"Your clothes are a little big..." Alexandra walked down the stairs and sat next to me.
"What if it is a little big, you look cute in them and if you don't like them you can always take them off" I get up and start walking down the stairs and before I reach the bottom most platform I turn around and give Alexandra a smirk. If you haven't seen a really red tomato, her face would make a fairly good replica. For reference, that's how hard she was blushing, or was it my imagination?
"Oh you wish." She replied with a smirk on her face.
"Is that so? What if I really did? Would you be a sweetheart and grant my wish?" I asked again. She started walking down the stairs,
"I would have, had you not acted like a jackass" She walked by me with a sinister look on her face.
"I think this woman is gonna be the death of me."
A distant shout is hear from the table because we have a rule in the house where on the four major meals, that is breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner, we all have to be present and eat together. It started off as a joke because Ryder used to always be late (because he sucks at time management) but now everyone takes it extremely serious. I guess that's good.
"Can you get you ass over here already? We're starving." Ann replied from my seat on the table.
"Out of all the places, THAT'S WHERE YOU SIT?!" I replied furiously. "Get out of my place!"
"Yeah yeah? Can we just get started?" Ann stated, very frustrated may I add.
"Ughh, fine. Dig in boys." I replied.
"Ahem!" Alexandra interrupted.
"Oh come on, you know what I mean."
"I have no idea what you're talking about." She replied with a smirk.
"OK, I'm getting tired of that face of yours." I said, grabbing her cheeks and squishing her face.
I think bullying is becoming my love language or, again was it always the case? Anyway I really to figure out what's going on. First the dream, now I know for a fact that that was a dream and not a premonition of the future, but now, on the other hand, the visions? Now that is a bit tricky.
"How does one differentiate between fiction and reality?" I accidently said that out loud.
"Oneirataxia." Alexandra replied.
"What?" I replied.
"The answer to you question. The the literal definition of the sentence you just described, oneirataxia, the inability to distinguish between fantasy and reality." She stated.
"Oh, My bad, I didn't realize I said that out loud. How did you know that?" I asked.
"Know what? The term or the fact that you spoke? In case you're wondering you were pretty soft, I just happened to pay attention to you"
"You know what Alex? I'm starting to like you." I said giving her a smirky, side eye look.
"Hey! I didn't give you permission to like me." Alex replied.
"When?" I asked.
"What do you mean when?"
"When did you see me asking for your permission?" I replied.
