The cops left and I walked towards the door and I looked at Alexandra "Wanna mess with everyone's head?"
"Really? At my first party, plus being the new girl? You want everyone to hate me?!" She replied
"Oh shut up! No one is gonna hate you for some stupid prank!" I tell her.
"But--"
"Nope! Shush! YOU! ARE! DOING! IT! Just follow my lead" I say interrupting her
"This guy is gonna get me killed...." She says under her breath
"U said something?" I ask her
"Nope, not a thing!" She replied giggling.
Weird... I swear I heard something, anyway I head towards the door and tell her to make a sad face as we enter the house. I open the door to find everyone staring at me...
"So....?" Ryder asked
"So..?" I ask him the same question just to psych him out.
"The party is canned huh?" Ryder says in a somber tone.
"Well... Yeah! You stopped the damn music! There's no party with no music you dumb fuck" I said laughing...
The music starts playing again and everyone shouts in excitement.
"YOU SON OF A BITCH!" Ryder said laughing as I went dancing towards him. Ann and Allie joined in the dancing and Aurora came over with a whole bowl of nachos and salsa and started dancing with the bowl... It was hilarious, luckily nothing fell down, yet. I suddenly remember something important, and my eyes open as big as they possibly can... It's as if I was in looney toons and my eyes were going to pop out of their sockets.
"OYE! WHAT'S UP?" Allie shouted
"I AM SO SCREWED! HOW CAN I FORGET?" I scream and leave frustrated. I look around, "I cannot believe that I forgot about Alexandra, and what is worse? I remembered after the duration of two whole songs, I'm such a dumbasss!" I look around the house, go up, go down, and search the backyard only to find a particular girl sitting alone by the swing.
I look at her for a moment while leaning on the walls of the kitchen that leads to the backyard and then she looks at me while our eyes meet in a pure state of coincidence. I start walking slowly toward her,
"Hey there..." I said a little guilty and a little embarrassed.
"Hey, there stranger... How's the party?" She replied with a bit of sadness in her voice.
"I'm sorry... I'm not usually used to being with someone, well... Other than those guys, they've been with me through hell and everything, but anyway... I think am just making excuses at this point..." I crouch down, look her straight in her eyes, put her hair behind her ear, smile, and tell her, "so let's go and this time I won't leave your side till like the sun rises... Sounds good?"
"Yeah..." She gets up and takes my hand and we head to search Ryder and everyone, I don't think I've ever introduced a girl to them. Why am I so nervous? I mean I do consider them my second family... but damn!
"WHERE THE FUCK DID YOU DISAPPEAR?" Ryder replied, "YOU LEFT ME DANCING WITH A COUPLE AND A GIRL TRYING TO MAKE LOVE TO SALSA ON THE DANCE FLOOR!"
"EXCUSE YOU!" Aurora replied.
"ANYWAY, I WANT YOU'LL TO MEET SOMEONE... GUYS THIS IS ALEXANDRA... ALEXANDRA MEET THE GANG." I replied to the ever-interesting quarrel between Aurora and Ryder.
