"Izzy" Alec called as we arrived where she text us to meet "I got you text, where are we exactly?"
"Its an old meatpackers service entrance, if we go back there we come up into the basement of the Hotel DuMort." She told us t right? We distract the vamps Clary and Jace have time to find Simon."
"Sounds good." I say grabbing my Seraph Blade
"Okay." Alec says
"Okay? It was hard work interrogating Meliorn to get this intel."
"Great job Izzy." He said sarcastically "You have faerie dust on your dress." Izzy looked down at where he was pointing.
"I doubt you'd have any luck with Meliorn." I said "But you can try next time if you want." ALec looks at me and walks away
"I don't have faerie dust on my dress." Izzy said as we followed Alec "you know you'd be a lot happier if you weren't so freaking repressed." He ignored her "Alec? Hello?" He ignored her again and disappeared
When we finally catch up to Alec he is standing next to a wall looking bored
"Your really not gonna talk to me are you?" Izzy asked him
"That's because you have no idea what your talking about." He told us
"But i do, you're hiding from yourself, not me, you have feelings whether you like them or not Alec."
"This is not the time or the place Izzy."" Alec said starting to climb up the stairs
"I think its the perfect time for you to admit your in love with me." I tell him, he turns around suddenly and pushes me up against the wall
"If you don't shut up im going to shut that pretty little mouth for you." He says stopping suddenly when he realises what he said
"You think my mouths pretty huh." I say making him blush and step away "Am i getting you all hot and bothered." I tease him as he turns around and keeps walking
"He likes you." Izzy tells me smiling when he is furth enough away from us
We stop in front of a door "This must be the way." Izzy says as she opens the door to reveal some vampires on the other side "Well this isn't as smooth as i was hoping." Izzy told her brother slamming the door shut
"Yeah if you hold the door still it might be a lot easier." Alec said
"What do you think we're doing." I snap at him
Izzy grabs her Seraph Blade and walks over to a pipe cutting a piece of she pushes it behind the door handle sealing it closed.
"Whoever said 'The pen is mightier than the sword' was an idiot" She says smirking
"When your right, your right." Alec said as we backed away from the door getting ready to fight.
"How long do we have to distract them for?" Alec asked as he got his bow and arrow ready
"Ten more minutes."
"Ten minutes? Are you kidding we'll be liquid lunch in five."
"So lets distract them." I say and here the vamps growl loudly. Izzy gets her whip ready.
The vamps break through the door Izzy got one with her whip, Alec got one with his bow and i attacked another one
"Keep coming boys." Izzy says after a while of killing the vamps
After a while we had killed all of the vamps so we went to look for Clary and Jace, we found them in a room nearby, Clary had a knife held across her throat but Jace was occupied so he couldn't help. Alec aimed his bow at the wall behind the vamp that was holding Clary, he let go of the arrow and the wall opened up shining sun on the vamp making him grunt and fall to the floor dead.
Clary ran over and killed the vampire sneaking up behind Jace, she froze and looked at me
"I killed him." She said
"He was already dead." I told her
"Plus she wanted to kill you, remember that, she did great right?" Izzy asked Blondy
"Yeah you did you should be proud."
"Thanks but... its not about me, lets go find Simon." Clary said before walking away
"Clary, Hayley im hear." Simon yelled out
We walk into a big room decorated with posh furniture, in the middle of the room stood Simon with a knife held to his throat by Raphael.
"Simon!" Clary exclaimed and started to walk forwards but she didn't get far before i grabbed her arm and pulled her back
"Clary that's not gonna do any good." Jace told her
'Listen to him Clary Fairchild, put the blade away, I've had more than enough of your friend for one day, I'd love to cut his throat, don't give me a reason, put it away!" Raphael said to us and we lowed our weapons.
"I'm just gonna go get some popcorn this is quite the show." I say to him
"Ah nice to see you to my love." Raphael said knowing how to get on my nerves
"I'm not your love remember i broke up with you." I tell him
"Shut up." He said growling
"Am i getting on your nerves." I say
"Shut up Hayley." Clary says to me,, "Simon, Simon are you alright."
"I wouldn't say all right..." Simon starts before Raphael cut him off.
"Stop talking, now... if you would all just follow me, lets go!" He guides us to some stairs that lead to a straight hall with a door at the end "Come on, lets go! Up here now! That's right get down there now or ill kill him right now." We walk past him Alec first then Izzy, Clary, Jace I stop when i reach Raphael.
"Raphael give me the nerd... his mum will literally kill me if i show up without him again." I tell him but he pushes me forward and so i keep walking "Well I tried." I say with a sigh
"Look, we're not gonna her you, we just want Simon." Clary told him
"I'm glad you do, we don't! We wanted you."
"Well here I am." She said taking a step forwards
"Stop!" Jace told her grabbing her arm
"I said 'wanted' not my idea now get out go!"
"Not without Simon." Clary told Raphael, we stop when we reach the door
"Shut up! Open that door right now or ill kill him right here."
"Listen to him." Jace said
"But Simon will die if..." Clary starts, Alec opens the door and sunlight shines onto Raphael he stumbles back and pushes Simon in our direction
"Take him, Go!"
"Go go go." Jace told us
We ran out of the building and onto the roof embracing the sunlight, I pulled Simon into a hug and moved to the side so Clary could speak to him
"Shouldn't we get out of here?" Simon asked
"Why Simon." Jace asked
"They're right downstairs."
"Let them come after us, they'll just turn into a bunch of fried eggs out here, i thought you said you watched movies." Jace said sarcastically as the three shadowhunters moved to another part of the roof.
OhMyGod is all i heard Clary say before i walked away and stood on the edge of the roof.
"Alec stop!" I heard Jace scream and turned around to look at him
"I'm older than you Jace, im not in your shadow." Alec said
"If you really feel that way about her... why did you help us tonight?" Jace asked but Alec didn't say anything and walked away.
I walked over to where Jace and Izzy were standing and as i approached i could see a frown on there faces
"You should go talk to him." She told me so i started to walk in the direction he went "Be nice he's in a bit of a bad mood." She called after me
"Hey." I said as i approached where he was sitting on the edge of the roof away from the others so no one could see him.
"Go away." He told me but i went to sit next to him anyway
We sat in silence for a few minutes looking at the view in front of us
"What's wrong?" I ask
"Nothing." He replies
"Alec don't be stubborn there's something wrong and the more you keep it inside the angrier your going to get." I tell him, he turns his head towards me
"Its nothing important." He tells me
"Okay." I say not believing him "If you ever need to talk to someone im here for you." I tell him sincerely pulling him into a hug he freezes for a couple of seconds before hugging me back
"We should head back." He says and grabs my hands to help pull me up, we start t walk back to the other.
