Huff!
Hakai took deep breaths as he drifted into the madness of his mind. "Ahah!" He laughed wildly while looking back at the woman. "Hah." He sounded as his pupils focused on her, finally noticing her presence. "Aha!" A dreadful noise came out of his mouth while an ugly smirk showed on his face.
Realizing the fearful situation, the woman couldn't help but feel the immense danger in front. "Ah!" She expressed fear while dragging herself away, protecting her face with her other arm. "Please, don't hurt me." She shouted. Her eyes widened as she realized she couldn't move due to exhaustion.
Hakai turned around with the same grin on his face. Then, cold and ugly, he slowly took a step forward, shooting dust in the air around his foot, he took another, and the dust followed up. "Hee," he smiled, showing his fanged teeth. Then, walking up slowly to her, the dust followed until he stopped, and the dust suddenly covered him. The air thickened, and the lady couldn't take a proper breath.
"What is he going to do?" She asked herself in fear as the dust around him slowly began to clear. Then, watching as an arm emerged from behind the dust, she closed her eyes in fear and prayed to the fallen goddess, Amaterasu, for protection. "Our blessed lady of fire. The lady of love and protection, please be by my side, cast the fire of protection on me, guard me against all evil!" The lady prayed continuously into her heart as the hand got closer and closer.
Fwoosh!
A wind took Hakai into a realm of uncertainty. "where am I?" He asked himself as his eyes flashed in a red spark.
"Hakai-" Sang, a beautiful voice behind him. Turning around to face the person, he found no one there.
"Hakai-" Sang, the beautiful voice behind him again. This time he turned around immediately and again found no one there.
The voice diminished into thin air as it called out his name again. "Hakai-" it sang again slowly, letter by letter, rhyming beautifully, it vanished, and his world darkened.
"Hakai!" Shouted seven evil and disturbing voices.
"You have nothing. You are empty. Come to us. Become one of us." They all shouted in demand as Hakai held his head in frustration. Then, many kids' dreadful yet beautiful songs began filling the room. As horrifying as it sounded, it still had a beautiful tone.
"Oh, ah, eh, ha, hm, haa!" They sounded repeatedly and gracefully.
The praying kids encircled the room, yet they never resembled any kids, dreadful-looking kids, ages ranging as young as three years old to eight years old. Missing eyes, eyes sockets bleeding, Cut lips, ears, missing noses, some with missing flesh around the face. Their skeleton showed through their skin. The muscles torn apart from their faces were hanging. They were genuinely monster-like.
"Oh, ah, eh, ha, hm, haa!" They sounded repeatedly and gracefully.
"What is this place?" Hakai looked up as his arms dropped into his lap. "One of you?" He questioned himself as he felt a wave of relentless anger well up in his heart. "These kids, their souls. Weak!" He said to himself immensely as he noticed the tortured kids that belonged in the depths of hell.
"Oh, ah, eh, ha, hm, haa!" They sounded repeatedly and gracefully.
"Hakai God, come to us." The seven voices demanded in anger. "Come to us!" They said once again as it struck a chord within Hakai. "Become one of us. Become a true God." Said one of the voices as a flesh-like, bloody stairway appeared. Reaching into the unknown dark sky, it seemed endless. His face went blank as he stood up and slowly wobbled towards the staircase.
But suddenly, the chorus and horrifying scenes vanished into thin air. Instead, the world filled with natural light, animals, trees, and green scenery filled Hakai's vision. Then, standing atop a beautiful blue lake, he felt a sudden and soft touch on his shoulder. He noticed and looked back to find a faint smell of Amaterasu behind him. Her spirit slowly appeared to him in a fainted way. Smiling, she told Hakai. "Wake up. Please don't lose yourself, Hakai." She told him her last words as her spirit slowly lit up and flew up with the air.
"Amaterasu!" Hakai said with tears streaming from his eyes.
