They were in front of each other, Calvin was sitting on a chair while she was sitting on the bed, the lights weren't on at the moment, the only light in the room was the orange glow of dusk coming from the windows.
He had come to Hestia's room and started telling his story to her, although he let the system as a 'power' that gives him his different abilities by being around death.
She then opened her Sapphire-blue eyes, and looked at Calvin, adapting her 'Serious' attitude making her resemble a real god and not some wannabe.
"So, you said, that you got stronger by killing people?" she asked.
"Yeah…" he answered making Hestia frown "but you need to understand that everyone else was the same, at some point, when you got strong enough everyone would out to get you" he explained.
"But still, your soul reflects your actions meaning that those who you killed weren't really 'Deserving' of their deaths"
"You still don't get it…" he paused and looked at his hands without any emotion on his face "This power that people from my world possess…, there's a saying that you need to cut weed from the root, the same can be applied to my world, the fact that just being near death makes you stronger made my world be in constant war, even if they are afraid of death getting stronger just by being there outweighs that feeling. Leaving a potential threat alive is just asking for death"
With that, Hestia's frown subsided "Even so, do you not feel bad for taking someone else's life? you are human after all, I guess you can at least feel some sympathy, right?" she asked.

"They must have seen how good I am?" he said leaning back on the chair and crossing his arms behind his head.
"Bullshit! Don't you think that I don't know what you were doing in the red-light district before it was destroyed" she said making Calvin widen his eyes.
"Ahem… it was forcefully abolished, but how do you know that?" he asked regaining his composure.
"I have a lot of contacts" she spoke with pride "I know that you are just some unfaithful womanizer!"
Calvin frowned at that statement "Hey, I might be a womanizer but calling me unfaithful is a bit over the top, just so you know, they are both with me because we love each other that much, they know I'm a womanizer and still decided to be with me" he said before his lips formed a cheeky smile "A Virgin like you would never understand anyway"
"What does that have to do with anything?!" she exclaimed angrily her face getting a light blush.
"As is said you would never understand, but anyways, do you have more questions? It's getting late" he said as he got up from the chair.
"Do you plan to go back?"
"Yes, I have something to do there" he said as his fist clenched in anger, suddenly Hestia grabbed his arm and caressed it gently making him calm down.
"I see… you really do love them huh? Do you miss them? Everyone that you mentioned… they were your friends" she asked letting out a bit of her divinity.
"N…" He was about to tell a cheap lie, but then he asked 'why', why would he tell a lie, he did miss them. He spent so many memories with them it was impossible for him not to care, then why would he think of lying?
'Am I lying to myself? Is there something else in me that I don't know of?' he had the Love potion, the Brain eater that was mostly harmless due to the mirror on his mindscape, He only felt a little weird when using [Phasing]but that was all 'I need to find out what it is'
"Yes, I do miss them" he said with a melancholic expression.
"Thank you for telling me, you can go rest now" she said putting a close to the conversation, sensing how he needed some time alone.
Calvin quietly left the room with a thoughtful expression.
He walked through the corridor with his eyes closed, although he could still 'see' due to his [Spatial awareness]
