The trio quickly followed the shout and reached Loki Familia's meeting room.
Bete was besides de door leaning against a wall, Tiona and Tione were sitting on the sofa along with Gareth the dwarf while Finn was standing in front of Loki with his hands on the table.
"How could you accept that Loki-sama?!" He asked Loki who only raised an eyebrow.
"What do you mean Finn?" Loki said, resting her head on the back of her hand.
"Loki-sama, they are monsters! They can't be allowed in the surface!" he exclaimed.
"Finn… remember your place" her face darkened and an invisible pressure fell on the pallum
This made Finn look down while clenching his fist, after all, a mortal could not meddle with god's affairs.
"But even so" Loki stood up "It wasn't my choice that changed the outcome, many gods saw benefits on it, and as your god, you can only follow my decision"
Finn clenched his teeth at her statement.
"But if you are so against my decision, there's going to be another meeting tomorrow, the leaders of the 'Xenos' will be there"
"Their leaders?" Finn asked.
"Yes, and we can bring 2 members of our Familia to the meeting" Loki said, glancing at Ais that was at the door, and lifting her eyebrow at Calvin.
"Then…"
"Yes, I'll take you with me, what do have you say?"
"Thank you, and I'm sorry Loki-sama!" Finn exclaimed, bowing at her.
"Does anyone else have any objections?" Loki said putting her hands on the table.
After a moment of silence, Loki spoke again.
"Then you are dismissed" she said, making everyone leave the room after which Ais, Riveria, and Calvin came in.
"Loki-sama what happened?" Ais asked.
"Nothing" she said with her usual carefree attitude.
Ais looked at her for a moment before giving up on asking more questions.
"And why are you here?" She asked Calvin opening her eyes slightly.
"I was about to leave but your little altercation caught my attention" he answered honestly, knowing that gods can detect lies, although he had no reason to lie.
"Oh? And were where you Ais! When I arrived, you weren't here!" she said right before her expression turned lecherous "And I couldn't get a piece of this Ass-" she stopped her words when Ais pinched her hand that was wavering to her butt.
"Loki-sama please behave yourself we have a guest here" Ais said releasing her hand.
"Come on, why so serious? Besides, I'm sure he doesn't mind" Loki added while looking at Calvin with a grin on her face.
'Is she trying to mock me? Ha, Just watch' He thought smiling back at Loki making her lift an eyebrow.
"Anyways, I was about to ask Ais if she had something to do today" Calvin said earning even more curiosity from Loki.
'what Is he gonna do?' Loki thought.
"Uhm… No, I'm free for the rest of the day" Ais answered.
"well, seeing that it's noon already, I was wondering if you wanted to go eat together?" He said making the goddess 'look' at him with a surprised face, but she quickly hid it.
'This guy… he's good, but it doesn't matter, my Ais would never fall for tha-' her thoughts were interrupted when she heard Ais's response.
"I would like to"
'Eh?' Loki's mind went blank for a second and her ever-closed eyes were wide open, making sure she was seeing right at the moment.
When she came to her senses, with her eyes still open, she watched their backs, as they walked through the door.
Suddenly, Calvin looked back at her, with the smuggest smile he could make.
Seeing that, Loki's eyes closed with a frown and a vein popped on her forehead.
She got played… the god of mischief itself got played by a mortal kid…
'This can't be! This son of a bitch is trying to steal my Ais!' Loki's rage was growing by the second, she wanted to shred the guy next to Ais to pieces.
As Loki was about to pounce Calvin, a pair of arms stopped her.
"Please refrain yourself Loki-sama" Riveria spoke as the goddess tried to get out of her grasp.
"Let me go, Riveria! I'm gonna kill this guy!" Loki roared, thrashing around.
"That's the reason I'm holding you!" Riveria exclaimed.
"Hahaha" Calvin chuckled lightly seeing the goddess antics, making Ais give him a questioning look, oblivious to the situation behind them.
"It's nothing, would you like to eat at the hostess of fertility, or do you have other plans?" He asked Ais.
"No, the hostess of fertility is fine" She approved.

They were eating their food while talking to each other.
"Does your goddess do that all the time?" Calvin asked.
"Yes… I hope you can forgive her"
"Don't worry, I don't mind" he assured her "On the other hand, do you mind telling me more about your magic?" he asked with a gleam of excitement in his voice.
"hm" She nodded "{Ariel} is my wind magic, but as you already know I'm a swordsman, not a mage so, I use it to enhance my speed and momentum" she explained.
"Interesting…" He muttered while eating and thinking about how many ways {Ariel} could be used.
But then he realized how Ais was looking at him intensely.
"What?" he asked.
"It's your turn now" she said.
"Ohh! I guess that after you told me that, it's only fair that I tell you one of my abilities, isn't it?" he realized to which she nodded in response.
"Then tell me what you want to know" he said.
'He gave me a choice? And he said "one" of my abilities… should I as about his duplication ability? No… I already know what to ask'
"Earlier, how did you reflect my attack?" she asked looking at him in the eyes.
'Smart, aren't we?'
"it's called…" he looked around the place wary of anyone hearing, seeing that no one was prying on their conversation he got closer over the table and whispered "[Beli ma]"
He was sure that no one in this world knows what [Beli ma] is but one could never be sure, after all, this technique was incredibly powerful, it was obvious why only high-ranking people knew about it.
If it somehow got into the public… he couldn't imagine what could happen, a world where everyone is invincible?
He shuddered at the thought, he had grown up knowing that by taking something's life he could get stronger, but what if, he couldn't kill anything?
Now he understood why Kala drilled the 'No teaching other people [Beli ma]' onto his brain.
"What is [Beli ma]?" Ais asked full of curiosity, anxious to know.
"Shh…" he shushed her putting his finger over her lips.
"It's a form of Martial arts" he said retracting his hand.
"Will you teach me?" Ais asked with her head down, she knew he had no reason to teach her, but even so, it didn't hurt to try.
"Alright" is what she heard in response.
"What?" She asked, confused by his answer.
"I'll teach you, but with one condition"
She looked at him waiting for his next words.
"Fight me and win" he said, he knew that she was still holding back a great amount meaning that {Ariel} wasn't her last trick with this incentive she would surely bring her last card out.
"Alright!" she accepted the challenge with a fierce look in her eyes, dead set on accomplishing her objective of getting stronger, she was sure that learning [Beli ma] would make her stronger without a doubt.
Calvin then stood up in a quick motion, grabbed his glass, gulped it down in one go, and slammed it to the table.
"Then, let's take this to the dungeon" he said, clearly excited to fight Ais once again, but this time he was sure she would go all out.
At that moment, he felt it.
That disgusting feeling of being looked at by greedy, lustful eyes that tried to drill into his soul wanting to know all of him.
Snaping his neck to the source of the gaze, he didn't see anything.
'Could it be that Ash-haired woman?' he was still extremely suspicious of her and his suspicions weren't confirmed but weren't cleared either.
'I will know your secret' he thought before returning his attention to Ais who had finished her food and was ready to leave.
'Wait! Loki said tomorrow's the meeting with the Xenos… maybe I'm being too hasty…'
"Hang on a second Ais let's change the deal, One week, let's spar once every day for a week, counting this day you still have 6 tries to defeat me, what do you say?" He asked Ais, who exhaled heavily.
'But I need it as fast as possible… No! he said to take it lightly if we spar more, I'll get time to learn more about his abilities, and work out a method to beat him'
"Alright" She accepted the new rules of the challenge.
"Great! I'll see you tomorrow then, thanks for the date" he said before turning around and leaving.
"D-Date?" She spluttered, her brain just managing to realize why he asked her to go out with him.
