Walking in Sion was hit with all sorts of smells from, sweat, blood, alcohol and other things. But he wasn't going to turn tail and run, he made it this far after all.

'Yeah but to who?' He thought as he scanned his surroundings taking in people shouting and talking, to people literally throwing fists and chairs and in full out 'Second gender' appearance. In the underground, nothing was seen as wrong. You come to a place like this not expecting a dance with death than you were native, this place 'Brawlers', the markets and any other businesses down here broke all the rules.
You're either someone or a no one in a place like this. Your reputation meant whether you die or live.

"You lost boy~" an intense smell of perfume and tequila slammed into Sion as the voice of a woman in his left ear chuckled at Sion's expense. He'd been too in-tuned with the voice he hadn't realised her there. "Didn't mean to scare you but couldn't help but notice that you looked lost~"
'Had I been that obvious?' He wondered as a man seemed to join them from the bar, maybe the owner?
"A fresh face it seems, first time in the Underground boy?" Sion simply nodded as the man threw his head back and laughed like a mad fool. "They get younger every year I swear!" He shook his head as his left hand stroked his scruffy beard. Guess Sion wasn't the only young one that had come to see the infamous Underground. "You want to take responsibility for him Trish?" The woman on Sion's left instantly put her hands up,
"No way Herald, I'm way off being a mother hen"
'So the owners name is Herald?' Sion thought as he thought is was funny for her to say something like that. Especially considering she looked about in her late thirties and had blonde hair with dazzling hazel eyes. Her eyes twinkled with mischief and a knowing factor to them as if she knew something Sion didn't, just like a mother would do.
"Ah well, looks like you are stuck with me" suddenly the man Herald grabbed Sion's far shoulder in a side slung grab and proceeded to pull him along. The man feeling Sion's mass and muscles whistled, "You work out boy?" He questioned as Sion watched a Dog and Fox spar to the far end of the room.

"Yeah, I run" finally spoke Sion and it was the truth, that's all he had been doing, run, eat, sleep, repeat. The Man not believing it as truth, chocked his right eyebrow up at Sion's modesty. 'What bought a kid like him to a place like this?' Herald questioned him self as they sat in the far back away from the commotion. It was no secret that the underground existed, it was just too big for the Nations to get rid of it. In every Nation an underground resided for those who didn't like rules and ran an illegal business. Herald had seen the good and bad days of his business in this place, death wasn't uncommon but he did try to prevent it. As an ex-gangster he had more morals now than back then and as a owner here in the underground, he wanted to maintain some human morals with everyone who entered his establishment.
That's why he would talk to the youth that thought it was a good idea to explore this broken part of this Nation, try and talk them out in hopes they never returned. Watching the boy in front of him however a clear determination behind those blue eyes and impressive build, He grew interested in Sion.
"Tell me boy, why have you come here?" It wasn't a hard question to answer as Sion placed down his glass that had cold water accompanied with a few ice cubes.
"To get stronger"
This had been something Herald had heard before but the way this boy came across to him wasn't someone desperate but rather someone who knew what they wanted.
"Stronger how? Many people think coming here means titles and wealth because there are no written rules. But it's not that easy to obtain power boy, there are unwritten rules in a place like this. If you come here expecting that all your wishes are going to be fulfilled, you might as well turn tail now and go home. You're young, you have your life ahead of you, being caught in this place means your a criminal no matter the age-"
"With your respect sir, I came here knowing that" Sion cut in as Herald looked into his eyes trying to see any regret or hint that this boy could be persuaded. But he came up empty handed as Sion put his drink down once more after drinking the last of his water. "I know what I'm getting into, I also know I've come too far to turn back now."
Herald sighed as he sat back in his chair, there was no chance he could get Sion to go home with that look in his piercing blue eyes. He'd already made his choice regardless of any issues this may present for him in the future.
'This boy isn't an ordinary lost kid' he concluded as he stroked his beard again in thought.
"You said you wanted to get stronger? What does that look like to you?" Herald voiced his thoughts as Sion clenched his hands on the table.
"I want to get stronger in training to get revenge"
'revenge huh' Herald could recall his first taste of revenge but in the end it hadn't been as worth it as he thought.
"Why revenge?" It was all good and dandy to get some self defence under your belt but revenge meant there were targets to be pinned. Herald had a good arm on him and was even considering this boy as an apprentice if Sion wished it so.
"The past haunts a part of me that won't lay to rest unless I tear down the corruption in this Nation" Sion said with a true drive as Herald watched him.
"But all the Nations have their level of corruption, what good would it do to destroying this Nations?" That was a good point, even though Sion wanted to do this for his personal grudges. Would he pursue other Nations corruption as well? Or would he be only satisfied with a few dead bodies? By the way this man watched Sion it was clear he was assessing him, a fighters observation, seeing is he had what it took.

'That he would' Sion thought as he replied.
"I'd pursue this Nation's first and then work from that" that way he wouldn't have to decide right away just yet. If he really did pursue a career as a hunter, he'd need to do that first or create a team in the shadows.
"Seems like you have a clear idea of your plan up there" said Herald as Sion nodded. He hadn't wanted to admit it but herald liked this boy's clear head and decision making on the spot. "How would you like me to train you then?" Sion had hoped that had been his answer as Sion's eyes connected with Herald's.
He'd found his defence teacher.
