"Just because you probably wouldn't be able to participate..." Toru sweatdrop
"But some think we won't be able to raise strong heroes with our current policies, so we came to the decision that first years will only allowed to go to agencies with a good track record of accepting work study students" Aizawa explain making Bakugou mad
"I wonder if Gunhead's place will work..." Jiro wonder
"Maybe I'll try contacting Selkie..." Asui said

Later at lunch
Izuku is walking on the third years floor and find the Big Three "Ah, Togata senpai" Izuku call Mirio
"Hmm, ah, Midoriya! Fancy meeting you here!" Mirio said excited
"Oh, you are the one who defeated Mirio, right? How do you do that? Are your military training help you fight him? Or do you have a good intuition? Or you just lucky?" Nejire ask multiple questions rapidly

"Yes I did, how is classified, my training does help, intuition and lucky is 50-50" Izuku answer Nejire's question to the surprise of Mirio and Tamaki

"Hehe, wow, not many people beside Mirio and Tamaki are able to answer all or any of my questions. How did you do that?" Nejire ask smiling
"As a Special Forces, I need to be keen to my surroundings. And as a sniper, attention to detail is important" Izuku claim
"Hahaha! I forgot that you are a soldier!" Mirio laugh
"Special Forces? Sniper? I wanna go home..." Tamaki said timidly as he walk away
"Come on, Tamaki. You could learn a thing or two from him" Nejire said as she hold Tamaki from walking away
"Anyway, I need to talk to Togata senpai" Izuku said
"Oh? So what do you want to discuss, kohai?" Mirio ask
"It's not what, but who. I need to talk to the one you're interning" Izuku corrected
"Sir? You want to talk with Sir Nighteye?" Mirio ask confuse
"That's right. I hope you able to take me to his office" Izuku confirm
"So you want to intern with Sir?" Mirio ask
"Something like that, but it's more work related" Izuku reply
"Work? Do the Ranger Corp need something with Sir Nighteye? Is he in trouble? Or did he meet someone dangerous like the LOV?" Nejire ask curious
"Yes, we need him, no, he's not in trouble, and I can't neither confirm nor deny any information regarding the LOV at the moment. Sorry, classified information" Izuku said seriously
"Well that can't be helped since the LOV is now a terrorist organization" Mirio said

"Sure! I'll let Sir know and probably you'll be able to see him on the weekend" Mirio said

A few days later, weekend
"A day off, huh?" Kaminari ask as he brush his teeth on the common room with Mineta
"We were rushing around with the special training and provisional licensing exam, so I'm glad we can take it easy today..." Mineta said as he brush his teeth
"Morning, see you all later" Izuku greet then say goodbye as he walk outside
"Where are you going?" Mineta ask
"Work" Izuku reply as he walk outside
"Those two over there, have their provisional license training course on the weekend, huh?" Kaminari ask as he see Todoroki and Bakugou walking outside
"Morning, good luck you two" Izuku greet Bakugou and Todoroki as he walk pass them
"Thanks" Todoroki reply
"Shut up!" Bakugou yell angrily
"We need to catch up to them as soon as possible" Todoroki claim as he look Izuku walking away
"Shut up, you! Walk behind me, damn it!" Bakugou yell again
"We're having a study session with Yaomomo today. You guys wanna come?" Kaminari ask Kirishima and Tokoyami
"Sorry, we're busy today, too" Kirishima reply
Later, in front of Sir Nighteye's agency
"This is Sir's agency" Mirio said
"Rather normal" Izuku commented
"Hahaha, it is. Oh, I didn't tell you before, but Sir's really strict" Mirio inform
"Yeah, notice. Though there is nothing that I couldn't handle" Izuku reassure
"That's the spirit!" Mirio cheer as they both go in
"By the way, if you want to talk to Sir about work, so does that mean you will intern here?" Mirio ask as they both walk up the stairs
"Probably, since I will be working together with Nighteye, so yeah, I could be categorize as having an internship with Nighteye" Izuku reply
"I see, well, since you able to defeated me, I'm sure you'll be a great help to us" Mirio said excited
"Thank you" Izuku said smiling
"Now, he's just beyond that door" Mirio said as he point a door in front of him
"All right then, I hope this goes well" Izuku said then he open the door and see... a blue skinned girl being tickled in a machine?
"Hahahahahahahaha!" The poor girl laugh out though forcefully
"Jeez, see how loud your voice can get?" Nighteye ask annoyed
"Stop! Hahahaha! Please, forgive me! Hahahaha!" The girl plead while still laughing
"..." Izuku deadpan while Mirio smile calmly
"It looks like his sidekick, Bubble Girl, couldn't make him laugh" Mirio said
Izuku grab his phone and dial the police "Hello, police? I want to report a pervert doing questionable stuff to a female colleague at Sir Nighteye's agency" Izuku said to the phone surprising Mirio and making Nighteye to look at Izuku
"Uh... Midoriya..." Mirio said nervously
Izuku hang up his call "I assume you're Nighteye?" He ask calmly
"You little... what with that prank?" Nighteye ask seriously
"It's not a prank, it's an actual call. What I see is you doing a sexual abuse to her" Izuku reply calmly
"It's not a sexual abuse, it's a way to make her laugh" Nighteye said
"Forcefully? That's abuse" Izuku claim "Mirio, free her and take her away. I need to talk to him alone" He ordered Mirio
"Well, okay then" Mirio comply then he free up Bubble Girl
"Mirio... what's with that kid...?" Bubble Girl ask tiredly
"He's one of my underclassmen" Mirio reply as he free Bubble Girl "We'll be outside if you need us" Mirio said as he take Bubble Girl out leaving Izuku and Nighteye alone in the room
"So, who are you?" Nighteye ask
"If you watched the news recently, you will know who I am" Izuku reply
"Sigh, all right, so what the golden boy of Ranger Corp what from me?" Nighteye ask as he sit on his chair
"I'm not anyone's or anything's golden boy. But I have a proposal" Izuku reply
"What proposal?" Nighteye ask
"In a way, working together" Izuku answer
"Working together? For what? What does the Ranger corp want to do anything with me?" Nighteye ask
"Not what, who. We are aware that you are now currently investigating Shie Hassaikai, right?" Izuku ask surprising Nighteye
"How do you know that?" Nighteye ask seriously
"It's best if you don't ask" Izuku reply then there is a tense silence for a moment
"Why are the Ranger Corp interested in Hassaikai?" Nighteye ask seriously
"It's not them who we are interested in, it's who they've make contact with" Izuku said gaining Nighteye's interest
"Go on" Nighteye said
"We have solid intel that one of Hassaikai member, Kai Chisaki AKA Overhaul have recently made contact with the League Of Villains" Izuku explain surprising Nighteye
"He did?" Nighteye ask surprise
"According to our intel, he did. Though what they talked about or is there is any sign of working together is unknown. Since the Ranger's reach has been reduce significantly, we can't do an investigation like we used to do. So now the best choice is working together with hero agency that investigate them, and that agency is yours" Izuku explain as he give a proposal paper at the table
"I see" Nighteye said then he look the proposal before he look at Izuku seriously for a moment "I don't approve your way" Nighteye claim
"Of what? Violence?" Izuku ask
"Yes, your way is to dangerous for the society" Nighteye claim
"And yet, it is the best way to protect them from something bigger than them" Izuku claim
"By using an unnecessary amount of weapons and calling it protection" Nighteye said
"You heroes are not that of a difference. Stronger quirks, stronger heroes, most are egosentric, race for popularity, neglecting the surrounding when fight, or even fraud. And still calling it safety" Izuku retort
"Yeah, we compromised. Sometimes in away that may look unethical, but we do it so that society could be safe. What you do is not safe for the society" Nighteye claim
"Ranger Corp take the world as it is, not as the way we'd like to be. We are not trying to change the society, we are trying to protect it. If society try to change positively, we'll support. But if they try to change negatively, we'll stop them" Izuku claim seriously
"Through force, a world without smiles and humor has no bight future. And using force is not a bright future" Nighteye claim
"The world is not all rainbow and sunshine. It's a dark, cold, and brutal world" Izuku claim
"So you're trying to make a dark world where people can't even have a dream?" Nighteye ask
"Dream, the first thing you lost when you grow up" Izuku giggle a little
"You are so dark and deep for someone Young" Nighteye commented
"I've been through shits" Izuku claim then there was another tense silent for a moment
"Sigh, do you accept the proposal or not?" Izuku ask annoyed
"I might not accept your way, but working together does have some advantageous. So yes, I approve the proposal" Nighteye said as he sign the proposal
"We could avoided wasting time if you just sign it sooner" Izuku mumble annoyed
"Excuse us!" Mirio and Bubble Girl yell as they enter the room
"Are you finish? Did you accepted him?" Bubble Girl ask
"I'll take him. He'll be working with us from now on" Nighteye said
"Isn't that great, Midoriya?" Motion ask excited
"Not really the best talk, but it is good that I'm in" Izuku reply
"Now go home, I have work to do" Nighteye shooed Izuku
"Yes, sir" Izuku said as he take the proposal paper and walk out
1-A Alliance, afternoon
"You have work with a Sir Nighteye's agency? Aren't you trying to find the League Of Villains?" Uraraka ask confuse
"Or did you take the work studies after all?" Mina ask
"Technically speaking it's both. In one way it's work and in another it's work studies, so you could call it that way" Izuku explain
"By the way, congrats, Midoriya" Iida congratulated as he shake Izuku's hand
"Thanks" Izuku thanked
"But man, you're really amazing, Midoriya" Kaminari said
"Yeah, I mean, you'll be at Sir Nighteye's agency!" Sero said
"You were recommended by Togata?" Kirishima ask
"Not really, I only ask him to take me to the agency" Izuku corrected
"Still, good job!" Sato claim
"The distance between us has widened again... we need to catch up as soon as possible" Todoroki claim
"Tch!" Bakugou grunted
"The school said Gunhead hasn't had enough interns, so I can't go there" Uraraka said sadly
"Same here. I wanted to go to Selkie's but..." Asui said sadly
"Fourth Kind doesn't even take work studies..." Kirishima said sadly
"I mean, the threshold's been set pretty high..." Sero claim
"Yeah, we can only ask pro with good track records who'll take work study students..." Kaminari said
"It can't be helped. Unlike the internships, we'll be directly involved, so if anything happens..." Ojiro said
"It becomes a problem of who's responsible on the pros side" Aizawa said as he enter the common room
"Mr. Aizawa" The students said surprise seeing him there
"Pros who accept students even after knowing the risk are the real thing. Tokoyami, You've got an invitation for a work study from one of those real pros. It's from Hawks, who works in Kyushu" Aizawa told Tokoyami
"Hawks?!" Kaminari yell surprise
Ranked third in the hero ranking?!" Sero yell surprise
"Wow!" Kaminari yell
"Good job!" Sato congratulated
"What will you do, Tokoyami?" Aizawa ask
"I respectfully accept" Tokoyami bow
"Very well. I'll give you the work study paperwork later. Let me know when you figure out when you'll be going to Kyushu. I'll authorize your absences for those days" Aizawa explain
"Isn't that great, Tokoyami?" Shoji ask
"I am most humbly pleased" Tokoyami reply
"Also, Kirishima, Amajiki from the Big Three wants to see you" Aizawa said surprising the rock boy
"He wants to see me?" Kirishima ask confuse
"Also, Hado wants to talk to Uraraka and Asui" Aizawa added surprising the two girls "Go see them tomorrow or something and hear them out. That is all" Aizawa said before he walk away
"Amajiki... I wonder what he wants..." Kirishima wonder
"You think it's about the work studies?" Asui wonder
"No way! If so, I'm getting my hopes up" Uraraka claim excited
"I can't wait until tomorrow. I'm going to the third year's dorm right now!" Kirishima declare as he walk away
"Ochako, let's go, too" Asui suggested
"Yeah!" Uraraka agree then the three of them go to the third year's dorm
"Good luck" Izuku said
"Uraraka and the other's sure are lucky" Kaminari complain
"Let's do our best, too!" Sero said
"Who cares about work studies? Even if first years like us go, we'll just be made to run errands and stuff" Mineta claim
"That was what happened at your internship, right?" Kaminari ask
"Don't remind me of my dark past!" Mineta yell depressed while the other laugh
"It was all fun and games, until you picked the wrong one" Izuku joked
"Stop it! Don't remind me even more!" Mineta yell depressed
"That's what you get for being a pervert" Mina claim laughing
"Serve you right" Sero joke laughing
"Ahhhhh!" Mineta yell depressed
"Hahahaha!" The other laugh
The next day, Sir Nighteye's agency
"Today, we will be doing patrols and surveillance. We'll split up into two groups with me and Bubble Girl, and Mirio and Midoriya. Since Midoriya already know about Hassaikai, I don't have to explain anything. But, be careful not to let them suspect anything" Nighteye ordered
"Yes, sir!" Izuku, Mirio, and Bubble Girl comply
Sometime later
A young girl is running through an alley with an adult chasing her "Someone, anyone...! Please, someone! No...! Someone... anyone...!" The girl yell for her life when she exited the alley and hit someone
"Hm? Oh, sorry. You okay, little girl?" Izuku ask as he kneel down and grab the girl when he notice she is trembling
'She's trembling?' Izuku though confuse when he notice someone exited the alley
"Now, you know you can't go around causing trouble for the heroes. Let's go home, Eri" Overhaul said as he exited the alley
'You gotta be shitting me...' Izuku mentally curse
