Chapter 28 - Chapter 28: One Sided Battle

"What! Is that all you got! I could have plenty of punches and kicks to spare! Come at me with all you got! HAHAHAHAHA." Sirus laughed madly like a mad man.

'Already with no effort, I took down 9 Goblins, pitiful.' He said to himself as he looked around him seeing the big round black eyes shiver in fear.

As Sirus was to take a step he hears loud footsteps coming through one of the caves where the Goblins ordinary came from. He looks over his shoulder as he turns around and he sees a 1-metre tall Goblinoid with round black eyes as the smaller Goblins, fangs jutted out of its jaw and has some hair sticking out, unlike the smaller Goblins where they were completely bold. Ragged clothing as well but carries a large axe over his shoulder.

"Oh? I see, so are you the one who will fight me now? Let's just hope you won't die with one punch." Sirus said jokingly as a smile formed on his face. He smoothly went back to his kickboxing stance, he started to hop a little around.

The taller Goblin raised its finger slowly towards the Daemon. 'You Daemon, why you come?'

Sirus was shocked but he didn't show it, he wondered how he heard a voice in his head all of sudden, he glanced at the Goblin pointing the finger at him.

'So, tell me how you can talk to me without moving your mouth, and how can you speak the Daemon language? If you answer these questions I might just let you live." He said in his thoughts hoping the Goblin could hear what he was saying.

'So you are a Daemon.' The Goblin lowered his finger in anger and pulled his axe in front of him and charged at the Daemon as he roared loudly, causing the cave to shake.

"I see, since you don't want to talk then I guess we will have to kill each other then!" Sirus face became serious as he widened his eyes in anger and before the Goblin could even see what happened he was pushed back and crashed heavily against the wall, Sounds of broken bones echoed throughout the cave once again.

Sirus ducked when the Goblin swung his axe carelessly and Sirus punched straight at his stomach.

The Goblin fell down onto the floor as his body detached from the cracked wall, he spat a mouthful of blood and slowly stood up. Blood dripped from his forehead, he shook his head as he slowly approached the Daemon once again.

'I shouldn't have been able to launch him into the wall like at, so where did this power come from all of sudden.' He glanced at his bulged muscle. 'Something happened to my body ever since I ate that bull deer thing.' He shook his head and quickly jumped back, the Goblin swung his axe vertically down, nearly hitting his head.

"FOOLS! Attack the Daemon!" The Goblin shouted in an unknown language that Sirus couldn't understand, the smaller Goblins came back to reality and they quickly glanced at the Hobgoblin named gob.

They raised their weapons in the air before charging once again at the Daemon.

"Kill, kill, kill!"

"Kill, Daemon!"

"ARGHH!"

"Disgusting little buggers, I will show you a true master in martial arts." Sirus leaned his body slightly down and charged straight at the taller Goblin.

The Daemon speed was too fast to follow with their untrained eye, but Gob had experience in a variety of fights so he saw the Daemon charging straight at him, he was surprised but he places his axe at his side as he tensed his muscles and was ready to strike at any moment.

The Goblins couldn't see what happened, they could only frighten in fear as they saw the Goblins in front of Gob get trampled.

Sirus's powerful legs easily trampled or ran straight through the weaker Goblins, as Sirus was 2 meters in front of Gob. Gob roared loudly and swung his axe heavily to his left but didn't hit anything and his axe got embedded into the wall. He looked around looking for the Daemon but he couldn't see him, a shiver ran up his spine as a voice spoke from behind.

"To slow, Hehehe."

With Sirus's quick reflexes he easily dodged the axe, he appeared behind the Hobgoblin, he jumped around before kicking the right side of the Hobgoblin with his right leg.

"ARGHHHH!!!!"

[CRACK!]

Gob face smashed straight into the wall and his brain scatted all over the wall, his lifeless body fell down with a loud thud, revealing his smashed-in face.

"I always wanted to try that move, hahaha, now…" His beady glowing crimson eyes latched onto the Goblins as they dropped their weapons and started to run towards the entrance of the cave.

"Gob! Dead!"

"Monster!"

"Arhhhh!"

"Don't think with your puny legs can run away from me." He said as walked over to the bodies that he trampled, their bodies twitched like bugs, he lifted one of them by the legs and threw it at the retreating Goblins.

[Swoosh]

[Bang]

"ARGHHH!"

Two extra lifeless bodies crashed into the Goblins as they were trampled and their faces smashed against the floor.

The scent of blood filled the air, making any person with a light stomach to instantly puke their guts out.

Sirus ran and caught up within seconds and blocked the exit.

The remaining Goblins fell to their knees as others rolled to the floor as they didn't dare to look up.

"Your not even worth killing if you don't even fight back."

The Goblins could only shiver in fear as they didn't know how to speak to the Daemon unlike Gob did.

They stood still in front of each other before Sirus made a move.

"I would let you go but from what I know from back earth, you would only come back for revenge, so let's end this shall we."

A cold smile formed on his face as he walked over to the Goblins, Sirus simply stomped their legs to render from them moving.

Screams filled the area and could be heard outside the forest.

One by one Sirus smashed their faces against the rocky surface as their brains and blood splatted on the floor.

Sirus sat down as he leaned against the cave, and his body became to ache.

"Seems my body still needs to get adjusted to how I fight, and these guys didn't even amuse me much, same could be said for the taller Goblin. I should of let him live and see if I could retrieve any information, but then I doubt they would speak so there's that." Sirus glanced at his body as his legs and fist were soaked in blood. His arms rested on his knees as blood dripped down from his claws.

He stood up after resting for 10 minutes and looked at the cave.

"I don't sweat or get tired easily but I'm still exhausted. I suppose I could see if there's anything of interest deeper in the cave." He said, he walked deeper into the cave as he looked around the piles of bodies, he was about to pick up his weapons when he thought to himself there's no need if there are proper swords and daggers from the Goblins. He had no use of the bone spear or the sword so he picked up 2 rusty daggers and held them in one hand. He would use one of the daggers and use the other to sharpen and try to get rid of the rust, after that he would throw the other and keep the sharpened one.

He looked at the taller Goblin and saw if he had anything to loot but found nothing on him, he stood up and glanced at the cave where the Goblins came from and walked for a while before he turned a corner and saw countless of what looked like females Goblins and children Goblins huddled in one corner. He ignored them and looked around the wide room.

"A pile of bones in one corner and just what looked like the skin of animals used as a place to sleep and just more tools and weapons, the female's Goblins on the other hand actually have hair, but much less than the taller Goblin." Sirus walked over to the huddled Goblins and grab one of the wrists of the female's Goblins as he lifted her with ease into the air.

She screamed as well the rest as they were 1 metre away from the monster.

"You look just the same as the others. I wonder if you have females Humans trapped somewhere around here like every Goblin cave does I wonder."

[Drip-Drip]

Sirus looked down on the floor and saw the female Goblin he was holding in the air peed herself.

"Disgusting…" He said as he dropped her to the floor.

He looked around one last and saw there were no other caves entrances. He grabbed one of the skins that were used for sleeping and hanged it on his shoulder before he left without bothering to kill the rest of the Goblins.

He left the cave and looked up and saw it was already dusk.

"I was in there longer than I expected, at least I got a dagger I can use it better than the bone knife I had, and I don't need to sleep on the dirt anymore with this." He said as he walked towards the river, he reached it in a matter of half an hour. He washed his legs and fist and continued with his task to acquire new clothes… And a brush if he could.
