Sean was walking down a path of the trees that were rustling down by the park as the tears strolled down from his cheeks. He sprinted up the steps as he searched for the one he wanted to find. He pursed his lips as he huffed an air and let his hands on his knees right away.
The tears fell down as he searched for Friya's whereabouts in the park. It was already past afternoon, and Sean didn't even have the time to answer his phone because of the stuff that he needed to do through the TSV Studios. He sobbed as he retrieved his cell phone and dialed Friya's number without realizing that his feet were moving through the pedestrian lane.
His hands were trembling as he gripped the phone on his palms when a loud honk emerged at his side. He shifted his eyes from where he was and he was so astonished by the lights that were blinking right in front of him.
The anterior part of the car smashed into him hard through his feet as Sean closed his eyes from the pain that he felt through. He felt that his body was flying in the air as the car beeped countless times before he fell on the floor.
Sean let go of his phone as he huffed some air while his eyes were closed. He swallowed as he felt drops of blood from his forehead and the unfathomable pain in his legs. He heard the loud murmurs of the people and someone was shouting over at the side street.
The ringing sound by his ears made Sean closed his eyes, and he heard a loud sound of the sirens nearby. He didn't know what happened next as he lost consciousness while the people were checking on him if he was dead or not. The nurses hoisted up on the stretcher.
Meanwhile, Friya looked up from the park that she was walking through as she saw a huddle of countless people gathered around the middle of the street. She pursed her lips while sniffing before mumbling, "Someone must have gone into an accident."
She looked down as the sun had completely set down on the horizon while she was still there, wondering what would happen if she came back inside the house she was living in with Sean. There were people who were passing by Friya and she heard them talking about the accident that occurred.
"The one on the accident must have been the screenwriter from the TSV Studios, Sean Gonzales," a female wearing a long coat that hangs by her shoulders said as she draped her arm towards her partner.
"Who was that? I don't even know him," her boyfriend fretted as she creased her forehead. Friya heard it while they were passing by, and she widened her eyes completely. She ran up towards the step in front of them as she halted them from walking.
The two-person stopped, and they were both surprised as Friya removed the hood from her head while doubting, "Did you just said that it was Sean Gonzales?"
"Oh. You're Friya Lee, right? The director of the radio show on the TSV Studios, am I right?" the woman queried while smiling as she recognized her right away. Friya nodded as she swallowed and asked once again about Sean. Her heartbeat was getting faster than usual and she didn't know what to say anymore.
"Someone got into an accident in there a few minutes ago. We have recognized him as Sean Gonzales, the screenwriter at the TSV Studios," the woman explained as his partner smiled at Friya for the meantime. The woman was retrieving a pen and a paper inside, but Friya quickly ran towards the pedestrian lane. Friya felt her tears welled up once again and her pride fell down once more than she realized what happened.
Sean must have been the most important person in her life. He had been there for 10 years. Friya had been his everything, and she took on him. They had been each other's back for the years that had passed, and she was his number one supporter.
Friya made her way through the crowds of people towards the incident area and she gasped as she saw Sean's lifeless body on the ground. The people in the ambulance car quickly picked up the stretcher as one nurse put oxygen on his nose. Friya sobbed as she covered her mouth and fell down on the floor while observing the people rode him through the vehicle.
She stood up while her vision was so blurry and rode a taxi on the side of the street. Friya sniffed as she said that she needs to be in the hospital quickly. She leaned her body back on the seat as she closed her eyes while the tears continuously poured down from her eyes. Friya bit her lip as she remembered what she said to Sean right away earlier.
"We should never see each other again. I'm so sick of you!"
"I shouldn't have gone to be your girlfriend in the first place! It was just because I liked you back then! I never knew you were cheating behind my back!"
"Let's break up, you're worthless of me!"
Friya covered her mouth as she realized all the lines that she gave through Sean earlier in the morning. She regretted everything. She wanted to turn back the time as she saw how Sean was laying down on that cold floor with a lot of blood in his head.
The taxi driver stopped at the front of San Miguel's Hospital, and she quickly retrieved cash. She climbed down from the car as she saw the ambulance stop at the front of the emergency room.
She ran up towards there as the nurses helped everyone to guide the stretcher out from the car. She stopped at Sean's side and she quickly knuckled her fists as the nurses rolled down the bed towards the entrance of the emergency room.
