In a split second Ais launched herself at Calvin, slashing at his chest with Desperate (her sword).
But as she was halfway down her swing, she noticed how he had already ducked and was about to swing at her from below.
Stopping her swing, she jumped back, avoiding Calvin's attack.
'What was that? It seemed like he ducked in anticipation' she thought.
'I can really see them… her movements, they are as clear as day!' he was surprised at the effect of his new ability, he was capable of reading her muscle movements and prepare in anticipation.
Ais then ran at him once again, this time swinging at his abdomen.
'A feint!' Calvin didn't block it, instead, he slashed at her too.
Ais was thrown off by this, as her sword changed direction from his abdomen to his neck inevitably meeting Calvin's own swing.
*Ting* The familiar sound of metal clashing echoed through the massive room.
Ais started swinging at Calvin but he parried every single one of her attacks, their encounter finally ending with Ais jumping back once again with a slight cut on her cheek that barely drew any blood.
"How about we take this up a notch?" He said using Bent Hardening on his arms and extending it to Gram, making the sword's blade turn a shiny black color.
"Hm!" Ais nodded, as green wind covered her body.
Calvin then slashed at her with all his might making her dodge.
'Right!' and just as he thought, Ais dodged right.
Calvin anticipated her movement and rapidly slashed at her but she parried it with ease.
"Come on Ais, you are not even trying right now" he said as he stood a couple of meters from her.
Again, Ais slashed at Calvin with an amazing speed and as he dodged by stepping back Ais got behind him on a green flash that lifted all the dust around and slashed at his unprotected back.
But what she heard next was completely out of her expectations, *Ting* she heard the sound of crashing metal
'What?' she questioned perplexed.
when the dust settled, she saw Calvin holding Gram over his shoulder stopping her strike.
Calvin looked back and simply smiled at her attempt.
'Again, with that look!' she didn't like when he looked at her like that, it made her feel weak.
"I think it's time we stop playing" he said without turning to face her and threw a fast kick at her stomach sending her a few meters away.
Suddenly, Ais's wind became even more furious like a miniature tornado.
She then leaped at Calvin once again slashing downwards with all her might.
Calvin saw her jump and a split second later she was already in front of him.
'Fast, but I can still see you' caching Ais's blow between Gram's blade and handguard as the floor below him cracked like a spiderweb.
Feeling the strength of her attack Calvin smiled wildly "It's still not enough!" he exclaimed forcing her sword to the side making her start to fall, he took advantage of her misplacement and slashed at her.

Calvin swung his sword which held an unprecedented amount of strength.
'Wait…' he sensed something wasn't right, and as he guessed, when he was about to hit Ais, she speeded her fall with {Ariel}, avoiding his attack and making him slash the air, throwing off his balance.
'Just as I thought, he is unable to change the course of his counter-attack, once he absorbs something's force and redirects it, he is able to redirect it again only if he is strong enough to do it, however, If that force exceeds his maximum strength, he is unable to control it' Ais determined by looking at Calvin's astonished expression.
She then took advantage of Calvin's brief astonishment and went for a thrust to the chest, with the power of {Ariel} this thrust was incredibly fast.
Calvin saw this coming, but being out of balance and the thrust being that fast he only had his free hand to stop her attack.
Then the tip of Ais's sword hit his chest and stopped, not because she wanted but because Calvin managed to catch her sword. Not completely though, as the newly made cracks below his feet told that he managed to slow her attack just enough so it wouldn't stab him.
"Nice one, but…" Calvin grinned and yanked her sword towards himself "it's still not enough!" he exclaimed slashing with his sword.
Ais watched Calvin's sword slowly downed on her 'this can't be… Beli Ma… the stronger I get the stronger he hits, even if he is physically weaker than me that skill levels our strength, my advantage disappears the moment we fight…' she closed her eyes prepared for her impending loss and what comes after it 'If only I was stronger…' she wished, and as if the world had listened, a green blinding light shone from her chest.
Blinded by the light, Calvin recoiled, covering his eyes, unable to see "What the…?!"
Suddenly, the green light engulfed Ais as wind circled around her forming a squall in the room.
After a few moments, the light, as well as the wind, subsided revealing Ais's new form.
She had a pair of feathery wings coming from her back as well as another smaller pair of wings on her calves. On her head, there was a bright green halo that made her look like an angel.
She then opened her golden eyes "Round 2?" she raised her sword with a smile on her mouth and challenging look on her eyes.
