Chapter 7 - Chapter 07 Sir, We Meet Again

"Look at yourself, you cheap bitch. You still want to ask the rich gentleman for money? Fuck, watch me deal with you!" The driver stepped toward Abigail Green, ready to handle her after hearing Brandon Piers refuse her request.

Abigail frowned.

"Pullan." The pleasant male voice was emotionally indifferent.

"Yes, Second Young Master." Pullan stepped forward and kicked the driver to the ground. "Money? Or your life?"

"N... No, I don't need it." The driver was too pained to get up and was trembling all over, scared stiff by Pullan's iron-blooded aura.

Brandon stood up and brushed nonexistent dust off his hands, glanced at Pullan with disdain, and said, "Are you a thug?"

Pullan, "..."

He pulled out a wad of cash, threw it on the driver, and gave him another kick. "This is compensation. Get out."

The driver, pale with pain, grabbed the money and scrambled into his car, flooring the gas pedal and swerving into the road, disappearing without a trace.

Pullan looked at the Second Young Master, hoping he didn't think he was a thug anymore.

Abigail, "..." Civilized scum!

But although the approach was wrong, he did help her. Abigail stood up, "Thank you, for the treatment..."

"It's unnecessary." Brandon interrupted Abigail. Though he didn't know why the other party knew about his heart condition, he took her offer to treat him as a mere excuse.

He didn't believe that what the Piers' hospitals' professors and experts couldn't handle, this woman could.

Moreover, he wasn't helping her.

Abigail naturally saw the man's disbelief in her, and thinking about her own current physical condition, she indeed couldn't perform surgery. She sighed lightly as the elegant man got into the car.

The black vehicle slowly drove into the villa area. Abigail looked at the security guard who was still in shock, "Can I get in?"

"This..." Recalling the kick the driver had just received, the security guard hesitated but didn't dare to intervene further. "Go ahead."

Abigail entered the villa area and headed to Villa 28, following the memory of Abigail Green.

The community was large, with most villas being detached and the green coverage rate was very high. The April lilacs were in full bloom, purple with white, white with pink. At noon, there was a hint of summer in the spring air, very beautiful.

Abigail walked for more than twenty minutes before arriving at the Green's house, and the first thing she saw was the black car she had only recently seen.

She couldn't help but raise an eyebrow and rang the doorbell.

It took a long time for a servant to come over. Upon seeing Abigail, the servant's expression turned unpleasant, "Where did this beggar come from? Get out! Get out!"

After speaking, she tried to shut the door.

Abigail stepped forward, wedged a foot in the doorway, and grabbed the servant's wrist with her chubby hand. "Aunt Edith, don't you recognize me? Abigail Green."

"You... you... let go of me!" Diana Edith, frightened by Abigail's actions, especially by the cold light in her eyes, felt uneasy. How could this still be the Green family's second young lady who could be bullied at will?

"So, can Aunt Edith please step aside?" Abigail smiled, but there was no warmth in her eyes. The person in front of her was a servant of the Green family and a distant relative of Rose Taylor's. Since she joined the Green family, she had often bullied Abigail Green. When Abigail was pregnant, while the Taylors were busy plotting to marry into a wealthy family, it was this Aunt Edith who 'took care' of her. How could she not recognize Abigail Green?

It must be inconvenient for her to enter today.

But she insisted on entering.

Diana, recalling her mistress's instructions, didn't move. Abigail applied a little force, targeting a weak spot in the joint, making Diana scream in pain. "Ah... you cheap... ah, it hurts..."

Crack!

Before she could finish calling her a cheap bitch, Diana's wrist was dislocated. Abigail took the opportunity to step on her toes and slightly pushed, letting go. Diana fell onto the stone floor, crying out in pain, which alarmed the people inside the villa.

Abigail disdainfully patted her hands.

Living room.

"What's going on?" Lincoln Green glanced at Rose Taylor, displeased, before turning back and respectfully looking at Brandon Piers. "The servant is ignorant. I'm sorry to make you witness this."

"It's nothing." Brandon's expression was indifferent, showing little emotion.

Rose quickly stood up, "I'll go take a look."

"Dad, Aunt Rose, I'm back." Before Rose could leave, Abigail pushed open the living room door and greeted them crisply.

"You..." Rose instinctively glanced at Brandon, nervously looking at Abigail, "Why are you back?"

"This is my home. Why can't I come back?" Abigail smiled brilliantly at Rose, but unfortunately, she was too fat. When she smiled, her face was full of flesh. Still, her fair and soft skin made it not entirely unpleasant.

"Auntie is just pleasantly surprised." Rose reacted quickly, silently cursing Diana for being useless, but outwardly showing affection as she reached to hold Abigail's chubby hand.

Lincoln was a bit shocked, looking at Abigail Green, who was at least 200 pounds, "…How did you become like this?"

"The school food was too good." Abigail held Rose's hand back and smirked.

Lincoln choked, "You didn't come home during winter break. Now you're back during the school term? You're 18 years old and have eaten yourself into a pig. You're a disgrace!"

Abigail's mouth twitched. Ignoring her father's anger, she looked at the man whose face had been amused since she entered. "Sir, we meet again."

"Yes." Brandon, surprised, realized that the woman Lincoln referred to as 18 years old is a Green lady studying abroad. However, he last encountered her at Maggie Hospital.

"How do you know Young Master Piers?" Seeing Abigail greet Brandon, Rose asked in a low, frustrated voice, holding Abigail's hand tightly.

Abigail yelped, "Auntie, you're hurting me!"

She understood immediately, realizing this seemingly lofty yet heartless man was the father of Abigail Green's child and the man Ruby Green desperately wanted to marry.

"I..."

"Auntie, why are you so excited that I know Young Master Piers? Are you afraid I'll compete with my sister?" Abigail asked innocently, looking at everyone. If a beautiful woman said this, it might have sounded pitiful. But Abigail, being so large, saying Rose was worried she would compete with Ruby Green for a man, sounded odd.

But Rose was secretly guilty, "Since you know he's your sister's fiancé, you better keep your thoughts to yourself."

"Oh, I just lost my phone and wallet and didn't have money for the fare. Young Master Piers helped me. With how I look now, how could I compete with my sister..."

"It's good you know."

"Enough!" Lincoln interrupted them, apologizing once again to Brandon. "My daughter is young and ignorant. Please excuse her."

"She's very interesting." Brandon, watching Abigail with cunning eyes despite her innocent demeanor, elegantly responded.

Lincoln laughed heartily, but lightly scolded Abigail, "Go upstairs!" Embarrassing.

Just then, Ruby Green, who had meticulously prepared and had her plaster cast removed early, was being helped downstairs by a servant. Her smile hadn't fully bloomed before she saw the plump Abigail heading toward Brandon. "Fat... Abigail!"

"Sister Ruby." Abigail stopped, looking up with confusion and a bit of grievance. "Did you just call me a fat bitch?"

"I... I didn't."

"Dad, do you think I'm too fat and ugly too? Today, when I entered the community, the security guard didn't let me in. Just now, Aunt Edith called me a beggar... But I know you don't like my old self because it reminds you of Mom. I..." Abigail choked up as she spoke.

Deep inside, her eyes were cold. Who wouldn't play the sympathy card?

Lincoln was stunned, recalling his late wife and looking at his daughter, who had mistreated herself to avoid making him remember his deceased wife. He felt a mix of sorrow and remorse due to his earlier harsh words and his daughter's current state. Looking at Ruby, his fondness dimmed.

Brandon, watching Abigail's performance, pondered as she called herself Abigail. Which Abigail?
