"Can you turn that shit off?" Spat one of the guy's in the hospital bed as the old lady beside him seemed to jump. The Tv in the room suddenly went off as the guy finally closed his eyes in peace, how long had it been since he was bed ridden?

'A month right?' He thought as flashes of his team mates being ripped apart before the guild ElkWood stepped in with one of their elite teams. Having a 'Second gender' of a lion and being very prideful he'd nearly let that kill him after his teammates had sacrificed everything.

"We will hold it off! One of us has to report this!" When a team runs into an unexpected monster in a fracture someone has to make it out alive to tell people what there're up against. But in this case it was more a rude awakening followed by a massacre of his small team. The fracture was a low level but sometimes machine wave testers (a machine that calculates the high risk factor of a fracture to categorise them) can't foresee a second layer (another Fracture within a fracture).

"Fisher run! You're the fastest one here!" He'd been the one to use what stamina he had left to call for help if he ever made it out. His team was mainly heavy duty tanks with no porters or healers, healers were expensive and there was just no need for a porter. Most earnings were taxed anyway so even if the porter got profit, they as a whole team would of been cut 55% of the original standing price of materials and clearance of fracture.

One by one, Fisher's teammates dropped, yes they were more powerful with their 'Second genders' but they were normal if not just about average tier.

But he hadn't wanted to run, his foolishness pride had him want to fight and with this came the down fall of his team and their lives. He also payed the cost of his left arm and leg, someone from the outside monitoring the Fracture must of noticed the change calling back up.

But as said before, only he survived as the remains of his friends and teammates body parts and blood scarred his memories.

And now Fisher a D ranked hunter, tall, pretty muscular, brown hair with blue eyes, was now bed ridden for a few more months as the wounds were made by an acid monster that had seemed to scold him.

His funder would not be happy with the little information he gathered, he would need to be prepared for dire consequences.

Meanwhile:

Sion ran like a deranged idiot as the rank B hunter was chasing after him down the street! It hadn't been too long till the hired hunter had found Sion about to jump out of a window hearing the man approach from the outside. Yet Sion hadn't realised he was about to lose his balls when the man begun perusing him as Sion took every turn and distract he could make or find.

It was madness and just insanity that he was being framed of stealing- well maybe not really a jump to a conclusion since he had practically eaten everything in a gas station. But he wouldn't steal from the hand that fed him, especially not his boss Franes or even her family for that matter!

>> Host killing intent has been identified <<

'Kill!?' This guy was going to kill him without even knowing who he was or better yet, why he was there. Hell he didn't even know why he was there till just a few minutes ago.

>> identifying pursuer <<

"LISTEN, I DID NOT STEAL ANYTHING!" Sion shouted over his shoulder as the man simply brushed off what he had said and continued to chase him to a dead end alleyway.

'Why was it that I always end up in a an alleyway in these situations?' He thought as the hunter stalked towards him with a gun in hand.

>> Man identified

- inferior life form, Tiger

- age 32

> Host you may be a higher life form but this man's fighting capability will out do you in a worse case scenario <

Chance of winning: 32.07% <<

'You're kidding'

>> Host I suggest you avoid a fight at all costs, your body is still not fully operational <<

The voice was right, at his current state with one of his arms still limp and not willing to move and slight hobble run. Maximum output of strength would do more lasting damage than being shocked for not completing his daily tasks.

>> Host skill vanish cool down has ended,

- would you like to use this skill?

- yes

- no <<

What other answer than yes could one say? It's not like he planned of dying just yet without his revenge.

Suddenly he felt that weird wave wash over him once more as his veins turned cold in fever flush.

The hunter looked around as if not believing his eyes, had he lost his mind? Had he been chasing nothing this entire time. 'No! There was clearly a guy here just before' he thought as he worked his nose to see if he could sniff him out. But nothing? This had to be a joke?

>> Host now would be a good time to leave <<

'Right' why had he been standing there anyway? Maybe the stupid look on the man's face had Sion amused that he wanted to watch a bit longer? Yet the time limit on his skill was pretty short, made him wonder how fast was he going when he was devouring all that food earlier? There was only 30secs to the skill? Had time slowed down while he was out of it?

>> Time left 23.07secs <<

Did it have something to do with that thing he saw in his dream?

Now that he thought about it, that thing had talked to him so it had intelligence but what was it? It's size wasn't like anything he'd seen before. Sion had seen monsters leave fractures many times but that thing had been massive! But to finally meet it said? 'Did it know me?'.

>> Vanish skill has ended Host <<

"Ahh!" Yikes! Sion hadn't seen a woman next to him as she held her hand to her chest in shock. I think anyone would do the same if no one was there one minute and with no warning someone just appeared in front of you.

"Sorry" he apologised as the woman watched Sion run down the street towards his apartment. Today had been a ride, one that Sion wasn't comfortable with but realised this would become an all the time thing. He had changed whether it was for better or for worse, whether it lasted or not, he would use it to his advantage now rather than remain in the shadows and picked on. This was his new start, he wasn't going to not live a second chance at life down like a coward.

'I will make them all pay, even you, mother' clenching his right fist and pushing forward to the ceiling of his bedroom as he lied down on his bed. 'After today, things properly change' he already had his fake identity, his new job, now he needed training. But he'd have to apply somewhere they didn't need identification, that place being, The Under ground.
