Remembering the painful past on how Ghost had sent a loyal servant from his army to me through the body of an innocent man that came from the God and Goddess as a way to start up this war going back during the creation story between him and the Goddess. Remembering this, it is as if I am being dragged back through my deep thought that like it is just having to expect me to fall into a bottomless hole in the ground of pain and misery it all over again. The memory of killing that priest is all too real and still fresh in the mind, killing an innocent human, Van Helsing…
"Stop Father Van Helsing, this is not you!" I scream out as I try my hardest to avoid his attacks with his sword. In these final moments of this fight, Van Helsing was to hit me. Tears trickling from my eyes, his life is now sealed and unable to break free from it is deathly grip. Van Helsing standing still then falling onto the dirt ground in agonizing pain and suffering in these last and final moments of life that he has left. Looking down at him drenched in sorrow in my kingdom, never have I ever have been so much in pain since the moment I was born. Now to be soon the most horrible monster with my immortal tears.
"Dear Vlad, I am free and yet I failed dear Mother and Father," Van Helsing cries as he then starts to cough up blood.
"You did not fail Father Van Helsing, you are freed from this Devil's control and now you will be in heaven with the God and Goddess," I say with a pain filled smile as silent acidic tears of pain came falling down from my blue black eyes.
"Please Vlad, find a way to break the curse so the future generations that will fight against Ghost will not die by the enemies injuries," Van Helsing asks me, making me promise so we can find a way to defeat Ghost and not die in vain.
"I promise Father Van Helsing, I won't fail you in this promise," I tell him as he then stopped breathing and died.
"Vlad," Ian says. Looking up at him, I wipe the tears away and I look back at Father Van Helsing's lifeless body.
"We need to bury his body and give him the appropriate funeral, let us go Vlad," he says as he picks up Father Van Helsing's body and we go directly to the church to tell him the news about Ghost. At this point of time and going into the future of this future, this is now my future, being the true monster that Ghost; The man that wants to take the mother of creation down into the pits of eternal suffering had turned me into--.
"Brother, no matter what the situation with Ghost was when possessing our dear friend, a man of the cloth, it was never your fault, none of this is," Ian explains. Looking at him as he was carrying Father's body towards the front door of the church building. He is right, the curse Father had talked to all of us about was something that we are now fighting to break on the future lives that will be chosen to defeat Ghost with our help.
Walking into the church building, everyone that turned around and ran to both me and Ian as we had Father's body in Ian's arms.
"Dear Goddess!" Anastasia exclaims out in fear. Looking at her, I then looked away in shame of myself. Anastasia's Father looks at me for a moment and then looks shakes his head as he turns his direction towards Father's body. This is it; I am now the Devil that everyone hates...
As I sit behind my desk, I hear a knock at the door.
"Who is it?" I ask.
"It is me my Lord, I have your blood that you ordered," says Trina, my personal witch that I had turned into a vampire.
"Come in," I answer. As she walks in and stands by my desk, she fills the tall glass with blood. Sighing from remembering that painful history, I just wish that Trina could change what had happened back then. But I know that if it did not happen, something worse could have happened, who knows at this point.
"Lord Vlad, what is on your mind?" she asks. Staring at her, I felt a small tear falling down and all I want to do is cry.
"My life dear Trina, how my life's been a total lie," I say to her then picking up the glass of blood and throwing it across from us and hearing it shatter and watching the blood forming into a large puddle. Trina sighs then pulls her sleeve up.
"You may be my sire, but I need you to live, please drink," she says. Wiping the tears away, I take her arm and then biting into her wrist and start drinking her blood. It was bitter, just like when I was still human when it was my first taste...I just wish that I were not turned into a vampire. But I do admit that sometimes I am happy that I happen to be a vampire, because I could help the God and Goddess to defeating Ghost. After finishing drinking Trina's blood, I push her arm away, standing up, walking to window, and looking out as I see innocent people that are living happy and carefree. Dear God and Goddess, can we for once ever find peace, or is it out of reach?
"Do you sense Ghost like I do, Lord Vlad?" Trina asks, turning my eyes over to her direction, I nod.
"Yes," I answer. Now even though I can sense that Ghost's back. All I want is to see that monster dead and never be reborn in every battle for them to kill us to take over the cosmos. But what Ghost does not know is--.
"My Lord, when do we make our first move against Ghost and his servants at hand?" Trina asks. Looking at her still, I pull out my cell phone then handing it to her.
"Send in our new recruits and have them draw Ghost to their direction. Just give him a message about whoever is body that he is in,"
"And what would that be, if I may ask?"
"That I will have my personal revenge against him for causing Van Helsing's death through his sick possession and I will make sure that even death will not be the issue, he will understand what I mean by that in the future,"
