Synopsis
As time goes on, the numbers of gamers are rising dramatically, making a huge number of companies that's not related to daily necessities or gaming are having a hard time to keep it alive. it has reached to the point where games completely took over the world. Physical sports are now considered as heresy. what seems to be "God" came down to Earth, sitting on its throne with its appearance as a human in its teens, wearing rags, and headed towards the pacific ocean. the satellites noticed its movement and observed it. God stood up, and made all the screens on the entire world projected himself and then he started to speak. "Humans, you seem to be having fun with your games, living in luxury. Don't you want a taste of your long-craved adventure?" Some seemed skeptical, some are mocking and some are worried. "Your reactions say it all" It smirked, and gave its last speech. "Rejoice! it may be bloody and cruel to start this suddenly, but let's see how one's action rule this tyranny." he snapped his fingers and everything started to change. the jungles are growing at a extraordinary speed, the sea floor went deeper than the Mariana Trench, volcanoes rising up as high as Burj Khalifa, mountains forming caves, the desert lands brimming with sandstorms and the Antarctica is forming back its once massive plates of ice and snow. a huge crack appeared on random locations of the world, spawning monsters. Zombies, skeletons, slimes and many other things. here we have a boy called Greg, expressing excitement and fear at the same time. he's alone in his house, his parents died when they were trying to save him from a speeding car on the roadway, he looks at the window and sees zombies roaming around. what will be his first move in this new world God have bestowned.

Chapter 1 - First step

Greg, looking out on the window to check if there are monsters at the vicinity. he only saw Zombies so far, frail-looking to be exact.

Greg murmured

"I wonder if I can at least kill one zombie."

Despite of him shaking nervously, he went down to the kitchen to grab a kitchen knife.

He took a peak from the hole of his doorstep and only see a single zombie in front of him. the other zombies are far enough to be safe.

Greg slowly opened the door and stared on the lone zombie. as he thought, the zombie is indeed blind. he knew that from a game he used to play.

He tried to lure the zombie with slightly loud knocks from his wooden door, so only the zombie in front of him can hear it. the zombie took the bait and slowly went inside the house, Greg slowly closed the door but he slipped and closed the door a bit loud. the lone zombie was alarmed and ran towards Greg with a shriek.

Greg charged towards the zombie to stab it through its head.

the zombie grabbed Greg but Greg managed to stab through its throat then beheaded it.

"Huff.. Huff.. Huff..."

Panting and panting

Greg fell on his knees and vomited because the smell, he quickly takes a plastic bag, took the zombie's head, placed it on the plastic bag and threw its head along the body, on the dumpster behind his house.

Greg recently noticed a rectangular tab in front of him, though its actually in front of his vision not directly in front of him. he tried to read the text.

the text was

after that he read the text disappeared and another tab appeared.

He stared at the text for a dead minute and have no clue what to do with it until he reached his hands on the tab and a tab appeared that says "Choose a reward"

what he sees are papers.

one paper is called

A paper that can grant weapon a slight enhancement of it's sharpness, it does not work on blunt weapons.

A paper that can grant either a blunt weapon or armor a slight enhancement of its durability and hardening.

A paper that can grant an armor or clothing less weight, the durability is not affected by the enhancement.

Greg is a little bit confused on what to pick, so he decided to sleep in his bedroom, the fatigue he have from the fight of the zombie took a toll on him.
