Artemis had landed on some unknown planet now again, but what he did not expect was the truth.
"What are you even saying? What do you mean by weapon?"
Jeremy was shocked at the statement and snapped at Axela.
"You have all the knowledge yet you hide everything from me!"
He stood up from the bed and strode towards her, while Axela dissipated and hid in his brain.
Jeremy yelled and gritted his teeth, while smacking the pillow.
[Try to understand my position too Jeremy, I am not allowed to tell you anything. It will change the course of things if I do it.]
"Bullshit! You are now messing with me. Stay out of my head."
He held his head and shrieked, while focusing on his subconscious mind.
A force in his head was created which pushed her out of his head. Jeremy saw her digital figure crashed and thrown out of his head.
Axela's cheek cracked which made him guilty at once that his rage had caused harm to his only friend.
But somehow he was able to heighten his powers, thanks to his stay on the planet Nrutas. Jeremy was now able to control his mind and thoughts which might result in the return of his memories.
"I…I didn't mean to,"
He tried to explain himself and approach her steadily but Axela was hurt by his response. She was tossed on the floor by him and dissipated in the air.
'Why am I such a mess? She was the only person I knew and now I have fucked things again.'
Jeremy sighed and sat back in the bed, when somebody knocked at the door.
"Who's there?"
He was all by himself now with no idea what to do, and now that he had hurt Axela she was not going to help him.
Jeremy gulped and initiated his system on the wrist to skim through the weapons. Meanwhile he walked towards the door when his eyes landed on the mirror.
'What the heck!? How did I change back?'
Jeremy had switched back to his own size and appearance, which no doubt was a bad situation. Since the agency had known how he looked and changing back to his seventeen years old phase was a blunder.
"Nevermind, I should first see where I am at the moment."
No doubt Axela' words were troubling him that the residents here were at the verge of war.
"It's me, Noah, your grace."
A Male voice resonated and the person strode inside the room. A brawny man walked with a digital spear in his hand, he was clad in a digital armor which shone bright like waves.
'Your grace?' Do I have an identity here already? But how's that even possible' when these people want me.'
Artemis was clueless now and terrified too, because Axela was not there to fill him in. He played by the situation's demand and waited for the man to speak first.
"Your highness, your father requires your presence."
The man bowed and slightly smiled at him, Jeremy could not grasp if he was in trouble or not.
'Is this some kind of act, so I lower my guard down?'
That was the possible thing he could think off, and called out Axela to help him.
'Hey, buddy I know you can hear me.'
Jeremy waited for a moment to figure out if she replied or not. But after hearing no response he stared in the man's eyes to find some hint.
"Is there any problem, your grace?"
The guard seemed to be familiar, or probably close to him the way he addressed Artemis. Jeremy shook his head.
"Wait outside, I will walk with you."
Jeremy ordered and the man immediately dismissed himself. Jeremy panicked considering his current situation.
He slumped on the bed again and held his head in both hands.
"What should I do now? I don't even know where I am."
Jeremy slumped and groaned.
"Let's do this old way since Axela is not here to fill me in. First I have to figure out the situation going on here before I fix her."
He stood up and began to look around to find something, which could give him an insight about the region.
There were numerous books on the shelf nearby while the room had two big windows with curtains on them. Jeremy strode towards them and pulled the curtains, slanting sunlight blinded him for a moment.
"What the heck!?"
Jeremy saw a moderately futuristic setting outside his window, he was in some tower high above the town so he could have a glimpse.
At the edge of the city he saw red ground as if someone had played with people's blood, the city seemed quite reasonable.
'It seems the current setting is not backward as in the previous world. But what wonders this planet is hiding?'
Jeremy skimmed carefully through the city in search of anything useful and saw no sign of danger. Like the previous world, people had weapons hung on the doors but the current world had no such thing.
He pulled the curtains and then restarted the system on his wrist.
"I should be able to use my weapons here and the other perks, since the planet seems to have technology here."
Jeremy concluded after watching the tall towers outside and the front big junction which had flying vehicles. But the system on his wrist displayed no results after Artemis scanned the outside view.
"Fuck! Now that the death guy doesn't come to me, even my system has no upgradeable power. The man was indeed scary but at least I used to have some benefit after his visits."
Artemis was sure that his career was highly influenced by that man's appearance.
"So, now I'm on my own! Great!"
He moved towards the bed and kicked it when a whirring resonated, and the walls shone bright and began to change color.
Different pictures appeared on each wall of numerous sizes which made Jeremy curious, and as per his habit he inspected all of them when the detective exclaimed.
"Mars!"
