" A P O L L O"
The flight ended, but my mind was racing even faster than before, Laike didnt know we were soulmates, and there was nothing either of us could do about it if Laike didnt like it. All Laike knew was that she was drawn to me and that I could always make her calm and stop her mind from racing. We had gotten off the plane an hour ago, Laike tucked into my side, she was sort of half asleep the entire time. Rory, being the enthusiastic person she is, booked a tour guide so we will know where we're going.
"Jared said he'd meet us at the villa" And yes, Rory had booked, a villa. Axton smirked before chucking to himself, "What?" I asked him with a smirk of my own. "Let's hope that Laike doesn't try to permanently damage the plumbing this time, I bet that sh*t is hella expensive!" Laike did not find that one funny. Laike had been sitting next to Spirit, who was reading a book on the best qualities of lop-eared rabbits. Huh. Not surprising.
Laike was still in my hoodie, but I longed to be with her, I know I was about two feet from the girl, even so, I wanted to be closer. Axton had been sitting next to me, driving, Darcey, Rory and Everest had been chatting away in the backseat.
We arrived at the villa, it was white and pristine, almost too much so for my liking. Laike gasped as she took in the large front exterior. "Its beautiful" She muttered, I looked at her longingly, the spark in her deep blue eyes was back. I grinned at her happily, my Laike was back. I was cut out of my thoughts when Rory started yelling instructions for all of us, "There are only four rooms, so Me, Darcey and Spirit will share the master suite, Axton and Everest, you can share a double room, Apollo, you have your own room, and so do you Laike" We all nodded at her before taking our things inside.
Inside, it was white too, the kitchen was big and grand, but the living room was smaller and more like a snug sort of situation. Spirit and Darcey raced upstairs to their room, while I helped a struggling Laike to haul her suitcase up the stairs. "How long will we be here?" Laike yelled, presumably to Rory, "Two weeks!" She yelled back. Laike smiled, the first time I've seen her smile in a while. "We can go swimming in the pool!"
My eyebrows furrowed, "There's a pool?" Laike nodded enthusiastically, of course she was the one who would be excited about water. "After we've unpacked, we can all go in the pool" Laike squealed and ran up the stairs, she opened the first door she saw to see Spirit and Everest spooning each other on the bed. While Laike looked happy for Spirit, but me on the other hand.
Was pissed.
