Fyn nodded as he sat next to her. "There is something that you should know.. it's been hidden from you to protect you." he started to say in a softer tone. "Skuld do you remember when you had your accident and you lost some memories?" Skuld stared at him for a moment, fighting back the tears that threatened to escape "I remember you telling me there was a hunting accident with our parents and I was the only one to survive." Skuld finally answered as she studied her brother. Fyn looked up at the sky, almost like he was debating how to say what was on his mind. "Well that's not completely a lie." he gave a small smirk that disappeared as quickly as it appeared. "When you were younger, some one kidnapped you from the sanctuary. Well kidnapped isn't really the word" he said as he trailed off with that thought. "Earth to Fyn! What do you mean I was kidnapped?!?" Skuld said with a fiery voice, anger started to build up in her. Fun shot a glance towards her then looked away. "I mean when you were younger you were connected to another person that wasn't part of this pack. I never knew who or what it was. Technically you went with this stranger with your free will. Though you were very young. Mom and dad looked for you everywhere." Fyn closed his eyes as he relived that day. "I don't know the full details of who or what it is.. but mom and dad fought to bring you back, unfortunately that fight cost them their lives, you didn't remember a single thing. You didn't remember any of us, it was hardest on Kevin."Skuld stared at him in disbelief. "You're lying!" tears started to fall from her eyes. This whole time he kept this from her. "I'm the reason they died?!" the tears poured down her cheeks as she moved away from him. "How.." she started to say as she shook her head. "how could you keep this from me?!" she yelled as she backed up more. Her thoughts took over from the mixed emotions when suddenly arms wrapped around her making her feel safe. She looked up to see Kevin's face, his face looked pained, though that's probably because they feel each other's emotions. "Fyn, with all respect this could've been done with me here" Kevin growled out as he pulled skuld in closer. Skuld tried to fight her way out of his hold but her body felt too weak to push away. "She needed to know the truth, if it's the same as before she needed to know." Fyn replied with his head hung down. With those words it gave Skuld enough energy to push away from Kevin, remembering that her own mate knew and didn't even tell her. "why." is as she could get out as she backed away from both of them as her heart broke.. neither of them knew how to answer her with the state she was in now. Skuld shook her head as she sprinted into the woods shifting into wolf form making as much distance as she could from them. Kevin was about to chase after her when Fyn gave a deep commanding growl. "Give her space Kevin." Kevin gave a low growl as stared at Fyn then backing down knowing the best thing to do for Skuld was to give her the space she needed.
