Once we reached Jordan's room, I pulled my arm out of grip. "Sunbathing? Seriously?! Who sunbathes inside the freaking house?!"
"Sssshss!" He closed the door behind him and turned to me. "I didn't know what else to say!"
"How about literally anything else?!" I whisper-shouted.
"You know, things would have been much easier had you not been half-naked."
My cheeks felt warm. "Well," I wrapped my arms around me, feeling the soft fabric of Jordan's robe against my skin, "I- I thought I was alone!"
He put his hands on the waistband of his grey trousers and sighed. "Well, you weren't. Next time before stripping out of your clothes, just holler and see if you're really alone."
For a few seconds, I stared at him with annoyance and then looked away. I hugged myself, taking comfort in the piece of cloth shielding my half-naked body from Jordan's sight.
