While Izuku is frustrated since he couldn't save Eri, elsewhere in another city, a fighting between 2 villains with gigantification quirks is underway and destroying many building in the process
"The villain group are fighting each other! There are two with gigantification quirks! Espa Way's caught in their fight! Send heroes or armed forces immediately!" A police on the scene requested
suddenly someone fly above the police surprising him "Huh?!" The police yell surprise
"Full charge, output level 30... Spiraling Surge" Nejire said as she charged up her quirk then she fired up a giant wave at the 2 villains "Gring Wave!" Nejire declare as she attack them
The villains were hit and both are down to the ground
"Hey, why are you fighting? Is it because your quirks are the same? That's so weird" Nejire said confuse as she hover in the air
"Do it now, you two!" Nejire yell at Uraraka and Asui as they prepare to attack the villains
"Ultimate..." Uraraka said as she deactivate her quirk
"... Move!" Asui finish as she use her tongue to smash the rubble around them making it to hit the villains
"Meteor Fafrotskies!" Uraraka and Asui declare as they attack the villains
When the attack is finished, both villains are knocked out cold
"That was great! Yeah, that was really great! Were you nervous?" Nejire ask as she walk to where Uraraka, Asui, and a female pro hero are gather
"Phew, I was able to do what I was supposed to!" Uraraka said relief
"Kero, I was calmer than I though I'd be" Asui claim
"As expected of those recommended by Nejire, you're both great at this. Nejire, you've also fixed the timing for your attack" The female pro hero AKA Dragoon Hero: Ryuku praise the girls
"Thank you for taking us on" Uraraka and Asui bow down
"Of course" Ryuku reply smiling
"Hey, Ryuku, these two couldn't go to the heroes from their internships! Did you know that first years can only go to agencies with a good track record of accepting work study students? Did I tell you?" Nejire ask
"Even if you're still students, now that you're here for a hero work study, you're a legitimate part of our forces! You two seem like you'll be able to play an active role in that matter" Ryuku claim

"A request to team up from All Might's former sidekick, Nighteye" Ryuku said

"The investigation and siege of designated the villain group, Shie Hassaikai. It's a big job that might lead to the League of Villains" Ryuku answer surprising Uraraka and Asui
"The League of Villains...?" Asui said surprise
"Ah, maybe that's why Midoriya do work study there. He said that he do more work than study" Uraraka realize
"Probably, he said that he have leads on where the League of Villains might be" Asui said
"For your Ranger Corp friend to even joint this meaning that this is a very serious situation. Also, you couldn't tell anyone about this, okay?" Ryuku said
"Yes, ma'am" Uraraka and Asui comply
Meanwhile in an alleyway somewhere in Kansai
"Ultimate Move: Red Gun Turret!" Kirishima declare as he punch a villain hard in the face making him to fly back and crash to the ground hard
'Just before my time ran out. That was close!' Kirishima though as he deactivate his quirk
"Waaaa...! Stay away from me...!" The villain cry
'He go back crying, I guess the drug effect wore off' Kirishima though
The villain continue to cry making Kirishima confuse of how he suppose to deal with him. While Kirishima is confuse, the villain create some blades from his back, launching the villain to the air surprising Kirishima
"Damn, he tricked me!" Kirishima yell as he try to chase the villain
"Amateur! I'm gonna escape! I'm escaping!" The villain yell as he fly to the end of the alley. When suddenly, Fat Gum jump in front of the escaping villain
"Sorry I'm late!" Fat Gum yell as he trapped the villain on his stomach
"Fat Gum! Thank you for your help!" Kirishima said as he approach Fat Gum
"Now let's go back and meet the other's" Fat Gum said
"Yes, sir!" Kirishima comply
Later near the river
"His quirk powered up...? That drug's banned in Japan, right? Based on how short the effects lasted, it must've been an inferior version made in Asia. The ones made in the U.S. lasted an hour or two" Fat Gum said
"You know a lot about it! Wow!" Kirishima said impressed
"In the past, I'd work with the coppers and catch guys like that all day" Fat Gum claim when a cop run towards them
"Fat! About the gun that guy fired. It's been broken into pieces by someone's quirk. also, this isn't a normal gun. Anyway, I'll investigate and report back" The cop report while showing the broken bullet in the evidence bag
"Thanks for goin out of your way to let me know" Fat Gum reply
"Are you all right?" Kirishima ask Tamaki concern
"It sucks" Tamaki reply embarrassed
"To make someone cannot use their quirk... that is cruel" Kirishima claim
"Why don't we have them take a look at you at the hospital? There's something I want to investigate there, too" Fat Gum suggested

Kirishima sit down on his chair when Kaminari call him "Kirishima, hey!"

"Wow, that makes me happy! There it is!" Uraraka said happily

Meanwhile Izuku is in deep though 'A drug suppressing quirk? That kind of drug does experimented a hundred or so years ago, but since suppressing quirks is harder than enhancing them. Hence, only quirk enhancing drug manufactured nowadays. Beside, how heroes fight someone with a strong quirk is by using a stronger quirk not erasing it. Heh, I guess fight a big gun with a bigger gun' Izuku though then he look at Uraraka, Asui, and Kirishima
'Their Agencies has been asked to joint forces with Nighteye's, but I don't think they understand how serious it is. When will they know? No, the more depressing question is what Eri has to do with all of this? Is she forced to be a part of this? Or she is just unfortunate that she is tortured by Overhaul? Shit! What is the truth?' Izuku though frustrated
4 days later, Kirishima is in front of the dorm ready to leave when he notice Izuku is also leaving "Oh Midoriya, Morning" He greet
"Morning, work study?" Izuku ask though he know the answer already
"Yeah, but I'm not going to Kansai this time" Kirishima reply
"Oh? Morning! You two going in today?" Uraraka ask as she and Asui also leaving the dorm
"Yeah" Kirishima reply
"What a coincidence. We are, too" Asui said
The group of four then walk together to the train station
"Huh? We're all going the same way? You two are not going to Ryuku's?" Kirishima ask surprise
"Today we have a meeting in a different place" Uraraka said
"Really? Me too" Kirishima said

"We're going to the same station? That is a coincidence" Kirishima said surprise
"We're going in the same direction, too. And even turning at the same corner" Kirishima said then they reach the intended building
"Oh" Mirio and Nejire notice the four arriving

"Okay, let's begun. Those of us from Nighteye's Agency have been conducting an independent investigation into the designated villain group known as the Shie Hassaikai for about two weeks" Bubble Girl inform
"What prompted this?" A pro ask
"An accident involving a gang of thieves called the Reservoir Dogs" Bubble Girl answer
"I heard about that" A pro claim
"The police wrote it off as an accident, but there were a number of points that didn't make sense, so we began tailing them" Bubble Girl explain
"I, Centipeder, conducted a follow -up investigation. In my investigation, I found that, in the pas year, the members of Shie Hassaikai have increased contact with those outside of their organization and other groups involved with shady businesses, moving with the aim of expanding their organization and increasing their funds. And we also receive evidence from the Ranger Corp that they were making contact with the League of Villains, but it seems that an altercation had occurred between the two organizations" Centipeder explain as he show an image of Overhaul and Twice entering a car
"Even if they're from U.A., why are there kids here? We're never get anywhere if they're here" Rock Lock claim
"If you don't want to be here, the exit's that way, Rock Lock" Izuku said as he point the exit
"You have nerve to say that" Rock Lock said annoyed
"And you have the nerve to underestimate us" Izuku said seriously
"Don't say that, Rock Lock! These two have super important information!" Fat Gum yell as he stand up
"Us...?" Kirishima ask confuse while Tamaki sulk down
"We suspect one of the Hassaikai's main source of income is unauthorized drugs. So I requested help from heroes who are well-versed in those matter" Nighteye said
"I crushed tons of guys like that back in the day! And then, at Red Riot's debut fight the other day...! A type I'd never seen before was shot into Tamaki. A drug that destroy quirks" Fat Gum explain surprising everyone
"Destroy quirks?" A pro ask surprise
"What?! Tamaki, you're okay, right?" Mirio ask worried
"Yeah, I recovered after I slept. Look at this cow hoof" Tamaki said as he show them that his arm became a cow hoof
"I feel better knowing that you can recover from it. So it's not gone for good?" Rock Lock ask
"No. We will hear from Earserhead on the matter" Nighteye reply
"I seems to be a little different from my erasure, since I don't attack the quirk itself directly. The quirk is an extra part with a special function added to a basic human body. Those "extra parts" are lumped together as quirk genes. I only stop those genes temporarily, but I cannot directly inflict damage on them" Aizawa explain
"Right after Tamaki was shot, we had the hospital take a look at him, and his quirk genes were damaged. thankfully, they healed on their own, and he's now back to normal, though" Fat Gum explain
"What about the analysis on what was shot into him?" Nighteye ask
"There was nothing wrong with the rest of his body. It was only his quirk that received any damage. the guy who shot him isn't sayin' anythin' either! The gun's in pieces, and the only bullet we had was the one that's been shot! But thanks to Kirishima's brave actions that led to one bouncin' off his body, we were able to get one still filled with the drug!" Fat Gum explain
"Me? That surprised me! It came out of the blue!" Kirishima said surprise
"Good job, Kirishima!" Uraraka praise
"So cool!" Asui praise
"Hardening, right? I know about that! It was the perfect match-up!" Nejire praise
"And after analyzin' the contents, we discovered somethin' that made me sick. Human blood and cells were inside!" Fat Gum explain irritated surprising everyone on the room
'Human... blood....' Mirio though surprise
"Whoa..." Uraraka gaped surprise
"It's like we're talking about a different world..." Asui said uncomfortable
"In other words, that effect came from a person... someone's quirk?" Ryuku ask
"Hmm... I'm not really sure I'm following this. How this related to the Hassaikai?" A pro ask
"The man Kirishima captured, and the illegal drug that guy used! The distribution channels for things like that are complex. It's gotten smaller these days, but various people and organization sell them wholesale until they reach the end user. There's no proof that the Hassaikai handled the goods, but they did interact with one of the intermediaries" Fat Gum explain
"That's it?" A pro ask
The other day, when Ryuku's team broke up a fight between two villain groups, controlling one of the groups was the intermediary dealer organization" Nighteye explain
"One of the two that turned giant had been given an inferior drug that didn't last very long" Ryuku explain
"There have been a rash of gang-related crimes recently, and most could be connected to the Hassaikai if you tried hard enough" A pro said
"It sounds like you're trying really hard to make the Hassaikai guilty" A pro claimed
"Don't you have something that implicate them more obviously?" A pro ask
A photo of Overhaul is showed, surprising Mirio
"The young head, Chisaki's quirk is overhaul. His power let's him disassemble and restore things. Disassemble, a quirk that let's him break things and then fix them and a quirk that can break down quirks" Nighteye explain making Mirio to be horrified
"So Chisaki use his own blood to create the drugs?" A pro wonder
"No, he didn't. We have different conclusion" Nighteye said as he glance Izuku
"That's where I came in" Izuku said as he stand up and walk to the front and give a flashdisk to Bubble Girl "Show this when I tell you" He ordered
"Midoriya?" Mirio said surprise
"If you all didn't know, I represent the Ranger Corp. Before I say anything about the blood inside the drug, I'll tell you that Ranger Corp didn't just monitor the country from potential threat, but we also monitor any illegal contraband entering or exiting the country. One of them is illegal drug, but this drug suppressing quirk is quite surprising for us" Izuku explain
"Surprising how?" A pro ask
"Usually drugs were used to enhanced quirks, not suppressing them. And even though research and experiment of drug suppressing quirk exist, they were abandon for almost a century. They were deem too expensive and resource consuming to be profitable in one way or another" Izuku explain
"And now Chisaki have manage to found a way to make them profitable and easy to produce" A pro said
"And with someone's quirk to make it possible" Fat Gum said angrily
"Not someone random" Izuku said confusing everyone
"You know who's blood it belongs?" A pro ask
"Chisaki claim to have a "daughter" named Eri, we cross reference with our database but we don't find any trace of anyone named Eri ever existed. So whether she is his biological daughter or not is unknown" Izuku explain
"Wait, you're telling us about his daughter, so this mean..." A pro said as he connect the dots
"Regarding the blood. True, it was human blood and the Ranger Corp receive the blood when Kansai police department send it to us for further investigation. We brought the blood to a lab for DNA testing and tracking, unfortunately we're unable to find any match. But, you can determine a few things from just DNA alone; gender, age, hair color, eye color" Izuku said then he look at Bubble Girl "Show it" He ordered then Bubble Girl show an image of a young girl
"From the DNA we could determine that the gender is female, between the age of six or seven, silver haired, and red eyes" Izuku explain surprising everyone on the room, they all listen to Izuku's description then look at the image of the young girl. They are the same person
"Wait, are you saying..." A pro said surprise
"We don't know for sure, but when Mirio and Midoriya encountered with her, she have a large number of bandages around her limbs" Nighteye said
"Don't tell me something so horrific..." Ryuku said uncomfortable
"What...? What are you talking about?" Kirishima ask still lost about everything
"Are you sure we need the kids? I'll only say this once. We're wondering if this Chisaki bastard is turning his daughter's body into bullets and selling them" Rock Lock explain
"N... no way..." Kirishima said shocked as Uraraka and Asui also shocked
"We don't know if he's actually selling the bullets at their current stage, their efficacy is still too uncertain. however, if they're at the test stage, and he's using them as samples to gather more of his cause... there is no hard evidence. But he's gathering people and funds across the nation... if the completed drug would be able to completely destroy someone's quirk. I'm sure they'll have many ideas for crimes using this" Nighteye explain
"Just imaginin' it makes my blood boil! Let's go find him right now!" Fat Gum said angrily
"Wouldn't this have been resolved already if those two had already taken the child?" Rock Lock look at Mirio and Midoriya
"You think we didn't try to do that? You think I didn't try to do that?" Izuku ask furious as he clench his fists
"And why you didn't?" Rock Lock ask
"If Overhaul attack me that time, I could use self defense to fight him or take Eri away, she's already on my arm. But when Overhaul about to attack, Eri notice and got terrified, she jump off from my arm and run towards Overhaul. When that happen, my hands are tied, if I try to take her by force Overhaul could use legal terms to get her back and put charges on me. So yeah, Pro Hero Rock Lock. I tried" Izuku explain furiously
'Lemillion to save a million? ha' Mirio though frustrated then he stand up "I will definitely save Eri next time and protect her!" Mirio declare
"You and me both, Lemillion. We'll save her" Izuku nod before he look to the heroes on the room "This is why we gather you all here. Your mission, should you choose to accept it: Is to save little girl Eri and brought down the Hassaikai" He said seriously
"That's right. That is our goal" Nighteye said
"Hmph. It's fine for the kids to show off, but if it's what we think, that girl's the crux the young head will want to hide, right? She got out because of some kind of trouble. On top of that, some kid heroes saw her! You think he'll just keep her at home? I wouldn't if I were him. Even if we push our way in it won't be matter if she's not there. Have you already identified where she is?" Rock Lock ask
"He's right. How about it, Nighteye?" Ryuku ask
"That is the real issue" Nighteye said when Izuku cut him
"Not anymore" Izuku said making Nighteye to look at him "Show the second image" Izuku told Bubble Girl. Bubble Girl then show an image of an underground labyrinth map
"Try to guess what this is" Izuku said while pointing the image
"A labyrinth?" Uraraka said confuse
"A map?" A pro said confuse
"What is that have to do with finding Eri?" Rock Lock ask
"You know, Rock Lock? If you don't want to cooperate, the exit's that way" Izuku said pointing the exit
"Hmph, what is that anyway?" Rock Lock ask annoyed
"It's a map of a labyrinth, an underground labyrinth to be precise" Izuku said
"Underground? There's a complex underground labyrinth exist?" A pro ask
"It did. Rock Lock, you said that if you are Chisaki you would move Eri elsewhere, right?" Izuku ask
"Yeah, I explain it earlier. Why? You want me to explain it again?" Rock Lock ask
"No. I'm just glad Chisaki is not you since I believe Eri didn't go anywhere" Izuku claim
"And you know this how?" Rock Lock ask annoyed
"My quirk, my quirk works like radar that able to detect anything from people to vehicles. I could know how much people in this room right now without seeing or how many people in this entire building with just my quirk" Izuku explain
"So your quirk could detect people" A pro said
"Exactly, and one part of the radar also making me able to know what size or shape of a room, all the passageways, even hidden room. Combine that together, and I have a map of my surrounding and the location of enemies. A very convenient quirk for a soldier like me" Izuku explain
"So that's how you able to know where I go when I fought you some time ago" Mirio realize
"Bingo, and it's real time as well" Izuku reply
"I see how your quirk works, but about this map" Ryuku said
"Right, this underground labyrinth exist under the headquarter of Hassaikai, around a kilometer from Mito station, Ibaraki prefecture" Izuku said
(It was not clear where exactly Hassaikai HQ really is in both anime or manga as far as I knew, so I just point it in a random location)
"Wait, so they build a complex underground under the city and nobody know?" A pro said surprise
"I'm afraid so, even I'm surprise by how complex it is. Now, regarding Eri, I believe she is here" Izuku said as he point on a rectangle room with a green dot inside it
"150 meters east from the actual house and 10 meters underground" Izuku said
"Okay! We already know where she is! Let's go get her!" Fat Gum declare
"We can't not, not immediately. Even if we have this new evidence, we must put together this analysis and predictions and try to make the possibility of saving her as close to 100% as we can" Nighteye said
"We can't rush. If we make a big fuss about this and then don't get her, this could be the kindling for something bigger" Grand Torino said
"You're thinkin' too much! If you keep sayin' stuff like that, you won't be able to do anythin'!" Fat Gum yell angrily
"Midoriya, you've been in this kind of situation haven't you?" Aizawa ask
"Hostage rescue mission? Yeah, I've been in a few mission like that before" Izuku confirm
"So how we suppose to this rescue in your military perspective?" Aizawa ask
Izuku though for a second "My opinion? We send a small team of Tier 1 Special Forces. Infiltrate the place, grab Eri, then get out. Typical Black Ops" Izuku said
"Then this discussion is over! Send that Special Forces and save her!" Fat Gum yell
"It's not that simple" Izuku reply
"What not simple?! You said that you are able to send Special Forces and save her, so what's not simple?!" Fat Gum yell
"This damned labyrinth is way to complex! Even if we know every layout the number of enemies is way to many. If I forced to do this mission, it'll be a suicide mission even we carry guns they'll be dead. And there's one more problem, I cannot positively ID this green dot is Eri" Izuku explain
"You said Chiaki didn't move her anywhere and now you're uncertain that Eri is there" Rock Lock ask annoyed
"I said I believe that Chisaki didn't move her. I do some recon while making this map, and I didn't find anyone being moved by any method" Izuku explain
"Then what is that green dot?" Uraraka ask
"My quirk only display where someone is and what side their are; orange is hostile, red is hostile engaging, green is civilian, blue is ally, white is unknown, and black is dead. Right now there is a hundred hostile inside the labyrinth and one civilian, but I can't confirm if this civilian is Eri. We need more intel before we could make our move" Izuku explain
"This is too roundabout! While we're takin' our time, that little girl, Eri, is probably cryin'!" Fat Gum yell angrily
"If we go in blind, we'll ended up with massive casualty! And if Eri's not there we'll lose our chance to save her and might lose her for good!" Izuku yell even angrier, the room then filled with tense atmosphere
"Sigh. Anyway, let's do this. there is a girl in trouble. That's the most important thing" Ryuku said breaking the tense atmosphere
Nighteye then stand up "Confirm if the girl's inside the Hassaikai headquarter and take her into our protection with the most accurate information we can get as quickly as possible. I'm counting on your help" Nighteye requested
"Meeting adjourned" Izuku said then everyone began to leave the room
Later, Izuku, Kirishima, Uraraka, Asui, and the Big Three sit at a table outside the room
"If only I hold her more tightly, she might not run away from me. Damn!" Izuku said frustrated
"I see, something like that happened..." Kirishima said feeling bad
"At least you tried, Midoriya" Uraraka reassure
"This is the third time I failed to protect someone" Izuku said frustrated
"Third?" Asui ask confuse
"First one is my friend from Ranger Corp, he didn't make it" Izuku said surprising everyone on the table "Second is Bakugou. And now Eri" Izuku said frustrated
"I'm sorry about your friend, but you manage to save Bakugou, right? I'm sure you're able to save Eri too" Uraraka said smiling
"I hope you're right" Izuku said when Aizawa approach them
"Is this a wake or something?" Aizawa ask
"Kero, Mr. Aizawa" Asui said
"Call me Easerhead outside of school. But man, I was going to recommend that your work studies be suspended today" Aizawa said surprising them
"What?!" Kirishima, Uraraka, and Asui yell surprise
"Why, after all this time?" Kirishima ask surprise
"You heard them say the League of Villains could be involved, right? That changes things" Aizawa explain
"We only confirm they have make contact, but not whether they are working together. I hope they're not" Izuku said annoyed
"I can't really stop you from doing this, Midoriya, and even if I did you won't listen to me anyway. So do what you have to do for that little girl, Eri" Aizawa ordered
"Yes, sir" Izuku comply
"Try to smile, Mirio" Tamaki said
"Regretting something and getting frowny won't change anything, so smile" Nejire said smiling
"Yeah" Mirio reply then he look at Izuku "We will save her" He declare
"We failed to save her once, don't make the same mistake twice" Izuku ordered
"Yes, sir" Mirio comply smiling
"I'm with you, Midobro!" Kirishima declare
"So am I!" Uraraka declare
"Count me in, kero" Asui claim
"Me too!" Nejire cheer
"I'm in" Tamaki said
Izuku then look at Aizawa
"Do whatever have to do" Aizawa ordered
"Ooh rah" Izuku comply seriously
