincing.
"When does momma stop? Do you really think he loves you? Look at yourself." Lia says with tears in her eyes, rubbing her mother's black eye.
"He shows his love by going to work and putting food on the table. Your dead beat of a father couldn't even do that." Lia's mother argued
Lia knew better than to argue at this point. She knew her mother would never leave this man.
"That's not love; love is patient, and kind love doesn't envy or boast. Love never fails," Lia recalls her bible verse.
Lia recalls when her father was alive, and they would go to church on Sunday morning. That is when she saw her mother at her happiest. But, it wasn't until her father got back from a deployment that things started to change.
Lia's father lost both of his legs during that time. Unfortunately, the military wouldn't give him disability money for his time served. Just a bunch of medals and his thanks.
That's when her mother became the breadwinner, and arguments about money came up. Never in her life did Lia see a man more defeated than when she saw her father in a wheelchair crying that he could do nothing to support his family.
Lia didn't know much, but she knew that that was the saddest thing she ever witnessed.
Later on, Lia's father took his own life. She and her mother didn't get any life insurance because it was suicide. That's when her mother turned to drink and later met Terri.
One night Terri got too blistering drunk he tried to sexually harass Lia. Luckily her mother was there for him before it could get out of hand. However, that whole night Terri tried to convince Lia's mother to have her, and that it didn't come morning, he would throw them both out on the street.
Lia heard the conversation from the bedroom, heart bounding waiting for her mother's reply.
"I'm her daughter. There is no way she would let him," Lia said to herself
To Lia's surprised, Lia's mother gave in to Terri's demands.
Once Lia heard that, her mother agreed. She slipped into hysteria. Before her mind got too far gone, she snapped back and said. "No, I will not become a victim."
Deep in the night, Lia had resolved and concluded she would no longer allow her and her mother to fall victim to such a man a complete low life.
Before Lia Knew it, she was outside of her mother's door waiting with a kitchen knife in her hand. Preparing to kill Terri and end his miserable life.
Right before Lia was about to enter the room, time froze, and Lia heard a soft woman's voice coming behind her.
"This is not that path for you, young one. Your Path is something much greater." Said the women floating in mid-air
The woman was black and deeply melanated. Her hair was an afro with flowers coming out of it, and she smelled like a deep forest. She wore a white dress with a gold pin of a sunflower. She looks young and mature at the same time.
"Greeting child, I am Gaia, mother of nature."
