U.A., A few days after the provisional license exam
U.A. right now is starting a new semester and now all the students are heading to the field for the new semester ceremony
"Class 1-A! stay in line and move promptly to the grounds!" Iida yell with robo hands

"I'm sorry! It's a bad behavior of me" Iida apologize
"I heard, Class A" Monoma said as he stand in front of Class A "Two people! You had two people fail the provisional licensing exam!" Monoma mocked
"Class B's Monoma!" Sero groan
"He's crazy, as usual" Kaminari groan as well
"So were you the only one to fail again? Like with the final?" Kirishima ask
"Hahahaha, we Class B... all passed! We've pulled ahead of you, Class A!" Monoma mocked
"Sorry... everyone..." Todoroki apologize feeling down
"They're turning it into a competition on their won, so don't worry about it" Kirishima assure
"According to Vlad Teacher, we'll have classes together this semester! I'm looking forward to it!" Pony said excited with an English accent
"Oh, I can't wait to test out my skills!" Kirishima claim excited
"Anyway, you're an exchange student, right?" Kaminari ask when Monoma whisper something to Pony
"I'll beat you up so bad you won't be able to get back up!" Pony said making Kirishima and Kaminari to go pale in surprise
"Hahahahahaha!" Monoma laugh
"Don't teach her weird phrases!" Kendo scold as he knock Monoma out
"Hey, we're trying to get through back here" Shinso said as he and his class are behind Class A and Class B
"Sorry about this. Move out, people" Izuku ordered
"Don't show me how uncool you are" Shinso said as he walk pass them

"He's the one who Midoriya defeat first at the sports festival" Jiro realize
"That guy looks... like he's bulked up a bit..." Sero notice
U.A. field, new semester ceremony
"Hey! It's the small mammal you all love, the principal!" Nezu introduce himself on the podium
'Guess he didn't change that much' Izuku though
"Recently, our lifestyle has been disturbed. The cause of the disturbance in lifestyle is incidents from this summer vacation I'm sure you all already know about. The death of the so called Symbol of Fear. The effect of that incident have appeared faster than I could have imagined. The police and Ranger Corp has warned us that crime and terror is on the rise and there will probably be great chaos in society in the near future" Nezu explain
"How then hell did crime manage to rise after AFO is dead? Shouldn't it be the opposite?" Sero ask confuse
"More than one factor are in play, Sero. But he is right, crime and terror is rising" Izuku reply seriously
"In particular, this will be most apparent to those of you in the hero course. You must approach activities outside of school, like the hero work studies that mainly second and third years participate in, with a greater sense of caution and crisis than before" Nezu explain
"Hero intern?" Mina ask confuse
"Is it like the next level if internship we did?" Asui wonder
"The air always feels heavy when we talk about gloomy things like this, huh? The adults are working hard to do something about that heaviness. We'd like you all to learn that hard work from them and develop into capable people. All of you in the support course, business course, general studies, and hero course, I don't want you to forget that you're all the successor of this society" Nezu lecture
"And now, return to you classrooms, starting with the third years" Nezu said then all the students return to their classrooms
1-A Classroom
"Okay, then, we'll be continuing regular classes starting today. A lot of unprecedented things happened, but you'll need to switch gears and focus on your duties as students. We'll be staying inside the classroom today, but this semester, you'll have even harsher training than before" Aizawa explain
"I'm sorry, can I ask a question?" Asui raise her hand "Can you tell us what the "hero work studies" that came up earlier during the opening ceremonies are about?" Asui ask
"Oh yeah, the principal said something about that" Sero realize
"I was wondering, as well" Tokoyami claim
"He said it was something many upperclassmen are engaged in..." Yaoyorozu pointed out
"So are you gonna explain it, Eraser?" Izuku ask
"I was planning to talk more about those at later date, but... I guess telling you guys now is more logical. To put it simply, they're hero activities outside of school. Like internship you did under those heroes before... only closer to the real thing" Aizawa explain
"What's the difference?" Kaminari ask
"The difference is that you are not interning, you're working and getting paid for your services" Izuku explain
"We're getting paid?!" The whole class yell surprise
"Yes, like Midoriya said, you are getting paid for your services. Even though Stain said that heroes shouldn't receive compensation for their services, that is highly irrational. Heroes could get injured in the line of duty and who would pay for their hospital fees is the heroes themselves doesn't have income? Not just that, society give heroes compensation as an acknowledgement appreciation to their services. This is rational" Aizawa explain
"Guess Stain's influence really making an affect, huh?" Sero said
"He have a good reason to make a change, though with the wrong method" Izuku claim
"Now, getting back to the hero work studies" Aizawa said before looking to the door "You three may come in" He said then three students; two male and one female enter the room "We'll have people who experienced it first hand tell you about how these are different from the internships. Listen carefully" Aizawa explain
Izuku recognize one of the student who came in
"The three third years at U.A. who stand at the top of all current U.A. students. Also known as the Big Three" Aizawa introduce the three students
'All Might's successor, Mirio Togata' Izuku though as he look at Mirio
"The top of all U.A. students..." Sero said
"The Big Three..." Sato said
"Tch!" Bakugou grumble
"The crown among the splendid U.A. students..." Iida said
"The one's closest to pro heroes among us..." Yaoyorozu said
"I heard that they're the ones we're supposed to be like..." Jiro said
"There's someone really pretty, too... they don't really seem like it" Kaminari said
'Target acquired' Mineta though as he drool from Nejire's figure
'Mirio Togata, the one All Might chosen to be his successor. He technically only have a class E quirk, but how he use it could be categorized as a class A. I could see why All Might chose him' Izuku though as he analyze Mirio
"Okay, can you introduce yourself briefly?" Aizawa ask "Let's start with Amajiki" He said
Tamaki then deep glare Class A surprising most of the class
"It's no good... Mirio, Hado... What should I do? I can't... say anything..." Tamaki said as he is now trembling confusing Class A "I want to go home..." He said as he face the wall

"Um, you are the top of U.A.'s hero course, right?" Ojiro ask
"Oh, listen, Amajiki! That's called having the heart of a flea! even though you're human! It's so strange!" Hado said smiling

"This is the flea, Tamaki Amajiki. And then, I'm Nejire Hado. We were asked to talk to you guys about work studies. But wait..." Nejire explain before she become distracted

"Isn't this lacking rationality?" Aizawa ask with dark aura around him
"Don't worry, Eraserhead! I'm going last to wrap things up, right?" Mirio reassure
"The future's gonna be...?" Mirio ask Class A only to be answer by silence
"Gonna be what?" Class A though confuse
"Full of heavy shits, so full you would wish you were born 200 year ago" Izuku answer making the whole class to look at Izuku strangely "You all understand when you're older" He claim
"Midoriya is correct! Though I would call it as grim!" Mirio said before laughing
"All three of them are weird" Sato whisper
"You can't feel it in their personalities" Tokoyami agree
"Well, you guys look like you're not sure what's going on, right? We're third years who suddenly appeared to explain about work studies that aren't even required. That's confusing, right?" Mirio ask
"Beside the confusing personalities of you three. Yes, it is confusing" Izuku reply
"Hahaha. You guys got your provisional licenses at first years, right? This year's first years are really... energetic, right?" Mirio said then he smirk "Why don't you all fight me at once?" Mirio suggest
"Wh... what?!" Class A yell surprise
'Predecessor and successor are the same, huh?' Izuku though pinching the bridge of his nose
"Boom!" "Fucking finally! I don't care are you Big Three or whatever! I'll kill you all!" Bakugou yell excited while making small explosions
"He's excited..." Kirishima and Kaminari said nervously
"Hahahah! It's the most ration to have you all experience our experience firsthand, right? How about it, Eraserhead?" Mirio ask Aizawa
"Do what you want" Aizawa reply

"Um... are you serious?" Sero ask as Class A are wearing their sports jacket
"Totally serious!" Mirio reply as he stretch
"Mirio, you probably shouldn't" Tamaki said as he face a wall quite some distance from Class A
"So far" Mineta notice
"For the work studies, it would've been enough for us to say, "This is how it was, and I learned a lot from it". Not everyone is filled to the brim with ambition. We can't end up with kids who are unable to recover after this" Tamaki said
"Huh? What does he mean by "unable to recover"...?" Kirishima wonder
"Who cares! He want to fight, then fight" Bakugou reply annoyed
"Oh, listen! Did you know? In the past there was a student who got so frustrated the students quit being a hero, and that cause all sort of problems. Did you know that?" Nejire explain as she play with Mina's horn
"It's tough right, Togata? If you don't think thing through properly, this'll be rough. Really rough" Nejire added
"Please wait. There's a handicap in place, but we've fought the pros before" Tokoyami claim
"And we've fought with villains before, too. Do we look like such weak small fry to you that you need to worry about us?" Kirishima ask

"The close combat team should surround him all at once!" Sato ordered
"All right!" Kirishima comply
"Well then, sir, thanks for showing us this kindness. I look forward to you teaching!" Kaminari yell as all of Class A are ready to fight
"Boom!" Bakugou launch himself towards Mirio "DIE!!!" He yell when suddenly Mirio's clothes start to falling down
"WAAAAAAA!!!" Jiro scream as she shielded her eyes
"Your clothes fell off just now!" Sero yell frantically
"Oh, excuse me. The fine-tuning's tricky" Mirio said as he try to wear his pants
"Tch! die!" Bakugou then blasted an explosion at Mirio "Hah! How's t- ack!" Bakugou is cut when his stomach is punched by Mirio
"Wait!" Iida yell then the smoke clear and Bakugou is down on the ground
"Bakugou?!" Kirishima, Sero, and Kaminari yell surprise
"What happen?!" Mina ask confuse
"Wait, where is Togata senpai?" Yoayorozu ask as he notice Mirio is gone
"I'll start with the long-distance fighters!" Mirio claim as he suddenly get behind Jiro
"HIIIIYAAAAAAAA!!!" Jiro scream terrified and surprise
"He warped?" Shoji said surprise
"His power isn't just slipping through things?" Sato said confuse
"What kind of strong quirk is that?!" Kirishima yell as he and others approach Mirio
Tokoyami try to attack Mirio but he slip through and punch Tokoyami in the stomach
Sero try to attack but Mirio punch Sero's and Mineta's stomach
Aoyama, Mina, and Asui try to attack together with their quirks but Mirio permeated through their quirks and knock them out quickly
Shoji, Kaminari, Jiro, Yaoyorozu are quickly knocked out by Mirio as well
"Power!" Mirio yell as he finish knocking down the long-distance fighters
The close-distance fighter watch in shocked as their friends are taken down quickly
"Mirio Togata... as far as I know, he is the man closest to being number one... including the pros" Aizawa claim
"He got more than half of them in an instant... he's the man closest to being number one..." Todoroki said stunned as he watch from beside Aizawa and Izuku
"You're not going? It's not like aren't interested in being number one, right?" Aizawa ask
"I didn't get my provisional license, so..." Todoroki reply
"What about you, Midoriya? It's strange that you are not interested to fight"Aizawa ask
"I will wait till all of them are down. Though this is faster than I though it would be" Izuku reply 'Looks like OFA speed him up' Izuku though
"That's it for the long-distance fighters. All that's left are the one who focus on close combat, right?" Mirio ask as he face those who left
"I have no idea what he just did!" Kirishima claim
"He's strong enough being able to slip through things, but he can even warp?" Uraraka said
"Doesn't that make him unrivaled?" Ojiro ask
"Aw, stop that!" Mirio said as he make a battle stance
"Uh, one second. Midoriya! Why are you not helping us?!" Kirishima ask
"You all are fine without me in the provisional licenses exam, right?" Izuku ask back
"That is different! We need help here!" Kirishima yell
"Reinforcement will come..." Izuku said then he look at his nonexistent watch "... three minutes from now" Izuku said
"What?!" The close-distance fighters yell surprise
"Midoriya, it's not funny! We need help now" Uraraka plead
"Like the provisional licenses exam, reinforcement came late. So good luck for the next 3 minutes if you guys lucky" Izuku explain
"Damn it! looks like we got no choice but to this our self" Kirishima said annoyed when Mirio start running towards them
"He's coming!" Ojiro warn
Mirio continue to run when he suddenly dive to the ground
"He went under!" Sato yell
Mirio then resurface behind Iida and knock him out
"Iida!" Kirishima yell then he is knocked out second
Koda, Sato, Ojiro, Uraraka, and Toru are finally knocked out by Mirio
"Power!" Mirio claim
"Sigh... I said 3 minutes, not 15 seconds" Izuku sigh out disappointed
"You're not gonna go?" Todoroki ask
"What do you know? Reinforcement arrive 2 minutes and 45 seconds earlier" Izuku reply as he walk to face Mirio
"Oh, Midoriya! Finally fighting, now?" Mirio ask
"I have faith in my friends that they are able to defeat you, well..." Izuku said then he look at his downed friends "... I was wrong" He said
"Hahaha! Well, let's started, shall we?" Mirio ask
"Please, after you" Izuku said
Mirio then began to run before dive underground again
'You have the element of surprise in the form of stealth' Izuku though as he jump back quite a distance from where he is standing 'Unfortunately for you...' Izuku though as he see his radar and see Mirio dot right in front of him
Mirio then resurface but surprise to see Izuku is gone "Wh... where is he...?" He said surprise
'Stealth ain't gonna work on me' Izuku claim then he punch Mirio's back
"ACK!!!" Mirio groan in pain as he fly forward and land on the ground hard
Tamaki and Nejire are surprise that Mirio is hit and down by one attack
"Is that a K.O.? Or you still want to continue?" Izuku ask smirking
"Hahaha! You predicted my move. Now I'm pumping up!" Mirio claim then he dive again
Izuku stay for a while before he jump back and like last time, Mirio resurface only to be punch in the back by Izuku
'How?!' Mirio though surprise before he go under again
Izuku see that Mirio plan to resurface further than before, so he run to where he would resurface. And when Mirio resurface, Izuku jump kick Mirio's stomach
"Wh-ACK!!!" Mirio is surprise that Izuku is able to predict his move and the kick make him to fly and land on the cement wall on the center of the TDL
'He predicted Mirio's plan, and not just he know where Mirio would resurface... he able to land a solid hits on Mirio...' Tamaki though surprise
"Eh? How did he able to hit Mirio? How did he do that? Did he know where Mirio will appear? Or he guess it right? Eh? How did he do that?" Nejire wonder
In between the cement rubble, Mirio dive back to the ground and this time he move in a zig zag while approaching Izuku
"Oho, well this will interesting" Izuku smirk as he see Mirio's dot on his radar moving in a zig zag
Mirio continue to zig zag underground 'It is impressive that you not just able to know where I would surface, but also manage to land solid hits at me. However!' Mirio thought before he finally popping out behind Izuku. Izuku, knowing Mirio will pop up there, already launch a back spin kick towards Mirio's face
"I know you will kick me" Mirio smile as Izuku's leg permeated through Mirio's face "Now, Ultimate Move: Blinder Touch Eyeball Thrust!" Mirio declare as he permeated his arm through on Izuku's leg and until he permeated Izuku's face. Mirio then spin down and punch Izuku's stomach. Izuku grunt faintly
"Even Midoriya is taken down" Toru said in shock
"So this is the power of someone close of being number one" Iida grunt
"Revelry in the dark" Tokoyami said as he tries to get up
"Despite surprising me with a few solid hit before. I already learned that people will counter attack just like what you did. So naturally, I work around that such move. Still, you did-ack!" Mirio said impressed when suddenly Izuku uppercut Mirio's chin
"I haven't gone down yet" Izuku said before he spin in the air and jump kick Mirio's stomach, making Mirio to flung away
Izuku and Mirio landed on their backs and grunt before getting up almost at the same time
"W-What?! But Togata senpai hit you. How you still standing?" Sero said surprise as everyone who watches
"I've been through worse, Sero. Thought I admit that his punch is painful" Izuku rub his stomach
"Wow, Midoriya. You really surprise me many times now. Not many could stay standing after I punched them. You're strong" Mirio praise
"I appreciate it. But please, cover that thing" Izuku said, referring to something in between Mirio's legs
"Ah, sorry" Mirio reply bashfully before he permeated to the underground again. He then zig zag underground again before he jump out from the ground at high speed towards Izuku and about to jump kick Izuku in the head
Seeing that, Izuku raise his left hand up to block the kick. But unfortunately, Mirio permeated his leg through Izuku's left arm and kick Izuku right in the face. Because of the powerful kick, Izuku is flung back. But surprisingly, Izuku spin in the air then back spin kick the back of Mirio's head, surprising Mirio and those who watches
Izuku and Mirio spin in the air before the both landed on the ground, groaning in pain
"W-Wow. Midoriya manage to fight Togata Senpai equally" Sato said in awe is Class 1-A move the sidelines and watches Izuku vs Mirio
"But Midoriya is also getting hit by Togata senpai as much as he hit Togata senpai" Uraraka said worriedly
"He's not winning, but not loosing either. It's like the both equally match" Ojiro stated
"He manage to fight the senpai that knock all us out with a single punch to a stand still" Jiro said nervously
"Thought they both in a stalemate, right now" Yaoyorozu said
"Go, Midoriya! Defeat him" Kaminari cheer
"Very manly, Midoriya!" Kirishima cheer
'That fucking guns...! How the hell did he manage to fight that Lucas lookalike while he defeated me with a single punch!' Bakugou thought angrily and frustrated as he watches the fight
Mirio shake his head before looking at Izuku with a surprise face "Did you just let yourself get kick on purpose?" Mirio ask surprise
"No pain, no gain" Izuku stated as both he and Mirio stand up
"Very well" Mirio smile widely before he dive back down again. Mirio permeated through the ground before he pop up right below Izuku, trying to uppercut Izuku. Izuku, already know Mirio's plan, take a step back before he grab Mirio's hand then throw Mirio away
Mirio landed on his feet before looking forward and see Izuku running towards him. Mirio waited for what Izuku is planning when Izuku suddenly jump up and looks like about to do a spinning jump kick. Mirio then brace his arms around his head while also activating permeation on his upper body
'That kick will miss, Midoriya' Mirio thought confidently
But surprisingly, instead of kicking, Izuku spin in the air before dropping to the ground and sweep spin kick Mirio's legs, the only part of the body that Mirio didn't permeated
Taken by surprise, Mirio spin in the air before falling. As he fall, Mirio sees Izuku about to punch him. Mirio immediately permeated his entire body just in time when Izuku throw a powerful punch towards Mirio. Izuku's punch permeated through Mirio's face and impacted with the floor, destroying it and creating a massive dust cloud
"Damn! Midoriya didn't hold back at all" Kaminari said surprise
"Manly!" Kirishima cheer excited
"Did... did Mirio lose...?" Tamaki said shocked as he almost never sees Mirio get defeated before
Mirio jump out from the ground a few dozen meters from Izuku. The dust cloud dissipate and Izuku stand up. Izuku and Mirio then look at each other seriously, before Izuku relaxed a bit
"I know you have been fighting me with your quirk, senpai. But I wanted you to use something that has been given to you by a certain someone" Izuku requested
Mirio is surprise for a second before looking oblivious "I don't know what are you talking about" He tries to hide the fact that he received OFA from All Might
"I know about 'that', senpai. He also know that I know about 'that' " Izuku said before moving into a punching stance "Show me what you got. And show me he didn't choose wrong" Izuku said seriously
Mirio stare at Izuku for a while before he also move into a punching stance "How many did you want?" He ask smirking as he activate OFA all over his body
(Mirio is like All Might where he doesn't produce electricity when activating OFA, unlike Deku)
"Preferably, as much as you can" Izuku reply making Mirio to smirk even wider
"What? What did they just said?" Kaminari ask confuse
"Midoriya said he know about 'that'. I don't know what he means" Shoji reply
" 'that'?" Kaminari said confuse
Izuku and Mirio stare each other before they dash forward towards each other. They cock their arms then punch each other. Their fists impact violently with each other making a super massive shockwave that send everyone flying back and all the glass of the building to shatter
"W-wow...!" Kirishima yell surprise before a shockwave hits him and all of Class 1-A
"Waaaaaaa!" Mineta scream as he is thrown away before Shoji catch him
"Wh-What the?!" Sato yell surprise
"So much wind!" Yaoyorozu squeal surprise as she tries to take cover behind her shield
"What with that punch?!" Mina yell surprise
"I know Midoriya is strong. But..." Asui said surprise as she and Uraraka hug each other, trying not to be blown away
"Is Togata senpai also this strong?" Uraraka said surprise
"Guh!" Dark Shadow grunt as he protected Tokoyami, Aoyama, and Koda from the violent wind
"What the fuck? What with those two and this shockwave?!" Bakugou yell angrily
Todoroki is also taken surprise by how powerful the punch is while Aizawa just watches the fight with a flat face
"This punch... it's like... like..." Sero said surprise
"All Might's fight with Nomu at U.S.J." Jiro gasp shocked
"Wait, if the shockwave is the same as U.S.J., then those two are as strong as All Might and Nomu?!" Mineta scream terrified
"I think so..." Kaminari reply nervously
'Izuku Midoriya... His quirk is only known as "observation" but it's not clear what kind of observation that he see. His quirk is deem classified by the Ranger Corp that they refuses to give any detail about it. Not just that, he is extremely strong and fast not to mention, deadly. Mirio just found his match' Aizawa though as he watch the fight
"Hahaha! I never felt so much fun in a fight before" Mirio laugh excitedly
"That's makes two of us!" Izuku agrees as well
They then retracted their fists and cock their arms to punch each other again, when suddenly
"That's enough, you two have proven yourself" Aizawa stop the fight "Everyone, gather around" Aizawa ordered
Both Izuku and Mirio lower their stance and face each other
"Truce?" Izuku ask
"Truce" Mirio smile as he extend his hand
Izuku smile then handshake Mirio. They both continue to handshake for a while, until "Please cover that thing" Izuku said flatly
"Oh, right. Sorry" Mirio said bashfully as he walk to where his clothes are
"Sigh, like mentor like pupil" Izuku shake his head

"I tried to make it so you wouldn't be able to see my willy, but I'm sorry about that, girls. But anyway, you kind of get it now, right?" Mirio ask
"We all just got punched in the stomach without even really figuring out what was going on..." Kirishima said as he and all except Izuku hold their stomach in pain
"Did you think my quirk was strong?" Mirio ask
"It was too strong!" Sero complain
"That's not fair! Think about me, too!" Toru complain
"You could slip through things and warp! Are you a hybrid like Todoroki?" Mina ask
"Wrong, he only have one quirk. And beside, it's a weak quirk" Izuku corrected
"No it's not! He overpower us!" Kaminari complain
"Should I remind you, that my quirk is an observation, it doesn't help me fight. And yet, I won the sports fest and fought some of you at the provisional licenses exam to a stand still" Izuku reminded
"Well, now that you mention it..." Uraraka said
"Wait, Midoriya. If Togata senpai's quirk is a weak one and he fought us with his weak quirk. Then how both of you able to punch each other strong enough to create that massive shockwave?" Yaoyorozu ask
"Yeah. That punch is similar to when All Might fought Nomu back at U.S.J." Ojiro agrees
"I know you're strong, Midoriya. There's no doubt from us. But what about Togata senpai? How did he able to punch that powerful if he have a weak quirk?" Uraraka ask confuse
