Chapter 20 - Lord Akshura's visit

"Right in Command. Aden reports to His Great Deitiness.  Lord Akshura is here. Please mete the commands." Aden reported. While half injured, half normal Riev and Raven didn't even utter a word.

After all, it wasn't their place to speak. They might be warriors. But their rank isn't high enough for them to even open their mouths.

As for Akshura. The creature, with long and highly rough, light brown hairs... which reach up to his chest, with two dark black, shiny eyes, which can terrorize humans, just by a glance.

While he may attract many badass girls, with just one glance. The skin is fair enough to even fade the milk's whitishness. The facial features are the same as humans, except for the two sharp horns, which can take the life of humans, just in minutes.

The same nose as humans, the same dark red colored lips, the same chin, the same jawline. If he by accident gone to the human world, then he would have become an overnight popular sensation. Well, the result of being blessed with great looks.

After all, this creature has some charm as a man. And not to mention the pure 24-carat golden armor this fellow was wearing, which gave the deadly, serious aura of the warrior, with the silver and diamond sword with golden wands resting leisurely on his back.

[Fine. Only humans like guns and tanks.]

[The deities still prefer the swords, archery, and old weapons, and combats of martial arts. After all, in this Modern World, Or the Human World's modern generation, the existence of the flow of energy and power called Qi, doesn't exist. Oh!  C-Dramas and movies are the exceptions.

So, it just takes one blow of air from these deities or demons' mouths to control these 21st-century weapons by them. But these old weapons.

They require a master-disciple relationship. They require constant practice. They require the owner-weapon relationship. They require the power and energy flow from owner to the weapon, giving almost a life to the weapon.

They require the utmost level of focus, concentration, and energy. They have to sharpen their skills. They have to share the same killing intent. So, both the deities and demons prefer old methods.

After all, even immortals can die. As it's just that, they live for millions of years, normally. Letting the creatures of the other three realms consider them as immortals. Plus, demons aren't immortal either, they just carry the spoiled bloodline of humans alive. They just live longer than humans, at least 1000 years more than humans.

They are similar to humans in many ways. But different from them in many ways, too. It won't be wrong to put it like this.

Deities are the ancestral version of humans. Humans are the present version of humans. While Demons are the future version of humans.

As once humans will lose their rationality, in the name of greed, money, lust, desires, comfort, luxury. Then they would be leveled as demons, too.

And as the saying goes, only an elder can control the young ones. So, that's why only the deities can control these demons.]

Anyways back to the story, Akshura was fully cladded with gold, be it the crown thing on the head, or the armor, or the weapons. But it still didn't hide his muscles. Damn, this Demon was a work of art.

Even though he was tied with 'Devastra' he still carried that dignified, calm, poise, regal, noble aura around him. After all, it's not just deities to whom Three Divinities favor. They favor other species too.

And this person's handsomeness, masculinity, from head to toe, was indeed God's masterpiece.

"Lord Akshura." Prithvi added it as a way of greeting. After all, even if he was burning from inside out. He still can't skip the diplomatic part.

"Lord Prithvi." Akshura greeted back with a nod. The politeness, the humbleness, the power, the dominance, the regality clearly audible in his voice.

"May I know why you hurt ' Goddess Aelin Westfall'?" Prithvi asked in an authoritative voice.

"Well. If someone challenges your manhood, Your Lordship guesses, The Great Deitiness would do the same. Or maybe worse." Akshura replied back normally.

As if he wasn't talking about shredding her into pieces of injuries and wounds, just because of that. And the entire Receiving Chamber was silent. Damn that Phoenix. She actually did that.

Even Prithvi was left a little taken aback. She. Actually. Did. That.

Agni and Vayu were like. 'And this fellow just gave her a few injuries, while sparing her life. Like seriously.

Is he really a man!!! If anyone had been in his place, then wouldn't he be…'

But they didn't want to infuriate Prithvi. So, they pretend like they didn't hear anything. Vayu, who till now, had snatched the oxygen supply of Akshura, returns the airflow back to the demon.

Damn this demon acted decently.

"May I know the entire incident, Lord Akshura?" Prithvi asked in the Mt. Everest freezing voice, the voice which was coming directly from the Door of Hell.

Making everyone flinch, except Akshura.

"May I demand some privacy, Lord Prithvi?" Akshura replied back.

And before any of the readers could even blink their eyes. All the deities disappeared. After all, One was the Ruler of Heaven, while the Other was the ruler of Hell.

They can't offend anyone. Especially when they aren't even sure about the outcome. As for Aden, Riev and Raven. They were already trembling from fear.

If the events change, and if The Great Deitiness, didn't punish this Lord of Hell. Then they are doomed.

~~ Back at the Sitting area~~

" So, now can we talk?" Lord Prithvi asked.

But Akshura didn't pay any attention to Prithvi or his words. He just stretched his arms a little, used a little more force, and the Devastra wrapped around him, from head to toe, broke down.

Then, he elegantly and nobly stood up from his kneeling position and arose back to the standing position. Since he wasn't offered any position to sit, he could only stand in his place.

Then he stared back deeply at Prithvi. After what seemed like an eternity, he finally spoke, not breaking eye contact, "Your woman was searching for a person, who can help her avenge the loss of her species.

From the entire Four Realms. Including your Heaven and mine Hell. I don't know who gave her such information... that only if she will sleep with me, will she be able to get her revenge back.

But you know, Demons and deities can't form that type of bond. So, I spared her. But I hope there won't be any next time. After all, I am not a saint, to begin with.

Hold your woman well. Before she disappeared away from your side, completely." Akshura finished. As if he wasn't taunting The Great Deitiness of Heaven. As if he wasn't informing Prithvi about the cheating of Aelin.

Akshura was completely calm. As if he was just here to discuss the weather change.
