Skuld stumbled back as she listened carefully to his words. "No!" she weakly said as she glanced over at Kevin seeing the pained look on his face. Kevin lowered his head more to hide his eyes. Fyn took a step closer as he spoke some more. "Skuld you were gone for a month, when you came back to us you had no memory of being part of the family. You were stronger somehow.. even stronger than me" he gave a smirk then his face turned serious again. "That's why I made the sanctuary. To protect you and everyone else." Skuld hung her head as she remembered the fight they had before she left. He was protecting her like always but she needed the freedom away from him. He was always so protective over her, it always drove her crazy but now she understands why. She shook her head "I've already made up my mind Eka." she whispered out feeling the pain in her heart as the words escaped her lips. Kevin let out a deep growl forcing her to look at him. His eyes filled with pain, she wanted to look away but couldn't. ~What do you mean you've made up your mind?!~ his voice growled in her mind. Skuld finally shook away her eyes from him and took a step back. "I'm leaving, to protect this sanctuary and both of you.. and to learn the truth" she gritted her teeth as the laugh from earlier rang in her head again. ~Like hell you are!~ Kevin growled again as he sprung towards her. Skuld quickly shifted to her wolf form so she wouldn't get knocked down from his force. ~You can't protect me anymore! If I don't go then everyone here is in danger!~ She growled back. She didn't want to fight him, she didn't want to hurt him but if she stayed he could be killed. She shook those thoughts from her head as Fyn cleared his throat. "I won't allow you to go either Sisar. If you're really set on going then you will have to beat me first. You win I will let you go no fight." Fyn's eyes met hers as a smirk drew big on his face "You lose you stay here and never think of giving into this thought again" Fyn shifted into his wolf form, he was the alpha she knew he wouldn't let her just go but this was extremely stupid. They have always been close to strength, he had always won. She knew her chance of winning was slim but not impossible. Skuld stood her stance locking eyes with Fyn, watching his every move waiting. ~This isn't the time to test strength~ Kevin's voice growled in her head ~Regardless if you win princess I would rather die then watch you leave with the person that's been haunting you!~ his growl grew deeper as he stood in my line of vision. ~It's not your choice to make Kevin~ she snapped back with a growl. Before she knew it she was pinned to the ground ~Like hell it isn't! My job is to protect you and that's what I'm going to do even if it ends up with you hating me!~ he growled at her as his paws pushed her further into the soil. Skuld snarled at him as his paws trapped her movement. He is the one she wanted to protect the most but in order to protect him she had to hurt him. Skuld showed her teeth as she growled ~This is your last chance Kevin move out of my way! I don't want to hurt you!~ Kevin didn't budge ~Princess you have already shown you aren't as strong as you were 5 years ago. I won't let you go walking into a death trap ~ he growled back. Those words fueled her anger, she wasn't some weak damsel in distress that needed saving, with those words echoing in her head she swiftly moved to pin him down growling as she spat the words out ~Don't get cocky, I still outrank you!~ as skuld focused on Kevin she forgot to keep an eye on Fyn , he circled them waiting for his chance to pounce. finding his opening skuld whined out in pain as he got the back of her neck ~Don't lose focus on your enemies Sisar. maybe Kevin is right you aren't as strong as you once was~ Skuld got back up giving her brother dagger eyes. ~I don't see how this could be fair. two against one!~ Fyn's laughter echoed in her head ~What do you think the chance would be if you left? You don't think you won't have multiple people attacking at once??~ he growled ~I know you aren't that naive~ skuld growled back as she now had both of them standing in front of her. She knew her slim chance of winning was now a zero chance. Anger boiled in her blood when she remembered the voice {let the anger take over don't fight it} skuld closed her eyes. If she had any chance of winning and saving the sanctuary from the pain she would have to listen to the voice. The anger built up that she kept pushing away took over in her thoughts.
