Chapter 7 - Chapter 6: For Ama-chan’s sake

He held his chest tightly on his knees, gripping the dagger and shirt. "This is bad," he told himself as he fell face-first into the ground. "Lady Amaterasu needs me!" He said to himself as he vibrated. "Get up, Hakai!" He shouted inside of his heart. "God of Destruction, Hakai, yes, that's me." He shouted as he glared at his past figure, which the darkness had colored. "Stand up! Warrior of Humanity!" He spoke to his will as he stood up, screaming with the assistance of his arms. "Ahh!" His screams of agony intensified as he got onto one knee.

Gufahh!

He spat out blood from his mouth. "I hate this. I hate myself! So why am I feeling pain? Who allowed me to feel anything!" He shouted at his will with passion burning his soul. "I am going to be better!" He said as he stood up. "Better than I ever was!" He screamed into the empty street. "For Ama-Chans sake! I will put everything on the line!" He shouted as he leaned forward.

Boof!

Fsh!

He leaped several miles into the air. "I'm coming, Amaterasu!" Zip zapping through tall and low buildings, his incredible speed with his torn-up body seemed unstoppable. Air split against his face and body as he broke through the speed of sound.

Bam!

He landed, splitting the ground under his feet. Looking up with his eyes burning, he found Amaterasu's holy shrine up in fires. "The bridge to her dimensional kingdom is burning?" He asked himself with terror. "Who could've done this?" He asked himself. His eye flared, and his senses spiked. "Ahh! Bastards!" He screamed, arched forward and clenching his daggers tightly.

Dashing into the holy shrine, he found the sacred bridge to her dimension, called the "Takamagahara," or "The High Plain of Heaven," Within an instant and with no hesitation, he leaped through.

Zeen!

His body drew into this portal at incredible speeds. His eyes barely managed to look outside to find a star- no multi-universal specs filling the dark background of space. "So beautiful." He commented as the thickly layered portal transferred him and his consciousness into Amaterasu's dimensional space.

As the portal corrected his position, standing up, his foot touched the treasured dimensional world he dreamt of building himself. "What is this?" He asked himself as the sight he envisioned was nothing to the cruelty he witnessed. "Hah!" He took a deep breath as he surveyed the scene- human spirits, guards, and celestial bodies laid dead. Wings taken out, bones scattered, and flesh spread everywhere, his eyes flared with fear and remorse. "What happened here?" He asked himself as he walked over to an injured guard.

"Hah!" The guards took agonizing breaths. "Hakaishin." He uttered as he looked in Hakai's direction.

"He's still alive!" Hakai shouted to his body to move towards the guard. Running towards him, he slid and picked up his head. "Are you okay? What happened here?" He asked the soldier who was gripping to life.

"The Lord of Hell, Hades, attacked our lady. He declared that this was a warning to the heavens about the greater evil to come." The solider remarked as he took his last breath.

"No, stay with me," Hakai shouted and shook the soldier. Still, unfortunately, his eyes closed, and his soul peacefully seized to exist.

"Haa!" Hakai sounded in a fury, engulfed by his rage. He stood up, surveying around for lady Amaterasu's remains.

Dashing through the city of Amaterasu's kingdom, he left one place untouched, and that was her palace. Afraid of what he might find, he slowly crept over to the door and as he slid the front door open. Amaterasu, or what at least remained of her left leg, torso, head, and arms, were crucified on her symbol, The Fires of Healing.

"Hah! No, please, heavens, no!" He sounded with fear in his voice. The streaming tears flew down his face, covering his chest. Then, walking up to her slowly, he swung his daggers and sliced the symbol behind her into pieces, allowing her body to fall into his arms. "No! No!" He screamed as he dropped his daggers and cried into her body. "Ahh!" In the agony of grief and loss of the person who seemed to mean a lot to him.
