Quirk : Life Force, he can absorb or give life force to or from people and animal
He is 178cm tall while Izuku is 175cm tall (They both around Iida's or Todoroki's height)
Backstory : Kei Nakamura is your average kid born to a normal family, but an incident happen when he use his quirk for the first and last time, he accidentally absorb all the life force of both his parents killing them instantly. From that day he swear to never use his quirk again under any circumstances. He then become an orphan and send to an orphanage where Izuku live, the two meet each other and become friends
When they are 10 years old, Izuku offered Kei to joint him enlisted to the Ranger Corp, he agree and with the permission from General Hisashi Midoriya, both Izuku and Kei become the youngest soldier in Ranger Corp and the youngest to receive the Task Force 141 emblem at 12 years old. Izuku and Kei become Delta 9-1 and Delta 9-2 respectively. The two began their Special Forces career for the next 3 years until that faithful day on Osaka where Kei is injured by enemy fire. He could technically heal himself with his quirk but because he swear never use it again, he died. At least that what Izuku believe

"So what the fuck happen? You became a black dot in my IFF, and I confirm you're dead" Izuku ask
"I was dead for a few hours, until something wake me" Kei claim
"And this something is?" Izuku ask curious
"Sigh... my quirk" Kei answer sighing
"... you finally use your quirk" Izuku said a little surprise
"Oh no, don't get me wrong, I don't use it, it activate by it's own" Kei corrected
"So some sort of a fail safe function?" Izuku ask
"I don't know, it never happen before" Kei reply unsure
"You don't know because you never use it. I told you, you should at least know how your quirk works. I told you from the very beginning, Kei" Izuku lecture
"I won't use it! You damn know what happen the last time I use it!" Kei yell angrily
"That is the first time you use it. What do you expect? That you able to control it easily from the get go? It doesn't work that way, Kei" Izuku claim

"Well guess what? You did! That's the reason why you are here in this room talking to me. Unless my quirk broke and what I see is a ghost!" Izuku yell annoyed

"All right, I won't force you with your quirk" Izuku said before facing Kei again "But where the hell have you been for the past year, eh? You didn't even visit me after USJ or when Shit-garaki blow a hole on my neck. You make no contact with me at all. The hell with that, man?" Izuku ask
"What do you expect? I can't just go to the hospital and claim that I'm Kei and they'll let me pass. Officially I'm dead" Kei explain
"So what's not official?" Izuku ask annoyed
"Ever since I was "resurrected" General Hisashi though it would be a good idea to put me on undercover mission, since you can't kill a dead man and I officially didn't exist" Kei explain
"So that's why he apologize earlier" Izuku mumble "I understand, where did you go undercover at?" He ask curious
"The one and only Meta Liberation Army" Kei answer smirking

"Like I said, it's more of a rumor. But if it's true then they will face a lot of heavy shit" Kei claim
"Yeah, no shit. LOV is no longer a villain organization but a terrorist organization, any contact with them will result in the Ranger Corp chasing their tails" Izuku agree
"Remember, this is just a rumor. But if it's true then we might be able to take them both down in the same time. Two bird one stone" Kei claim
"That or they will be a massive pain in the ass that able to make massive destruction before we could stop them or worse, couldn't" Izuku claim worried
"Ever since the failed nuclear exchange, the MLA never really interested on gaining their hands on any other nuclear material. But, they are now focusing their effort on something else" Kei explain

"With the new policy from the government, the Ranger Corp doesn't really have a lot of working spaces like last time" Izuku said annoyed
"Can you blame them? With Kamino in mind and your decision to use nuclear weapon really make the Ranger Corp on a tight leash" Kei reminded
"But to limit our movement? We might not be able to stop an attack until it's already happen, by then it's already to late. We don't tolerate civilian casualty, you know that" Izuku stated

"All right, enough about me. Tell me about yourself, about U.A." Kei change the topic
"I was ordered to enroll to U.A. by General and I'm in class 1-A. I'm pretty sure you know that" Izuku explain
"Yep, USJ, sports festival, Hosu, summer camp, and Kamino. You U.A. really make some headlines lately" Kei confirm
"Not our intention, but still, that's U.A." Izuku reply smiling
"So, about your classmates, how's them?" Kei ask curious
"They are your typical classmate that you find in a normal school" Izuku explain

"I'm currently tasked to "spy" on the heroes" Kei explain

"I don't know. But I will keep an eye and ear on everything in case there is something" Kei assure

They then exited the room and go in different direction. Meanwhile, inside the exam arena Aoyama and Iida are the final 2 that passes the first test

"Everyone in U.A. passed the first test!" Uraraka cheer excited

"They are people who have undergone training to be professional people-in-need-of-rescue and are in high demand right no. The "Help Us Company" or H.U.C. for short! The people from H.U.C. have dressed up as injured victims and are on standby throughout the disaster site. We will now have you all carry out their rescue" Mera announce
"In addition, we will score your rescue based on points and if you have more points than the benchmark at the end of the exercises, then you pass" Mera added

"You ordered an airstrike right to the middle of the arena?" Izuku ask dumbfounded

"Sir, you just dropped 32 high explosive bombs to a civilian infrastructure with civilian inside" Izuku pointed out
"If you are worried about the politics, don't. I will handle them" Hisashi assure

"Go get change and get down there, your mission about to start" Hisashi ordered
"Yes, sir" Izuku obeyed then he walk to the door

"A villain have appeared and started to bring more havoc. Hero candidates at the scene should continue their rescue efforts while also suppressing the villain" Mera announce

Izuku walk out from the hole and on his backpack is a new piece of equipment

"Hello, heroes. How's it going? Good? I want you all to meet someone!" Izuku yell then he deploy the gun to a firing position

Izuku then pull the trigger
Izuku then began to spray and pray everything that he see and purposively "miss" the heroes and H.U.C.
"Ahhhh! Watch out! Take cover! Get down! Move away from open areas! Get here, come on! I don't want to die! Mommy! Nooooo!" Everyone who is in Midoriya's line of fire yell terrified as they try to take cover while also protect the H.U.C. members from being hit by bullets
One hero take cover behind a wall in fear, when he open his eyes he see something in front of him, he pick it up "Rubber? He's firing rubber bullets?" He said confuse when suddenly
"BLAR!!! BLAR!!! BLAR!!! BLAR!!! BLAR!!! BLAR!!! BLAR!!! BLAR!!! BLAR!!! BLAR!!!" A barrage of bullets hit and penetrate the wall the hero is taking cover, luckily he's fine
"What kind of rubber break walls?!" The hero cried out terrified
As the heroes take cover, the firing suddenly stop. Everyone then slowly get out from their hiding spot and look at Izuku who began to walk to the urban area
"So what are you gonna do now, heroes?" Izuku taunted "Run away and let them die, or save them and risked being killed. What's your decision, heroes? I'm waiting" Izuku ask smirking
