Isamu stood as the person took off his helmet. "Sorry, I'm no elemental demon. I'm just a kid." The person said, showing a short, reddish-orange spiky haired boy with reddish-orange eyes. "I'm Shu Mamoru. I'm just practicing my fire mana but I can't control it." Shu said as he laughed nervously as Isamu smiled, dissipating the flame with a static blast. "You need to breathe, let the mana flow through you. Remember you're not the one, who's being guided. You are the guide and guide it. Control it." Isamu said as Shu calmed down as the mana flowed through his body as he created a small flame. "I did it." Shu said as Isamu smiled as Horus watched. "You're a great teacher, thanks." Shu said as Isamu smirked. "I'm an outsider so could you take me to the next village." Isamu said as Shu nodded. "Yeah, is the least I can do. The next village is close by. By the way, you never told me your name." Shu said. "Isamu Kurenai and this is my master, Horus." Isamu said as Horus waved at Shu. "So where are you from." Shu said as they walked. "The Lower-Region." Isamu said, shocking Shu, "The Lower-Region. They died years ago of some disease." Shu shouted, shocking Isamu and Horus. 'So that's the lie to cover up the truth. Should I tell him the truth.' Isamu thought as he zoned out as Horus tapped his shoulder. "Don't tell him if you do. The elemental demons will come for you and as strong as you are. Our best option is to get them alone so it's easier." Horus said as he walked as Isamu walked. 'I guess he's right.' Isamu thought. "My village survived." Isamu said as Shu smiled. "So why were you wearing that suit." Isamu said as Shu stopped. "I was a loser, who could never control his mana. Everyone said I was useless. I burnt myself so to keep me alive, I wore this flame-protective suit, the mana inside stops me from dying. I can't take it off but I'll show you the scar." Shu said as he showed his chest, burnt. Isamu looked in shock. "They called me the fire disaster. I ran away." Shu said as Isamu got angry. "Take us to your village." Isamu said with seriousness. "Why, they're just going to humiliate me and make me feel like a useless heap of garbage. My parents lost all faith in me and told me I was a nobody so I ran away. What do you believe you can do to help me." Shu said as he started crying as he fell to the floor. "Even you helping me control it. They will always be right. I can't do anything." Shu said as Isamu walked to him as he kneed down to Shu as he gave him a smile. "There is no-one in this world, who is useless. People may believe you have no use, the whole world may believe it but their beliefs can't change the fact that you are useful. You caused a humongous flame with ease. You then in a minute changed your power output to a small flame. When you can't believe then you won't be able to but if you believe, you can do it. You can become the strongest. Now let's go and show them you can do it." Isamu said as he patted his shoulder. Shu stopped crying as he stood up. "I can do it." Shu said with slight determination as Isamu stood with a smile. Horus walked to the boy with a potion. "It's a healing potion. It will heal you of your burns." Horus said. "Why doesn't he take it off." Shu said. "Isamu wishes not to take it off." Horus said. 'I will never take it off until all elemental demons are dead and my village can rest in peace.' Isamu thought as Shu drank it, healing his burns completely. "Thanks, I'm healed." Shu said. "Don't thank us yet. Thank us when you prove to them wrong." Isamu said as Shu smiled. "First I need to get out of this clothes, I've been wearing it for five years." Shu said as he ran to a hut nearby. "We must help him." Isamu said as Horus smirked. "You might learn from him so he will come with us. He needs you because he will be a great ally against the elemental demons." Horus said. "This boy has a lot of potential that can help us but it's your choice." Horus said. "It's his choice." Isamu said as Shu walked in. He wore an orange headband. He wears an orange short-sleeved jacket with a white flame pattern, showing a blue shirt. He wore red pants with a blue ribbon around it, wearing orange arm guards and orange leg warmers, and white boots with a orange flame pattern. "How do I look?" Shu asked. "It's cool." Isamu said. "Let's go, I wanna see them again." Shu said as he smiled. "When's the last time you went to your village?" Isamu said. "5 years." Shu said as he smiled as they walked to his village. "It's Nise village. One of the Villages with many mage officers." Shu said as Isamu looked surprised. "Nise village, right." Horus said with uneasiness as Isamu noticed it. "Yeah, why?" Shu said with a smile as Horus stroked his beard. "What is it?" Isamu said as Horus didn't speak as they reached Nise village. They walked as they saw it in shock. "It's deserted." Isamu said as Shu looked in shock as tears flowed down his eyes. Horus walked in front of them. "So it's true the rumors. Nise village's mage officers have all been massacred." Horus said, shocking Shu to tears.
