"Then we will go to the chemotherapy room, where you will do some tests first. And do other tests only after that we can do chemotherapy by injection or taking medication, brother Luis can choose it." Said Doctor Naan looked at Dean then called some nurses to help handle Dean.
Not a few moments later, two nurses came with a wheelchair for Dean and took Dean out and walked to the chemotherapy room.
In the chemotherapy room, with the help of two nurses Dean was laid on a special chemotherapy bed.
"Nurse, on this note the patient has undergone other examinations and the results are all quite good. So, patients can do the chemotherapy process now." said Doctor Naan while handing his note to one of the nurses who was standing beside him.
After making sure everything was fine, immediately Doctor Naan injected chemotherapy injections into Dean.
Dean just stared fully at the syringe that Doctor Naan was holding.
Not too long ago, Doctor Naan gave Dean a chemotherapy injection.
"Now brother Luis should take a break until the chemotherapy effects wear off." said Doctor Naan, staring at Dean and Marey in turn. Then turned to stare at one of the nurses.
"Please, nurse, can you prepare some medicine for nausea and pain relief. Also a basin filled with warm water and a small towel. The patient may experience nausea and vomiting later." said Doctor Naan while touching Dean's pulse as well as checking Dean's heart, which was beating very fast.
"Keep the spirit Luis, hopefully with high spirits and pray that you can get well." Said Doctor Naan very comforting Dean.
Dean nodded his head slowly.
"Thank you Doctor Naan." said Dean with a smile.
Doctor Naan smiled then walked out of the chemotherapy room followed by the two nurses who were with him.
Dean looked at Marey who was silent, since Dean was injected until now, no words came out of Marey's lips.
"Hey, beautiful Marey, why are you silent? are you sad with my situation now?" Dean asked, careful not to want Marey to be sad because of his illness.
"Luis ... me, I don't know how I feel right now. Should I be sad or should I be calm." said Marey feeling hesitant to continue.
"Why should you be sad? don't ever be sad I wouldn't like to see it." said Dean as he took Marey's hand and grabbed it.
Marey stared at Dean's face with her teary eyes.
"I also wouldn't like to see him if you were sick like this again." said Marey as he wiped her tears.
"I will not be sick anymore as long as you are by my side who will take care of me and take care of me." Said Dean staring into Marey's face which looked sad.
"Promise me you won't get sick again Luis?" said Marey, unable to imagine how painful Dean was.
Luis nodded his head slowly.
"I can promise you Marey, but what about my pain? You've heard my life won't be long. Only a few months I live in this world. I want to spend my time with you Marey." said Dean holding Marey's hand tightly.
"Luis ... do you believe in a miracle God. I hope and pray God will work this miracle on you." said Marey as he rubbed Dean's face who was involved getting restless.
Dean nodded his head, gripping Marey's hand even more tightly.
"Marey, it hurts a lot." said Dean trying to endure the pain.
"Can you endure that pain Luis? should I call the doctor?" Marey asked, starting to panic.
"No need, this kind of pain I've been through for the past few months." said Dean starting to feel the pain more painful than before.
"What should I do to ease your pain Luis?" Marey asked with an unblinking gaze afraid that something might happen to Dean.
"Only with a smile and your hug I can endure my pain. Do you wanna do it, Marey?" asked Dean with a pleading look and pale face.
Marey paused, looking all over Dean's face. "How can I not do it Dean. Whatever you ask I will definitely give you, even my life." Marey said to himself with a million regrets.
"Beautiful Marey, you daydream? Can you not do it for me who is dying?" Dean asked wanting to feel Marey's embrace like before.
"Why do you think that Luis? of course I want to do it. I'll hug you Luis?" Marey asked, getting closer to Dean and started hugging him.
"Thanks Marey." said Dean in a barely audible voice.
Dean started moaning in pain, his hands hugged Marey very tightly.
Marey felt unable to breathe, Dean hugged him tightly with his breath rising and falling and his eyes closed.
"Luis what do you feel? does it really hurt?" Marey asked knowing how much pain Dean was feeling right now.
"It hurts so much Marey, very sick." said Dean with cold sweat starting to come out around his forehead and even his back was getting wet.
"What else should I do to reduce your pain Luis?" Marey asked, not wanting to see Dean in pain.
"Give me a kiss, Marey. Can you do it?" Dean asked, looking at Marey's red lips that he used to touch.
"Kiss? Will it alleviate your pain Luis?" Marey asked, not understanding what Dean wanted.
"Hem ... I would be more eager to endure this pain. Beautiful Marey." said Dean with a smile not wanting to make Marey even more worried about his condition, which was actually very sick.
Marey studied Dean's face who was staring at her. How can Dean still smile and tease her with his already painful condition.
"How can you still smile and tease me with your condition like this Luis?" Marey asked over Dean's face.
Dean just smiled at Marey's words.
"Because I'm glad to see your blushing face like this Marey, beautiful." Said Dean closing his eyes enduring the pain that attacked him again.
Marey was shocked when she saw blood coming out of Dean's nose.
"Luis! your nose is bleeding." said Marey frantically.
Dean slowly opened his eyes and could only stare at Marey with his two eyes unblinking.
"Luis, why are you looking at me like that? say something. Your nose continues to bleed, Luis?" said Marey increasingly panicked as she took a tissue and cleaned the blood that kept flowing from Dean's nose.
Dean just didn't move or speak anything other than his eyes staring into Marey's eyes with tears welling up in both corners of his eyes.
"Luis, Luis! Why are you silent? say something don't scare me!" called Marey several times while rubbing Dean's face which looked pale.
